I have been unable to make any returns
I have written a review already on my difficulties dealing with this company. I have been unable to make any returns through the UK website. I finally got a response from Tennis-Point through instagram messaging. They said they were restructuring their systems but could not give me a timeframe for when they will be up and running. Consequently, 2 weeks after receiving my order I remain unable to make a return. It's interesting to note that a UK company called Tennis-Point UK Limited (company number 13064027) was dissolved on 11 March 2025. This company may not be related to Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, but it is my strong suspicion that it is. Trading while bankrupt is, of course, illegal. Either way, I would advise you not to order from this company until the position is clearer.

I have had the same issue mentioned by others. I wanted to return an item and found that the online return system does not work. The email address they offer is unmanned and I have had no response to the contact form I submitted on their website. I have now paid through the nose to send the parcel back to their address in Germany and preparing myself to pursue a refund through my credit card provider if needed.

Very unhappy
I absolutely no longer recommend Tennis Point, despite having used them successfully over the years. The K-Swiss carpet tennis shoes I ordered arrived and are too small despite me having ordered a half size larger. I now seem to be totally unable to print the return label as suggested and cannot find a method of contacting Tennis Point to ask for assistance. I am extremely unhappy and sadly will never use Tennis-Point again. I do not recommend them if you think there is any chance at all that you will need to contact Customer Services - they don't appear to exist :-(

Unsere Kleine wollte immer alleine aufsitzen, doch es fehlte ihr an Technik und Kraft. Als Mutter dachte ich, es würde Monate dauern, bis sie es schafft. Doch plötzlich, nach nur zwei Wochen Intensiv, ist unsere kleine Heldin ganz alleine aufgesessen – ein großer Traum ging in Erfüllung! Auch in den Armen hat sie enorm an Kraft gewonnen; sie kann jetzt in den Handstütz, was vorher unmöglich schien. Fabienne hat es sogar geschafft, dass sie etwas an den Händen versucht zu gehen. Die Therapien sind wirklich hart und anstrengend. Fabienne ist sehr strikt und zieht das Training konsequent durch, aber das muss sein, denn von nichts kommt bekanntlich nichts. Die Kleinen erfreuen sich danach umso mehr an ihrer neu gewonnenen Bewegungsfreiheit! Danke, Fabienne! Wir haben dir unglaublich viel zu verdanken und hoffen, noch lange zu dir kommen zu können!🍀❤️🙏

Wir sind überzeugt!
Fabienne und Remco sind ein super Team. Die Buchung war sehr leicht und die Wartefrist sehr kurz. Die Beratung erfolgte über Videocall und war sehr ausschlussreich und sympatisch. Noch in der selben Woche konnten wir den Ersttermin wahrnehmen. Noch in der ersten Sitzung konnte unsere Tochter mit nur wenig hilfe selbst aufstehen und konnte den 4 Füssler länger den je halten. Am nächsten Tag zeigte sie schon Vortschritte beim selbstständigen aufsetzen. Equipment für Zuhause war auf Lager und konnte gleich ohne Wochenlange Wartefrist mitgenommen werden. Das ist für uns sehr Wertvoll. Auch im nachhinein ist der Kontakt super schnell und einfach, wir haben wirklich das Gefühl endlich jemanden zu haben, der uns etwas an die Hand nimmt und uns Hilft, unsere Ziele für die Entwicklung unserer Tochter zu erreichen. Wenn ihr DMI ausprobieren wollt lohnt sich eine Buchung definitiv.

