De clínicas estéticas, la rapidez de respuesta fue lo que me llamó la atención inicialmente, luego la amabilidad en la comunicación. Finalmente encontré la cirujana que buscaba la Dra. Catalina Guzmán, muy profesional en todo sentido, mi cirugía rinoseptoplastia fue un éxito total, se logró corregir mi funcionalidad de respirar y la estética de mi nariz la cual no se nota de la cirugía pero con gran simetría. Vendem material estragado e não trocam
Comprei um impressora Epson que veio estragada. Pedi logo para a trocarem, disseram que não tinham nenhuma, que aquela era a ultima. Em vez de me devolverem o dinheiro disseram-me que tinha de ser eu a contactar a marca para pedir a recolha para a arranjarem. A marca tentou arranjar e devolveram-me, passado pouco tempo voltou a deixar de trabalhar. Reclamei com a loja que voltou a dizer-me o mesmo. Voltei a pedir o arranjo, avariou novamente. Portanto comprei a impressora a loja Cartucho.pt, venderam-me um produto estragado e eu é que me tive de mexer para me arranjarem um artigo que me venderam estragado. Escusado será dizer que desisti de a mandar para o arranjo. Não voltarei a comprar nada nesta loja e não recomendo que ninguém o faça. Só vão deitar dinheiro à rua e ter trabalho com trocas de email, pedem para fazer videos de tudo e mais alguma coisa, o cliente é que tem de falar com a marca, voltar a fazer videos explicativos dos problemas… Ridículo.

Husky 40 kit poor quality
I don’t like to leave low reviews, but I must say I am disappointed with the quality of the Husky 40 folding door kit. The instructions are minimal and do not cover big issues that can arise around not having the rail mm level, which can happen if a ceiling is slightly out. I had to work this out myself as support wasn’t there. The fittings are poor quality and plastic, meaning they can twist quite easily and I had to buy a spare. Other Husky kits have moved onto metal fittings and wall mounted bottom pivots, which tells me this kit is outdated. It’s a lot of money to spend on a couple of pieces of folded steel and some cheap plastic fittings. I have it working but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Item cost £7+ but then vat was added. Postage was £6.00 and then vat was added to that also. So an item costing £7+ ended up costing over £16. Most traders now add vat to the price they advertise and, although I haven't checked current prices, £6 seems excessive for such a small item. On the plus side delivery time was very good.

Peggiore esperienza di spedizione online della mia vita.
Il 20 agosto ho spedito un pacco nel Regno Unito tramite SpedireAdesso.com, scegliendo FedEx come corriere. Dopo 8 giorni, il mio destinatario ha ricevuto un pacco che non era il mio! Conteneva un oggetto proveniente da un’azienda tedesca, destinato a un’azienda inglese con sede in una città completamente diversa da quella di destinazione del mio pacco, ma con un’etichetta contenente il tracking del mio pacco originale. Un disastro totale! La mia scatola e tutto il suo contenuto, invece, sono stati smarriti. Contatto subito SpedireAdesso e inizia un’odissea di email che mi ha fatto perdere tanto tempo ed energie. Alla fine, invece di rimborsarmi la spedizione, mi offrono solo il rimborso dell’assicurazione e una spedizione gratuita. Ma chi si fiderebbe ancora di loro dopo un errore del genere? Compilo i moduli richiesti e coinvolgo un servizio di tutela legale, ma dopo quasi sei mesi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Scrivo questa recensione per mettere in guardia altri. FedEx sicuramente è responsabile del disastro, ma uno spedizioniere serio tutela il cliente. Risultato? Pacco perso, €80 buttati tra spedizione e assicurazione, più il valore personale del contenuto andato perso.

Mi sono affidata a loro per la spedizione internazionale di due pacchi di grosse dimensioni per un trasferimento... fidatevi, non fatelo... I pacchi sono arrivati con più di un mese di ritardo, il servizio clienti non ha saputo gestire la situazione, ma anzi, ha sempre dato risposte inutili e frettolose. Direte, però almeno sono arrivati. SI, ma perchè sono andata fisicamente in sede GLS stanca di non avere notizie e ho trovato una signora molto gentile che ha portato avanti tutta la questione. Se non mi fossi informata io e monitorato con GLS privatamente la questione giornalmente ma avessi aspettato notizie da Spedire Adesso sicuramente questi pacchi sarebbero andati persi. Spedire Adesso non sapeva nemmeno darmi i codici di tracciamento dei miei pacchi, fate voi...

