Impossible to reach customer service
I have purchased my tickets for the wrong date by accident and was not able to reach the company by phone, email or contact form. The generic answer was that my request would be answered in 1 to 4 days while the tickets were bought to be used in 2 days. Very difficult customer service, when using make sure everything is correct because it is impossible to make any changes further.

Repeated refund delays - Shady business practices
DO NOT book with Let's Ferry... Our trip was cancelled due to COVID and we were provided with the assurance that we would receive a refund after the required 18-month waiting period. We were then asked to return the vouchers (at our expense) and received confirmation of receipts. A refund was to be issued in March but only delay tactics since then. Now they are completely unresponsive to our inquiries. Would never book with then again. We had other ferry transport booked directly with Greekferries and receive our refund ages ago.

En mayo 2020 anulamos los viajes de barco con let's ferry, nos ofrecieron el reembolso si esperábamos 18 meses y no habíamos podido acudir a Grecia. Después de 18 meses (diciembre pasado) pedí el reembolso, y me dijeron que si, ya que estaba dentro de las condiciones. 5 meses más tarde sigo esperando este reembolso, siempre son muy amables pero el dinero no lo veo.

Terrible customer service and scam!!! I booked in March 2020 and it was cancelled due to Covid. I requested a refund and was told I had to wait 18 months, which I did. However the 18 months were up in December and I have been constantly emailing back and forth with customer service with my refund being constantly being pushed out due to ‘high volume of refund requests.’ I was told I would get my refund in March which I never did!!! Doubt I’ll ever see my money again, do not use this company!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I booked ferry tickets in December of 2019 for a trip in July of 2020. They continued to use the "Greece Mandate" as an excuse for 2 years to not refund my tickets. Now it is 2 months past the 18 month expiration and they still have not processed the refund - citing that they have a high volume and can only process a few each day and that I should expect the refund in March. I have 0 confidence I will ever see my money back. The Greece Mandate actually said that companies are obliged to process the refund within 30 days of the 18 month expiration so I will be filing a complaint with the European consumer website. Do not bother to book with this company if travelling, it is very easy to just walk up to the port when you arrive and find a ferry and book directly with the boat. I will never use this scam company again and warn other travelers from their bad business practices.

Ich habe im Oktober ein Bett bei Bloomingloft bestellt, aber es kam erst Ende Februar an. Die Lieferung wurde mehrfach verzögert, jedes Mal mit einer anderen Ausrede. Es war fast unmöglich, jemanden direkt zu sprechen – die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich per E-Mail und war alles andere als gut. Zwar ist die Qualität des Bettes in Ordnung, aber die gesamte Erfahrung war frustrierend. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal kaufen.

After spending money on a regular basis I built my "star power" to level 21 ... and when I hit hard times and couldn't afford to spend money on the game but still played daily i got a decent amount awarded after completing daily tasks ... then they dropped my level until I didn't get anything for doing the daily tasks .. when I complained about being lowered for no good reason I got generated responses from two different customer service reps and they were word for word bs .. I told them I was deleting the app if my level wasn't put back to where it was after spending a lot of real money on a "free" game I was told ok and to take care ... rotten and insulting treatment... do not download this app !!

Yes, Jackpot Party added more awarded points on their daily 5 tasks that have to be met to continue to achieve tasks to build more points that gain more significant rewards however, they added almost impossible tasks to achieve in order to accomplish their Diamond Pass competition that goes on for a month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SHAM COMPANY WHO TAKE MONEY AND DON'T REFUND
Unable to leave zero stars or I would have AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS On 8th March 2024, I ordered a basin and pedestal online as the item showed as in stock. I called the following day to enquire about delivery and the man I spoke to told me that they could not check stock as they did not have warehouse staff on a Saturday. They somehow still managed to email me on that day to say that the item was out of stock and discontinued, and that they would issue a refund. I queried the status of my refund on 12th March as I could not see any evidence of it on my credit card app, to be told that it had already been issued and that out would take 3 to 5 days to process. I emailed again on 21st March to tell them to refund my payment immediately as it still had not been received and that I would be taking appropriate action against them if I did not receive my refund immediately. I received no reply to this email within 24hrs so I contacted my credit card company. They assured me that no refund had been initiated and to contact the company one last time before taking further action. My credit card company said that this is likely a sham company taking peoples money and utilising it before paying out any chargebacks. Please do not be suckered in by this company. Reading other reviews (which I should have done before I ordered) it looks like they are just a hustle with no actual products that are available.