Phyiostherapy and fitness program for hip arthitis
I have arthritis in my hip which was causing me a great day of pain and I started doing physio with Apexqla to improve my hip condition and put off having surgery. I was considering having my hip replaced per doctor recommendations , but instead decided to wait and see if physio and fitness training could help improve my condition. I enrolled in the Kinekt fitness program and Fabienne helped me to build strength and reduce the amount of pain I was experiencing. Through the Kinekt program I learned a great deal about how to workout and Fabienne created a bespoke fitness and lifestyle plan for me to use moving forward. I highly recommend the doing physical therapy and the Kinekt fitness program with Fabienne. Both programs helped immensely in improving my physical well being. My hip pain has reduced a great deal and is almost non existent. I have put off having joint replacement surgery because of the fitness program and learning how to better manage my hip condition.

même si vous devez faire des économie il faut un minimum pour rassurer les personnes qui veulent vous faire confiance. d'autre part, lorsqu'une personne annule sa commande, vous ne devrez pas faire semblant d'écouter la personne, mais de rembourser sans faire de chi chi, parce que les gens vont accordent leur confiance en payant par carte bleue, il faut respecter sa parole pour l'image, lorsque vous avez une annulation de commande, il faut rembourser sans délai. depuis quelques jours un remboursement de 42€ c'est pas normal.

J'aurais gagné du temps sans ces kits incomplets et inexacts !
La procédure de dissolution, liquidation n'est pas très complexe. Il aurait été facile de la résumé clairement dans un kit. Mais nette PME vends deux kits qui sont très incomplets mais surtout inexacts. J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps à faire des allers-retours auprès des différentes instances et les quelques modèles compris dans les kits sont très facilement téléchargeable gratuitement sur Internet.

Good communication. Poor report.
Communication in chat bot was pleasurable, thats why 4 stars. However i must admit that standard reports are poor and does not really looks correct. For example a cold wallet, which has received all the money from binance is getting only 50% score. Positive part is based on the source and the rest 50 are "suspicious unnamed service". I don't get how the wallet which was used ONLY ONCE for withdrawal from binance can have less than 100 score (there were no any other transactions associated with the address). It is crazy that based on such "reports" you may become a suspicious client for exchangers (hopefully they are only care for danger categories). I still think that AML/KYC are just creating harm to the industry and put your crypto at risk. Nobody is care how cash is circulating or ban it based on how it was used in the past. The same should be applied for crypto and hopefully will.

They downgraded the quality of reports and only show if the risk of a specified wallet/transaction is above/below 50% and no additional information at all. They push you to buy a business subscription to access the data they used to give to non-business customers before. I am not going to pay $2 per each useless AML check and they now refuse to make a refund.

Very disappointing experience. It took the shop 40 days to finally tell me the parcel was lost and I'm yet to receive a refund. I had to chase the customer service four times to obtain updates. Not even a sorry for this situation, nothing. Maybe it's normal for them... Bad customer service. I would avoid ordering from them.

Both orders I brought mainly dies, all good quality, used in sizzix big shot, worked perfectly. 2nd order I ordered plastic storage containers, cheap, there good and not flimsy. Not sure if this is what I should expect going forward...
I've been using Temi for years--and up to the last couple of recent transcriptions, I've been satisfied. Not so with the last couple. Because there are always some mispronounced words, it is pretty common for me to work the transcript while occasionally listening to a specific part of the recording for a word or short phrase. Not so with the last couple of transcripts. It missed major parts of sentences that were clearly annunciated and identifiable when I listened to the recording. Accuracy was highly affected. The back and forth between transcript and listening significantly slowed me down. In short, I did not trust the transcription. I'll give it a few more shots--but if what I experienced in this last transcript is an indication of where the program is headed, it won't be too long before I find a better option.

The lidar on the machine broke in 375 days. This causes a loud clicking sound which sounds like the Predator. It’s untenable for daily use now. I called and emailed and they responded one question at a time for two weeks to the point of trying to get me to pay for an upgrade and then radio silence. what a joke!