Grande delusione
Cliente da anni,sempre soddisfatta per il servizio, posso dire purtroppo che l'ultima esperienza è stata un' odissea durata due mesi e mezzo per la consegna di due pacchi che, dopo un mese di transito nell' Hub Nord di Poste italiane, mi sono strati restituiti senza alcuna spiegazione. Nuova spedizione riprogrammata e di nuovo restituita per errore nell' elaborazione delle etichette. Terza e ultima spedizione consegnata dopo un transito di 18 giorni per un pacco e di 24 per l' altro, alla faccia dei tempi previsti da Poste Italiane in Europa - 4 giorni?! Gli addetti al servizio clienti- contattabile purtroppo solo telefonicamente -sono stati sempre disponibili così come quelli addetti ai reclami via mail ma il servizio in sé è stato pessimo in quanto l'assistenza non è stata in grado di risolvere velocemente il problema arrecando gravi disagi al mittente e al destinatario.

Portale pessimo, ho acquistato un servizio di spedizione dalla Gran Bretagna all'Italia, una volta inserito tutti i parametri della spedizione (pacco, dimensioni, peso etc) il costo era di 49,99€. Una volta acquistato sono stato contatto per una richiesta supplementare di 50€ e già qui sembra strano, vendi un servizio che non sai se riesci/puoi fornire ma intanto incassi i soldi? Mi è stato annullato il servizio venduto errato, con il rimborso a 15 giorni lavorativi. Indovinate? Rimborso non pervenuto, e ma comunicazione che i giorni diventano 20. Aperta pratica con paypal e risolta, ma occhio, per nulla seri.

Utilizzo il servizio da molti anni, ho spedito in Italia ed all'estero (Danimarca). Prevalentemente il servizio è abbastanza buono, affidabile, economico. Negli anni i costi e i tempi di consegna sono aumentati per le stesse tipologie di pacchi e destinazioni. In tutti questi anni non hanno mai risposto al telefono, buoni i contatti chat, mail e, oggi, whatsapp. Da circa un anno, per inspiegati motivi, risulta impossibile pagare dal loro sito, quindi mi inviano link che a volte funzionano altre no, con relative perdite di tempo. Personalmente mi ci affido anche perchè NON usano UPS (le peggiori esperienze)

Phone lines are working so can’t call anyone. I have tried to reset my login details to access my account. I had to use the live chat, which they sent a link. Once opened you have to complete over five “re-capture” puzzles and then they will send you a code to reset your password. I have attempted six times and it keeps saying we are sending a code but no code comes to my email. Given up on it now. Awful system and shocking service.

What initially started in November 2024 speaking to a customer service representative, sending emails and receiving very little support, I was contacted by Claire White in January, who reviewed my case and took ownership of it. I just wanted to thank Claire for the incredible support she has given to myself and my family since January. After each conversation, Claire would always give a date with a follow up call. Claire, what you have done for my family during a very stressful time…I cannot put into words. Melvin was exceptional
We requested a photographer to capture our Chinese wedding banquet. The Photo Team were highly responsive from the start and sent Melvin who we could not have been happier with. Melvin was on time on the evening of our event and knew exactly what shots to take. We mainly wanted group shots but he was able to take a few couple shots in between as well as natural shots of our guest. He was great with the younger kids and all our guests commented on how friendly and experienced he was. We got the photos the next day and he had captured the evening so perfectly. We would highly recommend the Photo Team.

Amazing video memories
The team were great I had an email few days before the event confirming everything, the team on the night arrived introduced themselves and set up hassle free. Once set up they called me over to show how it all worked, they notified me when last 10mins were for last min videos. Staff are very polite and quick responses to emails. I was able to view every video taken before mid day the next day via email link. The experience was amazing, everyone enjoyed it they encouraged people to use props aswell and the videos are fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

Great, professional service
We had fantastic services from The Photo Team, especially from videographer Ed and photographer Keith for two events. They were professional, on time, had all the right equipment, and got great footage and image of our events. The admin team (Charlotte) was also accommodating with our requests for the media delivery, as we requested for raw footages. Overall it was a good experience, with a trusted and skilled team who knows what they're doing and are pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

Steeds content van watercooler gigant. De leverancier ( vrachtwagen chauferur) was deze keer echter niet vriendelijk. Normaal zetten ze de pallet aan de voordeur met behulp van een transpallet. Enkel mijn zoon was thuis en hij moet vanaan de vrachtwagen fles ( 15L) per fles van de palet halen en tot aan de voordeur dragen . de pallet moest blijkbaar terug mee. Dat is de eerste keer dat dit zo is! Was ikzelf thuisgeweest kon hij zo vertrekken zonder lossen en vroeg ik mijn geld terug.