Firstly the woman couldn't understand me because she was foreign ( I don't have an accent), then she informs me the product's not in stock for two months. Overall very impressed.
Old Hotpoint tumble drier 'died' at 8pm on Thursday. We only have space for a compact drier so checked Hotpoint's website and nothing available. Checked via Google and VCB came up as 5* service. Followed the link and they had the model we needed so we ordered it at 08:30 Friday for delivery Monday at a reasonable price. It arrived via DPD at 09:30 Saturday!! A couple of small dents in the cabinet but that seemed to be more about Hotpoint's packaging being rather skimpy (no protection around the edges). Overall very impressed and a happy buyer. Will always check VCB going forwards.

My neighbor who is an incredibly intelligent educational professional, super husband/dad and a very active community volunteer was just fired by the super woke leadership of Hand2Mind for having an honest/intelligent conversation with a co-worker. During a business trip, this co-worker unsolicited questioned my neighbor about his attitudes about gender transition rights of minors, LBGTQ+ rights, abortion rights, the Palestinian/Israeli war, and presidential politics. Apparently, my neighbor gave answers that this female co-worker found unacceptable and she let the company leadership know that she did not feel safe around him. So he was fired. The problem with this situation is very evident. My neighbor was not fired because of his work performance but because he gave honest answers when asked and they did not match the woke agenda of this asinine company...sad.

While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. De negatieve reacties herken ik hier volkomen. Wat een slechte webshop! Op 9 maart heb ik een bureaustoel besteld en betaald. Deze is dus nooit geleverd. Aanvankelijk zijn ze telefonisch onbereikbaar, ofschoon het bandje dat wél beweert ("tussen 10.00 en 16.00uur bereikbaar"). Ook op het online klachtenformulier geen antwoord. Op 16 april eindelijk telefonisch kontakt en beloven ze "vandaag of morgen antwoord". Niet dus. Op 15 mei wéér gebeld: "Ligt aan de leverancier", "vandaag of morgen" antwoord. Niet dus. ( De namen laat ik ivm privacy maar achterwege). 22 mei gebeld: "stoel is op 17 mei verstuurd", dus zogenaamd onderweg. 4 juni gebeld: 15 minuten wachten en dan werd opgehangen! 26 juli gebeld en heb ik de bestelling geannuleerd. Geld zal teruggestort worden. 29 augustus nog niets ontvangen. Kontakt via de chat: Probleem wordt doorgeschoven naar "De Financiele Afdeling" met aandringen tot spoed. 15 oktober: Nog niets ontvangen/gehoord. Men beweert nu dat de stoel al in april geleverd is! Aan ene "Marek". Dat ben ik dus niet. Wat moet ik nog geloven van Voordeelkraam??? Medewerker gaat het uitzoeken en belooft het nog deze week in orde te maken. Gelooft U het nog?

En dan...word je er aan het eind uitgegooid. Eén keer in geslaagd de 4e keer! en werd mij beloofd, dat het geld zou worden teruggestort met een wachttijd van 14 dagen. Jammer dat ik geen '0' sterren kan geven, want de Voordeelkraam en Goedkoper zijn een grote oplichtersbende die je aan het lijntje houden. Eerst is er iets mis met de code van de bestelling, daarna is het product niet op voorraad en als je annuleert willen ze nog brutaal doen omdat je zegt dat je je geld onmiddellijk terug wilt hebben. Na ruim 2 maanden eindelijk het geld terug gehad, maar dit heeft veel belletjes en mailtjes gekost. Ik zou zeggen: bestel hier NOOIT iets.

Out of all products that we tried this is the most simple and user friendly - for both members and staff. Members use the app and are able to figure out how it works without any help. Now approx. 90% of all bookings and payments are done through the app. And what is even more important, we don't need 3 different software, we have all in one Spacebring soft - admin panel, member panel and access control integration.

Solid quality but frequent changes in pricing plans
Solid quality and decent support, but after four years as a customer, the frequent changes in pricing and features bother me. New features, which I don't need, are added, while functionalities I rely on shift to more expensive plans, making it increasingly costly. Over time, I find myself paying more for fewer useful features. I wish it were the other way around. This inconsistency complicates planning and usage, leading to disappointment with me and my users.

My overall experience, from initial onboarding and setup, daily use and support has been exceptional. The customer support they provide is unlike anything I have ever experienced and I cannot rate them highly enough in this regard. I feel listened to as a customer and am constantly impressed at the lengths they will go to to improve their product based on customer feedback.