I'm new to the transcription process…
I'm new to the transcription process and thought that my only option was to either pay for someone else to do it or transcribe myself. I had a 6.5 hour interview to transcribe and couldn't get myself to sit down to do it so just googled for transcription options. I found an article reviewing automatic transcription services and came upon TEMI. Since the first transcription was free - no matter how long your audio is , I decided to try it. I am very impressed with Temi! On a side note, at the same time - I tried Happy Scribe to compare ( and paid for it to be transcribed at Happy Scribe ) and based on my experiences with both, TEMI is superior. TEMI's web based editor is easier to navigate, for my audio - it produced more accurate transcription results, and their customer service is VERY good and immediate. ( To compare, Happy Scribe is based in Europe and I couldn't get anyone to chat with me from customer service at the time. Even with emailing, they are not as responsive as TEMI.) Finally, I like how there is NO subscription with TEMI. I'm going with TEMI moving forward.

Computer Produced, Not Accurate
Have had a few transcripts here, and the accuracy ratio for these files was not what I expected. Submitted some audio that was clear and understandable, and transcript came back totally unreadable. I had to make many edits to it, and I could have transcribed it myself faster than it took me to edit the one produced by this automated robot. You get what you paid for, but I would not waste my money on this company.

Product is quite impressive and great for recording long meetings. The ability to listen to the audio along with reading the text is a great time saver in terms of finding what you want to listen to. Not 5 stars as still waiting for response on purchased credits . Possibly suffering from growing pains

Missed or wrongly transcribed words and…
Missed or wrongly transcribed words and names numerous times. Speaker ID is complete garbage, had to manually fix these hundreds of times on a 30min file. The amount of time for me to correct the file, I could just transcribe it by hand and do it faster. Doesn't do BiTC or account for timecode breaks so that's a manual fix that takes forever. Honestly, they should drop their rates to be in line with Amazon transcribe since it's garage in and garbage out. The editor tool is the only thing that saved them from being a one star.

I am impressed with how well most words were transcribed, given the background noise. And that people were speaking from many different directions. It breaks down in two categories: 1) I am surprised that it does not notice the switch between obviously different speakers. 2) There were a number of proper names and obscure words where it makes amusing guesses. Example: "Bayesian" became "Beijing". I have no idea how that could be improved without knowing a lot more about the subject under discussion.

Outstanding Customer Service
I was looking for a specific dress in a particular print for my wife that she had seen in Spain and the staff at Sunday Best could not have been more helpful. The staff spoke to me and helped me identify the brand and item and went beyond expectations in colllecting the dress from the shelves. The staff held the dress to one side for me and packaged it up for posting while I was on the 'phone paying for the item. Well done all at Sunday Best!

Awesome even in Italy!
I was desperately searching for a specific pair of earrings from Vivienne Westwood that went sold out everywhere, and after scrolling to the second page of google results I found Sunday Best. I decided to try and order from there, hoping that the package would safely get to Italy, and to my surprise they shipped it the same day I placed my order and it took only 8 days for it to arrive in Italy! I had to pay 11€ of customs but totally worth it, given that the earrings' price itself was among the lowest I could find on other UK websites. Totally recommended, I've also found a cute written message from the staff.

Service injoignable au téléphone, impression rapide et colis bien emballé, mais l’impression est très MÉDIOCRE, j’ai demandé du papier 300gr, le papier est clairement beaucoup plus fin que du 300gr on dirait du 150gr, et sur un bon nombre de mes cartes de visites, on voit un trait noir, la découpe est très mal faite, je dois tout recouper moi même! Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service de cette entreprise. J'ai commandé des cartes de visite et elles sont arrivées complètement de travers. J'ai immédiatement envoyé des photos pour signaler le problème, mais il a fallu un mois pour recevoir une confirmation téléphonique qu'un remboursement serait effectué. Maintenant, on me demande de prendre une nouvelle photo des cartes avec une latte pour prouver encore une fois le défaut. Ce manque de réactivité et de professionnalisme est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise à quiconque cherche un service fiable et de qualité. Leurs délais de traitement sont longs et ils exigent des preuves répétitives même après avoir initialement confirmé le problème. Très mauvaise expérience.

