AWFUL system and service
Phone lines are working so can’t call anyone. I have tried to reset my login details to access my account. I had to use the live chat, which they sent a link. Once opened you have to complete over five “re-capture” puzzles and then they will send you a code to reset your password. I have attempted six times and it keeps saying we are sending a code but no code comes to my email. Given up on it now. Awful system and shocking service.

Can't log into account, text code comes about half hour after it's expired. Interest Rates are not anything special. If I can actually access account,I will remove all funds. TINPOT BANK

5* customer service. Had to call twice due to lost phone (my fault) Call answered immediately with no waiting, and both times dealt with by friendly agents in a super efficient manner! Really helpful and more important - reassuring!

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE? AND IF YOU REQUEST A CALL BACK WHEN A SO CALLED REPRESENTATIVE IS FREE??? YOU ARE STILL ON HOLD ...SHOCKING TELEPHONE SERVICE - EMAIL RESPONSE NOT MUCH BETTER EITHER (BEEN TRYING FOR 3 DAYS NOW)

Incredible support through a time of grief
What initially started in November 2024 speaking to a customer service representative, sending emails and receiving very little support, I was contacted by Claire White in January, who reviewed my case and took ownership of it. I just wanted to thank Claire for the incredible support she has given to myself and my family since January. After each conversation, Claire would always give a date with a follow up call. Claire, what you have done for my family during a very stressful time…I cannot put into words. Thank you doesn’t seem enough, but on behalf of myself and my family, I thank you, there are people we will never meet face to face that enter situations for such a time as this, you Claire are one of them. Thank you once again.
Top rate for over a year and half
Top rate for over a year and half, but had to close my account as I'd spent my savings :-) I closed the account through the messaging service in the app. Within 2 minutes of contacting them I had a response, the account was closed and outstanding interest paid to my current account. Super efficient!!
Really disappointed
Generally very happy with Tandem. Quick and easy application and funds paid out in a timely manner A small mistake was made when disbursing my funds, however , after contacting them it was sorted out swiftly and politely without making any excuses . An honest company that does care about customer experience