Simply put, the platform empowers you to bring your imagination to fruition (within the realm of space sharing, of course). As an emerging business they seemed to nail the top 2 traits for success (as per Bill Gross, founder of idealab) -- timing & team. In the time of COVID-related closures, group fitness facilities faced the additional challenges of industry disruption. Andcards enabled me to pursue a proof-of-concept of serving fitness trainers/professionals with a co-working type space of their own. The team at andcards delivered customer success, starting from the onboarding, and product excellence. I evaluated several competitors, many with a lot more "bells and whistles", but andcards seems to be focused on being a simple, useful, one-stop-shop platform (and they do it well). The user experience as a business owner, and from an end-client perspective, was nothing short of satisfactory. The UI was basic, yet exceptionally effective. Seamless across web and mobile.

iUniverse continually evading the payment of accumulated royalties
I published my book in 2010 which is still selling 14 years later. I am based in England and can attest to the fact that iUniverse does not look after the interests of international-based authors. It refuses to pay royalties directly to my bank account even though iUniverse now makes it mandatory for all its US based authors to provide bank details to enable the electronic transfer of royalties. Instead, they insist on posting cheques. This is inconvenient because it means that I have to pay a foreign cheque transaction fee. Additionally, the cheque takes a much longer period to clear than would one of local origin. I have not cashed in any cheques since 2017. I decided that short of iUniverse doing the right thing by transferring the money to my bank account, I would allow my royalties to accumulate to what I consider an acceptable amount before putting the foreign cheque into my account. I was informed by iUniverse that they had a procedure which they call a “re-cut”. This is supposed to consolidate a series of royalty payments into one. I did not receive a payment for the first “re-cut”. I requested a second re-cut in 2022 and removed the hold at some point in 2023. This meant that I was expecting payment for all my royalties accumulated since 2017 during the first week of December 2023. But there is a catch iUniverse spring on you after the author removes the “hold”. They claim under a rule of theirs that payment of the sum owed to the author is not guaranteed. In other words it permits them to withhold payment even when the window for payment arrives. The implications are clear: It means that they can keep on deferring paying the author the debt owed him indefinitely. This is an intolerable state of affairs. I have since cancelled my contract with iUniverse, My assessment of the aforementioned is that iUniverse have employed the use of unreasonable terms and procedures which breach my legitimate expectation to acquire royalties due me. The unconscionable state of affairs leaves me with no alternative other than to take all steps available to me securing the debt owed me including initiating civil legal action and filing a criminal complaint against iUniverse and its parent company Author Solutions. Solution: An immediate payment of all my royalty earnings from 2017 to the 2nd Quarter of 2024 i.e. April’s end, followed by an accelerated payment mechanism of royalties in the period after the cancellation of my contract with iUniverse.

You Get What You Pay For
This is my second go-around with iUniverse. I got what I paid for using the "Pioneer" package -- a print copy of my book plus an e-pub on Amazon with a Getty-image cover and transcription of my manuscript without any professional proofreading or copy-editing. Make sure your manuscript is in print-ready form before submitting it. They are efficient and responsive. You must do the marketing, however, and do not fall for or pay for their promises to make you a star. They are a business designed to make money. They are not going to make money for you, and they do not care about your writing. If your expectations are realistic, there is no problem. Everything is outsourced to workers in the Philippines, but I was able to discuss issues by telephone, and they were polite. FYI, the price for your publication package is negotiable. Addendum 4/24/2024: As of this date they have failed to make my e-pub available per contract. Several calls and emails have gone unanswered, or someone in customer services unsympathetically says they will get back to you in 24-48 hours (untrue). Also, about 7-10 days after my book was published in paperback I began to receive calls on my personal cell phone from complete strangers -- scammers with Filipino accents -- wanting to help market my book for a hefty fee. I did an online investigation and discovered this was a common occurrence with iUniverse (google iUniverse and "Logan Crawford"). If I write another book, it certainly won't be published by this untrustworthy organization. Addendum 5/13/2024: I discovered a recurring $9.99 fee on my AMEX for "Author Learning Center." Apparently it was part of a one month "free trial" that comes with the Pioneer package and presumably other packages, only they continued to charge me for the "service" after the one month free trial was over. I eventually cancelled the service -- a service I never used -- but they refused to reimburse me for the six or so months of recurring charges -- service charges that I did not request or want. So much has been written on the Internet about iUniverse and other self-publishing companies under the Author Solutions company umbrella, including many lawsuits for deceptive marketing. Stay clear of all these companies: Xlibris, iUniverse, Archway, Balboa, and many others. They are exploitation specialists operating in the publishing realm. Highly unethical people in it only for the money.