Let op datum aanschaf ivm eigen risico zorgverzekering
De hoormetingen worden professioneel uitgevoerd. Personeel is vriendelijk, geduldig en kundig. Alles wordt duidelijk uitgelegd. Ik hoor nu beter met deze nieuwe hoortoestellen. Maar.. 15 november 2024 had ik een afspraak bij Beter Horen voor deze nieuwe hoorapparaatjes (omdat mijn oude apparaatjes in december 5 jaar oud waren). Teleurstellend dat de vervolgafspraak doorgeschoven is naar januari 2025. Hierdoor moest ik meteen de € 385,00 eigen risico voor 2025 betalen. Indien ik de apparaatjes gewoon in november of december had kunnen kopen, had mij dat een paar honderd euro gescheeld. Ook teleurstellend dat je als het ware verplicht wordt een pakket mbt onderhoud en service af te nemen, waaronder een oplader van € 349,00. Dezelfde oplader kost bij een andere leverancier nl ruim 200 euro goedkoper... Als ik die oplader niet van Beter Horen zou kopen, dus niet het hele pakket, dan wordt de service een stuk minder. De service was overigens hiervoor altijd 100% in orde.

Spam belletjes, eens per dag, zeven dagen per week Bent u ook wel eens bij Beter Horen voor een gratis hoortest geweest. En ja hoor, het advies was om een gehoorapparaat aan te schaffen. Een slager die zijn eigen vlees keurt, denk ik achteraf. Maar als ik er nog niet aan toe ben, dan hoef je mij toch niet te spammen met van die callcenter belletjes?

In een vorig review werd wegens omstandigheden bij Beter Horen mijn afspraak verzet naar een veel later tijdstip. Ik werd echter spontaan teruggebeld om de afspraak alsnog te vervroegen. Ik was daar erg blij mee. Vandaag geweest voor een hoortest en ik ben op uiterst vakkundige en vriendelijke wijze geholpen. Ik kreeg goed advies om over na te denken. Disappointing Experience with Cartlow I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Cartlow. I ordered a PS4 on 31/01/2025 with an expected delivery date between 3rd and 5th of this month. However, it's now 08/02/2025 and I still haven't received my order. The lack of communication from Cartlow's customer support team has been frustrating. Despite reaching out to them, I haven't received any meaningful updates on the status of my order. As a customer, I expect timely delivery and clear communication. Unfortunately, Cartlow has fallen short of these expectations.

BAD EXPERIENCE
For me it was Definitely a bad idea, I don't know about others, but , my personal expericne with them it so annyoing, I've order a used laptop "Thinkpad T490" on 23rd of January, now it's 2nd of October & yet no updates from the site, no update from emails, and cusomter call center is based on eygpt, not even UAE, WHAT IS THIS TRASH !! The alleged delievery time frame was from 3 to 5 days, on their website, I already heard some bad experices with other people from this website, but, I wasn't sure, not until I placed the order for the laptop. Really if you can find used product from other site, like Amazon, Noon, Although I don't always recommend them, it would still be better than wasting your time in their website. Edit (February 8th): I purchased it in top condition, but here’s what I received: The screen is not properly glued to the frame on the left corner. The keyboard requires hard presses. The left trackpad button is kinda stuck. The camera shutter is broken.

Do something about your customer service, please change for the better
Whenever i order something from them , first you have to acknowledge that your ordering a second hand product, so when i order from them and i find any complications with the product i don't return it back simply because they are also outsourcing the products from third party shops and so the return will be tedious and time consuming if you don't have any. as of now i ordered a phone on the 18th ,January 2025 and today its 23rd of January 2025, still not yet received the product and there customer services no one is there at the moment , imagine and its 11:10 am in the morning ,for an online company. but what has bothered me on this trust pilot platform regarding Cartlow and made me to write this comment is the mere fact that they don't respond back to customer complaints on this platform but they find time to respond back to customers thanking them , that only tells you a lot about the companies values and missions. Cartlow used to be a good platform when it had just began and i used to buy lots of item from them , but for God's sake last time i ordered a Samsung tablet and i received it, the screen was literally lose on the edges with all the glue used to replace the screen was still leaking out but like i said i don't bother returning anything on Cartlow , i went to repair shop and fixed it my self . another incidence i sent my Iphone11 pro to sell it on there platform , they return the device to me and said the mobile didn't pass the assessment test which is ok , but my original charge that i sent with the device they didn't return it back to me, only the mobile i receive back but i like i said still i didn't complain back .