Vi har altid brugt Tegllund i Kolding til reparationer og service, siden vi fik vores Opel i 2010. Denne gang var besøget alt andet end godt. Vi havde bestilt tid til AC serrvice kl. 8:00 og da vi afleverede bilen, fortalte vi, at der var kommet en mislyd ved bremserne. Eftersom vi om søndagen (det her var fredag) skulle køre til Østrig, ville vi gerne lige have dem til at efterse dem. Det ville de gerne. Vi blev ringet op ved 12-tiden, at bremserne var ødelagt fordi håndbremsekablerne hang. De fortalte at det var uforsvarligt at køre til Østrig. Så vi bad dem skifte dem, men det havde de ikke tid til. De lukkede kl 14:30, og ville ikke tage flere biler ind. Vi undrede os over at bremserne overhovedet kunne være slidt, eftersom vi fik dem skiftet hos dem for et år siden, med samme mislyd. Dengang fortalte de IKKE at kablerne hang. Men de ville og kunne ikke reparere dem. Så vi kørte hele Kolding rundt, for at finde en mekaniker der kunne hjlælpe. Alle de andre havde ikke tid, fordi de i forvejen skulle arbejde længe over, for at servicere de biler de havde fået ind. De lod nemlig IKKE deres kunder i stikken, hvis der var opstået nye komplikationer. IKKE i orden Tegllund - elendig service, at I ikke vil gøre en ekstra indsats for en trofast eks-kunde!

Ho avuto un'esperienza terribile con HR Parcel. Non solo non hanno consegnato il mio pacco con numero di spedizione 79041279101173, ma hanno anche falsificato la firma di avvenuta consegna. La spedizione è partita dall'Austria il 9 febbraio e risulta consegnata il 18 febbraio alle 12:37, ma non è vero. Ero a casa a quell'ora e posso assicurarvi al 100% che nessuno ha suonato alla porta. Ho anche come prova la cronologia del campanello smart e le telecamere di ingresso che mostrano chiaramente ciò che dico. ma è chiaro che HR Parcel non è affidabile. Inoltre, leggendo i feedback di altri utenti, sembra che molte persone abbiano avuto lo stesso problema. Purtroppo, il valore del mio ordine fatto su eBay è di 600 euro, che non posso recuperare perché per il venditore e per eBay risulta ricevuto, ma questo non è vero, perché questi ladri si sono intascati il pacco. L'ordine è stato spedito con Hermes dall'Austria per poi finire nelle mani di questi incapaci ladri. Evitate assolutamente di utilizzare questo corriere.

Molto rapida, dopo 24 ore ho ricevuto l'ordine ma pessima perché il trasportatore non mi ha nemmeno avvisata della consegna e ha lasciato il pacco (molto costoso) buttato sulle cassette della posta dove chiunque avrebbe potuto prenderlo. Se non avessi ricevuto la mail di avvenuta consegna non avrei mai saputo che era giù il mio pacco.

1.Nunca pude acceder a mi cuenta, a pesar de dar los datos correctos, no me dejó ingresar. 2.Las promociones de los distintos centros o clínicas, tienen la dirección pero ningún número de contacto. 3.Al final del llenado de información para las promociones que elegí inicialmente., tengo que seleccionar a especialistas, al menos uno, aun cuando no me interese ninguno. Debería poder enviar mis datos, sólo de quien estoy interesada.