The Worst
This was one of the worst experiences for me and it costed me to take the risk. I was so excited to get started. Paid almost 2 grand and when it got close to finishing the project, they went ghost. No communication what so ever for almost a month. They rushed me to send in my unfinished manuscript because once you do that you’re locked in. They can drop the ball but once you cancel from fear of failure and/or fraud, they will take 50% without lifting a finger. Nothing was done on their behalf and it still costed me over $900. Who has money to throw away? If you’re thinking about going with this company I have one word of advice…Don’t. Do not send them your manuscript. They get a little lazy after you do or they’ll just keep trying to get money out of you for marketing. Don’t fall for it

Poor communications with customer - twice on one order!
We have always had a House account. When I placed the current order and charged it to the House account, the order was placed on hold. I was not contacted. Two weeks later, I found that the order was on hold when I checked the status of the order on-line. Joy replied to my email and took credit card information. The order was processed, but I did not receive the usual notification of shipment with a tracking number. A week after speaking with Joy, I again checked the status of the order on-line to find that the order was marked - cancelled. I called and spoke with Joy and she reassured me that the order had been processed and shipped (it arrived later that day)

Clairement ,il y’a un côté un peu brouillon… pour exemple, le mauvais certificat avec un bracelet. (Ça a gâché le cadeau de Noël puisque j’ai offert les mauvais bracelets aux mauvaises personnes) Ce n’est pas la fin du monde mais, ça laisse planer un doute , quand on se trompe dans les documents, peut-être qu’on se trompe ailleurs. Plusieurs bijoux achetés sans soucis et de belle qualité. Par contre, pour faire face à l’augmentation du cours de l’or ils ont procédé à des augmentations excessives : 30% sur certains modèles et sans prévenir les clients à l’avance. La plupart des marques préviennent leurs anciens clients et ainsi leur offrent la possibilité, si un modèle leur plaît, de l’acheter avant augmentation. J’avais deux pièces dans mon panier et en une nuit il a augmenté de 600€!!!! C’est un procédé ni commerçant, ni courtois. Je suis assez choquée.

Extremely Disappointed – Proceed with Caution!
I had high hopes when ordering a bracelet and a tourmaline stone from Celinni Diamonds, but my experience has been frustrating. First, my tourmaline stone was missing from the package. No prior communication, no warning—just an incomplete order. Only after I reached out did they inform me that shipments are sometimes split. For a company selling “luxury” jewelry, this level of service is surprisingly poor. Still after 10 days no reply regarding the missing piece. Then comes the bracelet, which was a complete letdown. The pictures online made it look elegant and high-quality, but what I received was a dull, lifeless piece that looks nothing like what was advertised. The diamonds are of disappointingly low quality, making me question the legitimacy of their “competitive pricing.” I should have known that when a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. The only saving grace? They offer a 30-day return policy—which makes sense, given how misleading the product images were. While customer service was polite, that doesn’t change the fact that this purchase felt like a waste of time and money. Also I was offered the chance to change my product, but alas ignored after confirming it. Would I buy from Celinni again? Probably not. If you’re considering a purchase, I’d strongly recommend doing thorough research on the diamond quality and setting realistic expectations. ⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing quality, misleading images, and unreliable service.

J’ai du acheté une bague de substition, j’ai donc demandé un geste commercial sauf que l’on veut uniquement me faire un avoir, j’aimerai avoir un remboursement de ce qu’ils m’ont proposé en avoir.. ça serait la moindre des choses au vu du fait que j’ai du acheter une bague pour non respect des délais et surtout un manque de communication sur le retard… Update : j’ai été contacté par le responsable logistique qui m’a proposé un autre geste commercial vu avec la direction et que je remercie beaucoup pour la réactivité.

Si seulement je pouvais mettre plus de 5 étoiles! J’ai récemment contacté la maison Celinni suite à un diamant perdu sur mon bracelet rivière! Malheureusement sans facture, suite au décès de ma mère.. L'accueil téléphonique est courtois et aimable, voire éclairé pour exposer votre problème, et cela devient rare! Mooie product en top klantenservice/levering
Ik heb een product besteld en ik had een beetje spoed; de medewerker zei dat ze proberen een spoed aflevering voor mij te regelen (zonder extra kosten) en ze hebben dit gedaan - volgende avond was mijn bestelling al in huis! Erg tevreden met de klantenservice en de sterrenbeeld poster is heel mooi. Bedankt!!