Terrible Item Return Experience
For starters I have bought a laptop that was in preloved top condition from a 3rd party seller on this app previously in October and its spectacular. This time I bought a Samsung phone that's in preloved top condition. I got it on January 12th. The condition of the phone is good for the little amount of time I used it. Therefore I can't say much about it since I actually didn't wanna use it after I realised on the same day that there were two crucial things different from the listing. 1) It was listed as dual sim, instead I received a single sim. 2) It was listed as an international version with a model number ending in B, but instead I received the Korean version which its model number ends with N Additionally, I somehow got a 256GB phone eventhough I ordered a 128GB phone. From the beginning of the return process I was a bit skeptical as I didn't receive any type of confirmation and there wasn't any way to check anywhere if the return was initiated so I called them the next day on Jan 13th to which they apologised and sent me an email stating the item will be picked up in 3-5 days. There is no method of tracking that aswell. Its now Jan 21st, I have called them on the 15th, 16th and 19th. Each time they make it seem as if the issue is solved and as if they just didn't know. They kept assuring assuring me each time that everything is alright. I have sent multiple emails throughout but to no avail. I am not gonna bother writing any details about my order here cuz i have pretty much given up since its been almost 10days. It seems that I just got lucky with my first purchase from them. Awfully horrendous experience! The order was already late so I called their so-called call center. It seems the guys sitting there are using phones from the Stone Age. The distortion literlly gave me a migraine. The guy sitting there could not speak proper English, was super nervous and took nearly 10 mins to tell me the order will take another 3-5 days. I had to tell him twice to cancel the order which he said he did but guess what… he didn’t! Wish there were zero stars or a garbage truck sign instead. Wow, just wow!!!

They sell used parts. Ordered a new MAF sensor for my Volvo and the tamper seal was already broken on it and it looked like it had been at the very least taken out of the box and then just hurled back in it with the wax paper shoved in on top of it rather than being re-wrapped. It's against the law for them to sell an electrical item with that seal broken. Their excuse was: those seals break easily. Really? How, exactly? The box was inside another box. The only way that seal is broken is for someone to intentionally break it. Either they did it or some other customer did and they simply threw it back in the box and sold it to me illegally.

I’m new to the Volvo community
I’m new to the Volvo community, so when researching aftermarket companies to utilize for my S60R I decided to go with IPD as they had a good website user interface and CLAIMED to have great customer service I’ve only had to call the customer service desk twice both times the agent was rude, disrespectful and acted like I was wasting his time. I’ve placed several thousand dollars in parts and upgrades and when I ask a question I get the feeling like why am I asking this question and basically says he has never heard of what I was asking before. Referred me to the Volvo community. Frustrating! As long as you don’t have to deal or talk to customer service they gave a great website.

I ordered a AC delete unit from IPD and had to return since I did not have the correct power steering pump. I returned it, without using it. They said it was damaged and could not give me a refund. That was not the upsetting part. What really upset me was that I never got credit, never got a part shipped back, never was even updated. It took over two months of waiting and I finally contacted them. If I would f never contacted them I probably would never had this issue taken care of. Ive been shopping with them for years upon years. Im getting the part shipped back and thats ok, I wont be able to use it and it sucks. The least they could of did is do ANYTHING for the two months I was waiting. They had my money and just sat on it with no reaching out to me. Im done with IPD. No more shopping for some people that treat their clients like crap.