Bei unserem nicht mehr ganz neuen Staubsauger ging bei der Hartbodendüse der Schlauchanschluss in Brüche. Ich ging in die Fust-Filiale mit der Erwartung, dass man mir mitteilt, dass es sich kaum mehr lohnt und dass das Ersatzteil nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Ich staunte nicht schlecht, als ich wenige Minuten später mit einem tadellos funktionierenden Gerät das Geschäft verlassen konnte. Ein grosses Kompliment und Dankeschön an den Verkaufsberater Elektrohaushalt (Herr Stefan Milankovic) für seine freundliche, schnelle und kompetente Problemlösung. Nach dritter Reparatur Food- Center Freitags, ist dieses am nächsten Tag komplett ausgestiegen. Montags sofort mit Reparatur Service telefoniert, Wunsch nach Ersatz geäussert, warten auf Rückruf Monteur erfolgte nicht, auch nicht nach 2 Anruf von mir. Ersatz selber besorgt am gleichen Tag, seit dem erneutes warten auf Rückruf weil wir keine Reparatur bezahlen, dies am Telefon ebenfalls klar gesagt, und erwarten dass defektes Gerät abgeholt wird. Mail mit allen Infos auch Montagabend gemacht. Gestern Rechnung von Reparatur erhalten. Das Food- Center kostete 1000. Fr und ist knapp 6 J. Alt.

Nous avons acheté une machine à laver chez Fust en Août, qui malheureusement à laché en 6mois.... Nous avons donc demandé un changement de machine et là la galère a commencé.... tout d'abord comme c'est une machine qui n'est pas "suisse" il n'y a pas de réparateur possible de la part de Fust... ok bon alors nous demandons une machine d'une autre marque qui devrait pouvoir être livrée vite .... cela fait donc plus d'un mois que l'on attend cette fameuse machine !!! tout d'abord finalement elle n'était pas en stock alors qu'elle l'était quand j'ai fait le changement, puis au bout de 3semaines des installateurs sont venus mais n'ont pas pu l'installer car apparemment il y avait un problème de plomberie... nous avons appelé un plombier, il n'y avait aucun soucis selon lui. Et voilà maintenant nous devons attendre encore 2 semaines pour peut être recevoir notre machine à laver qui peut être ne pourra pas être branchée car ils trouveront un soucis qui n'existe pas. Enfin bref je pensais que Fust était une marque en laquelle on pouvait faire confiance mais là je suis vraiment très déçue.

Richtig schlecht! Bei meinem TV war nur ein HDMI Anschluss defekt, die anderen zwei funktionierten. Bei der Abholung an einem Freitag, sagten sie, es könne etwa 2 Wochen dauern. Nach genau zwei Wochen habe ich eine Mail erhalten,,, die Reparatur dauert nochmals 1-2 Wochen, sie haben das Ersatzteil nicht an Lager!! Nach 20 Tagen per SMS erfahren, das er repariert wurde und ich eine Heimlieferung auwählen darf. Ich habe den link angeklickt und konnte nur einen Termin 11 Tage später auswählen. 1 Monat für 1 HDMI Anschluss!! 1 Monat TV Abo Gebühren fürn A..... Vor allem, nach genau 2 Wochen schauen die den TV erst an!! Dann hätten sie den TV auch erst 1-2 Tage vorher abholen können und nicht 2 Wochen vorher, dann hätten wir noch TV schauen können.. Nein, nie mehr über Fust. Danke fürs lesen.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Fust. Habe Anfangs Oktober 2024 eine kleine Reparatur meiner 7 jährigen Waschmaschine Novomatic in Auftrag gegeben und bis heute 10.Februar 2025 wurde die Arbeit noch nicht ausgeführt, obwohl ich regelmässig mich beim Kundendienst gemeldet und Nachgefragt habe. Wurde immer vertröstet und man versprach mir immer, meine Anfrage Abzuklären und mich zurückzurufen. Rückanrufe erfolgten keine. Bin sehr Enttäuscht über Fust und den Kundendienst. Leider muss ich mich bei der Aussage anschliessen, wenn du Probleme hast bei Fust bei einem Gerät, Fust ist Frust.

Have phoned and chased a few times and today been advised that the first lenses did not pass quality control so waiting for new lenses and also glasses are coming from Australia!! Because they state "No Quibble Returns" I asked to cancel the order but was advised there would be a charge for the lenses!!