2 separate orders and twice bad experiences
The first time I order a whole box of parts for my Volvo S60. I ordered 5 different motor mounts and 4 out of the 5 fit perfectly except the one on the passenger side of the motor. I confirmed the part # and it was correct. So I emailed customer service and a guy named Kevin was very stubborn. I sent him the part number on the old factory mount. Them I sent him pictures showing the the 2 parts side by side. His response was I'm the first customer to ever claim this.... Like that's my fault ??? After lots of investigating by me I found out the part they sent me was manufactured wrong. It had the correct part # stamped on it but the 2 nipples were upside down on the mold poured at the factory. So instead of Kevin dealing with this since he's in customer service I had to install the mount upside down, which was the only way the 2 bolt holes would line up....as for for the 2 nipples meant for it not to move around, Kevin said to ignore them. Which I did, but there is a 1/8 inch gap as the nipple are being forced down and don't line up with their holes. SMH 3 months later stupid me ordersd my order again from IPD rather than FCP and this time due to corona virus I was looking to save money as things were right so I ordered the cheaper ball joints by MTC instead of the Lemforder ones I would normally order.. I had to take apart the suspension 3 times as Everytime I would take the car for a drive it would rub on the inside of the rim. I never thought it was the part until my mechanic suggested it. When I compared the 2 ball joints the MTC was the wrong dimensions. I was so angry. I took pictures of the 2 side by side and emailed IPD. Who do I get Kevin again. I wasn't sure if he remembered me but again he was stubborn and said this has never happened before. I'm not sure why he's protecting the manufacturer when the evidence is clear as can be ? Just brutal customer service. I then ordered the Lemforder and they fit like a glove the first time. Lesson learned FCP knows how to treat their customers. Not sure what's up that Kevin guy but if that's the kind of person IPD hires then that's on them.

Great Prices Outstanding Service
I was in the market for a mid-priced 7wt fly rod specifically targeting smallmouth with the option for saltwater. I was looking at T&T Zone, various Sage rods, and Scott Wave. I really like the Scott craftsmanship and recently purchased a Ross Animas reel both incidentaly made in Montrose, CO. Happened to find Ed's online and they where also from Montrose, CO. Ed's also offered a discount on the Scott Wave which sealed the deal. Could not be more excited to get out and fish my new gear. Communication and Shipping was fast. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I wish I could give this company zero stars. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. Despite paying for a 24-hour response contract, their engineers rarely show up the next day, and in some cases, it takes 3 to 5 days for them to even attend the job – only to tell you that they need to order parts. This means you're left chasing them every single day for updates on when parts will arrive and when your machine will finally be operational again. IT'S BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I've had dryers out of order for months, and no one from JLA has followed up. All they do is say "someone will attend the shop when they can," but that never happens in any timely manner. Meanwhile, days, weeks, and even months pass, and I'm losing customers, losing money, and still paying for a service that doesn't fulfill its obligations. I sincerely hope no one ever has to experience what I went through with them. Avoid at all costs!

*Our Experience with JLA's Poor Service and Unfair Charges* We reported a fault with our dryer to JLA in September 2024. At the time, we were assured that the machine was under warranty. An engineer was sent out, diagnosed the issue, and informed us that parts were needed to complete the repair. A week later, when we followed up, we were suddenly told that while parts were covered under warranty, we had to pay for the callout and labor. We were invoiced £432.60 and told that the engineer would return once the payment was received. After numerous phone calls over two months of chasing JLA for updates, we were repeatedly told the parts were on order. The engineer finally arrived in late January, meaning our dryer had been out of service for over four months. To make matters worse, we were then informed that an additional part was required, and we were assured we would receive a call within a week. That call never came. Despite constant follow-ups and repeated promises of callbacks, no one ever got back to us. Instead, we received yet another invoice—this time for £1,011.79—covering an additional part, labor, and another callout. This was despite our warranty still being in place at the time of the initial callout. When we challenged the charge, we were told it was for an "extra part" and therefore a separate, chargeable repair. Over the past 10 days, we've spoken to multiple departments, only to be told that "credit control has it under query." Meanwhile, we are still waiting for a resolution, and our dryer remains out of service. Our experience with JLA has been appalling—misleading warranty claims, excessive delays, lack of communication, and unexpected charges. We strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with JLA to avoid similar frustration and unfair costs. This is the after sales you get after spending a small fortune with JLA. I'll keep you all posted with progress.

I purchased 2 washing machines paid…
I purchased 2 washing machines paid them, within 24 hours decided to cancel the order and buy a roller ironer instead. They sent me email requesting the difference of payment paid for ×2 washers and roller ironer. Paid the difference within 48 hour's. All confirmed at the time. Roller ironer ordered by them, arrived in uk at their depo. In the meantime I had a ongoing issue to upgrade my gas meter. Because I couldn't receive a delivery they suggested that they'll put it in storage I agreed with them. A year later they asking me for another 1k from me on baseless email. I sent them all evidence of payments made to them Inc emails. It's ongoing matter, not resolved yet. A poor service with a negligence from their side.

Avoid at all costs, absolutely awful company to deal with!
A truly awful company to deal with from start to (almost) finish. They sign you into a 96mth contract, even though most pubs now only offer 5 year leases, and the costs for these rise alarmingly over the progressing years. We took out a contract on a glasswasher washer for our new bar in February 2020, just before the pandemic struck. Even though the bar was closed for the next 18 months, we had to pay for a machine that had never been used, we were offered no payment relief from JLA throughout the whole period of the pandemic, subsequently the bar did not reopen and we now have a machine that has hardly been used. We have now come to the end of our lease at the pub and are coming out of the trade but JLA insist that the remainder of the contract must be paid in full, this totals over £6k! We are signed up to JLA Total Care 7, what a joke, should be called Totally Don't Care, had to wait nearly four weeks for a fix on a different glasswasher we have with them, sending out different engineers who didn't seem to know what they were doing. The customer portal hasn't worked since I don't know when, coupled with the fact that they seem to take random payments on random dates from our account, making it very difficult to keep on top of what is actually going on. Any publican thinking of using JLA, trust me, DON'T DO IT!

Absolutely woeful
Absolutely woeful. Do not touch them. Set up a service plan to be told by an engineer the machines were not ones they service, waited weeks for parts so got it fixed by another company as was middle of peak season. Asked to cancel the service plan for obvious reasons and told they wouldn’t do that unless I paid for the full 5 years to terminate. The complaints department then followed up the issue 6 MONTHS LATER and set up servicing for this Monday with the assurance that it ‘100% will happen that day’. No one showed up! Today received a call to see if I wanted to acquire new machines from them. Absolutely laughable, and the sales team I was speaking to also found it hilarious which really helped matters. I repeat, do not touch them!

HA247 - great service for many years
HA247 has been providing server maintenance and hosting services to one of our larger clients since before we came onto the scene (about 6 years ago). We rely on them to be quietly competent - their servers stay online, the software stays up to date, and we never have any major problems. On the rare occasion when we need further support beyond the normal (for instance this month, as we migrate up from PHP5.6 to 7.2 across multiple platforms) their assistance has been skilled and invaluable. We have no hesitation in recommending them to our other clients and to other organisations.

Expense cards impossible to administrate
Equals made their old platform (Equals Spends) obsolete and we have had to "upgrade" to Equals Money. Our sales team have Equals cards for their expenses which previously worked reasonably well. This new platform is diabolical especially for overseas transactions. The helpdesk is inundated with queries and slow to respond. We are actively looking for an alternative solution.

Probably the best money exchange service I have used!
I have used many international money exchange firms before and so far I think this is the best one. What I like about Equals Money is the advanced platform and the personal touch. Allan is a great guy, easily reachable and he assigned me to an account manager, Paddy and both are helping me greatly with my transactions. Because the platform is advanced and naturally is different from other platforms, it may take you 1-2 transactions to get used to. Highly recommended.