Now I want to cancel the order because the said i need to wait ANOTHER 7/8 days, NOTHING. I'm being totally ignored. Ordered glasses well over a week ago with no order updates, despite it stating 72 hour dispatch and I have a very simple low prescription. I have emailed support and a few days later have not received a response. I tried calling but no answer. Online chat says they'll transfer me to someone that cam help but nothing yet. I wouldn't mind waiting for my new glasses, however to have no communication about the wait and then no response from customer services is terrible. I will not be using this company again Update I finally got through to someone on the phone who wasn't able to tell me much apart from it can take longer for some glasses to be dispatched as they're from an overseas supplier. I then received a reply to my various emails stating that my glasses would be dispatched later that week or early the next. It is now midweek and they are still showing as processing and yet again I'm unable to get any responses from customer services. I'm so frustrated as I need new glasses and I'm now stuck having paid for an order I haven't received almost a month after ordering them. The lack of customer service has made this so much worse too

I ordered on 30th Mar and the specs were delivered on 1st May. Thankfully I had ordered another pair (from another company) so I could actually see. The specs are very good. Clear vision, quality frame and excellent price. Website does indicate that 'it may take up to 28 working days for some prescriptions' and it would have been helpful to communicate to me that my order would take longer. I thought I would fall into the delivery category 'within 5 working days of receiving the order' because my prescription was standard. If the frames were ordered from the 'overseas labs' it would have been preferable for me to know this ahead of time as it would have saved emails of enquiry. Expectation and clearly communicated information can be comforting and reduces stress and frustration. If your order happens fall into the same category as mine and you don't mind the wait, well worth it.

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered my glasses I know they would take longer because of the higher prescription… thats said I got a call the day after ordering demanding more money £40 for some bogus reason… they sent me an invoice, a week later heard nothing 10 days after ordering I receive a phone call saying the frame I chose had broken and they had no other one so I needed to pick a new frame, picked a new frame and sent it to them. Got an email saying the lab were deciding if I could have that frame… this was 4 days ago my glasses still have not been done they are still processing I have emailed daily since the 10th asking for a full refund now as they cost me £155…. I am now being ignored. They are not responding at all, I have contacted my credit card and hope to be able to get my money back that way I shouldn’t have to it’s just poor customer service perfect glasses I’m so angry at how your treating me….i want my money back. I will never use this company again ever.

A fuir !!! J’ai toujours acheté les blouses chez beauty street, je n’avais jamais eu de problème. Mais ma dernière commande de 6 blouses avec mon nouveau logo, une catastrophe. J’ai choisi un nouveau modèle de blouse Alaska. Je demande conseil par téléphone concernant les tailles, on me conseille de ne pas prendre trop large. Je fais donc faire modifier mon devis pour prendre la taille habituelle de mon équipe. À la réception du colis, les blouses sont trop petites un M pour une personne qui fait habituellement du S ne peut pas travailler avec les bras et le dos sont trop serrés. De plus le logo n’est pas centré ! Après plusieurs échanges avec le SAV, ils refusent de me reprendre les blouses. Car elles sont brodées avec mon logo. Or c’est eux qu’ils m’ont mal conseillé concernant les tailles et la brodeuse refuse de me prendre au téléphone, et connaît très bien son travail. Ils m’ont proposé de me faire -20% sur ma prochaine commande. Mais bien sûr après avoir foutu 600€ en l’air grâce à eux. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout !

Assez déçue de ma 1ère commande: j'ai commandé des draps de massage pour mon salon, le délai de livraison est impeccable ainsi que la livraison elle-même (faite par Colissimo). Comme la matières du tissus ne me plaisait pas du tout, j'ai souhaité les retourner. Il faut savoir que le retour reste à la charge du client. Déjà que les frais de port sont je trouve pas donné, on pourrait s'attendre à ce qu'au moins le 1er retour soit gratuit, comme certains concurrents... Je trouve cela vraiment dommage que le client ne puisse pas avoir le droit, ni à l'erreur, ni au doute sur la qualité du produit... Sans parler du delais de remboursement qui a pris 2 semaines, après qu'ils aient réceptionné le colis ( et suite à une réclamation de ma part, pour leur demander où en était le remboursement de ma commande), au lieu d'une semaine comme annoncé sur leur e-mail... Alors si vous connaissez déjà le produit que vous voulez et que vous en êtes satisfait, c'est tant mieux, mais si vous êtes comme moi, vous aimez voir le produit avant d'en commander en plus grande quantité , cela risque de vous coûter cher...

Les tailles sont taillés assez étroite sinon,un bon suivi même pour les retours
