Der Aufzug funktioniert schlichtweg nicht zuverlässig. Bereits mehrfach wurden Reparaturversuche unternommen – jedoch ohne jeglichen nachhaltigen Erfolg. Statt systematischer Problemlösung scheint hier das Prinzip „Trial & Error“ zur Anwendung zu kommen. Ein Armutszeugnis für ein Unternehmen, das sich auf barrierefreie Mobilität spezialisiert. Erreichbarkeit? Fehlanzeige. Rückrufe? Zögerlich und ohne greifbare Ergebnisse. Nachdem er zunächst monatelang immer wieder stecken geblieben ist, sind wir nun seit Monaten gezwungen, den Aufzug jeden Morgen neu zu starten und zusätzlich zu resetten, nur damit er funktioniert – wenn überhaupt. Techniker:innen, die endlich auftauchen, sind sehr freundlich, scheinen im Hinblick auf die möglichen Fehlerursachen aber bestenfalls ahnungslos zu sein und verlassen das Haus meist, ohne den Fehler beheben zu können. Und nun, seit über einem Monat, herrscht völliger Stillstand: Kein Techniker in Sicht, keine Lösung, nur leere Versprechungen. Seit drei Tagen funktioniert der Aufzug nun gar nicht meht. Die Reaktion seitens Cibes auf unsere erneute Fehlermeldung? Ein organisatorisches Desaster. Offensichtlich genügt der Ausfall von zwei Mitarbeitenden aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich, um das gesamte System lahmzulegen. Es scheint, als sei Cibes nicht einmal imstande, bei akuten Ausfällen einen Techniker zu organisieren, geschweige denn das Problem zu beheben. Dass ausgerechnet ein Unternehmen, dessen Produkte für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen essenziell sind, eine derart katastrophale Serviceleistung bietet, ist schlicht skandalös. Schon der Bestell- und Installationsprozess war eine Zumutung, doch das aktuelle Drama übertrifft alles. Nach diesen Erfahrungen können wir nur mit Nachdruck vor dem Kauf eines Aufzugs von Cibes warnen – insbesondere, wenn man auf dessen Funktionsfähigkeit angewiesen ist. Barrierefreiheit? Bei Cibes offenbar ein Fremdwort. Das einzige, was funktioniert, ist die Rechnungsstellung. Bevor Cibes irgendwas herstellt und liefert, muss man als Kunde 90% des Gesamtbetrages anzahlen. Ob der Aufzug dann auch funktioniert, scheint für Cibes dann keine Rolle mehr zu spielen.

Updated Review: Cibes lift 2 years old, supplied by Aesyliften in the Netherlands. The product itself is excellent but I experienced service problems from Aesyliften. The problems have now been resolved, but it is a shame that it took so long.

We had two cibes lifts fitted. One by Opal elevators which has been faultless. The second has been horrendous with a myriad of issues. Faulty buttons faulty battery charging, faulty lift guides wobbly walls, dead LED strips and a faulty drive belt. Cibes own installers did not appear to have a clue. The whole lift has been poorly put together and I have little confidence it will last very long. I would also comment that parts and servicing appear extortionate. I am surprised this is not illegal under monopoly rules. A lock that should cost £5 max costs probably 40 times more. Many of the original parts can be sourced elsewhere such as drive belts cylinders and Led strips. I will never buy another lift from Cibes. The quality i my opinion is rubbish. They don't help anyone and ignore customers once a purchase is made or a problem encountered. These are my own personal views and perceptions based on my experience.

Ich warne jeden Interessenten davor einen CIBES Lift zu erwerben. Der Service ist nicht nur mangelhaft sondern unterirdisch schlecht. Weder die Niederlassungen in Berlin oder ÖLandsberg sind zu erreichen. Auf mails, auch an die GL, erfolgt keine Reaktion. Wenn dann doch einmal ein sog. Servicetechniker auftaucht, hat dieser keinerlei Ersatzteile und auch keine Ahnung von dem was mitgeteilt wurde. Darüberhinaus werden sehr teure Teile, wie z.B. Elektronik als defekt deklariert. Hier wied nur Geld gemacht. Mein Lift steht seit 6 Monaten still. Keine Reaktion von CIBES. Auch das Werk in Schweden antwortet nicht auf mails.

Wenn man sich mit Vertriebspartnern wie Hiro Lift rumärgern muss, hilft das beste produkt nichts

Die Lüfterstufen Hi und Low lassen sich nicht einstellen bzw. zuschalten. Demzufolge heizt er auch nicht. Mein Messgerät zeigt nur eine Standby Aufnahme von 1,5 W an. Great service from Ringwood fencing. I needed five new fence panels two of which had to be made to measure, one slightly shorter and another divided into smaller pieces so as to accommodate overhanging trees. All sorted very efficiently by Ringwood and no quibble in taking back unused panels. Happy to recommend them unreservedly.

I ordered timber for new fencing and it took a while to arrive due to Covid...again! I had to chase to get information rather than Ringwood keeping me informed (although courteous and polite every time). The wood arrived and after the wet May weather had passed I spent 4 days putting the new fence up. The wood has been painted twice with Ronseal on top of the treatment already added to the raw timber, so why after just a coupe of weeks are some of the feather edge boards warping and cracking? I put this to Ringwood and was told they need to be soaked as this will happen in warmer weather! I accept that to a degree but at home I am surrounded by other feather edge fence systems my neighbours have, yet none of the more recent installations are suffering the same problem. I can only assume that these boards are of mixed quality (some were thinner than others)? I would like to think Ringwood would some further assistance to get an insight into this issue. UPDATE I was sent several new feather edge boards FOC to replace the cracked / warped boards, so an additional star for the service from Ringwood...I would say 3.5 now but you can't add half a star!

I have used New forest turf for years now and will not use another supplier. The turf is always excellent quality. I recently took delivery of 300 rolls and couldn’t fault the quality of it if I tried. Delivery’s are always on time and Vickey and her team are always at the end of the phone to give sound advise and help along the way if needed. Customer support was responsive when I had questions. A solid plan, but be prepared for possible adjustments depending on your location.

We bought a project and made a number of changes. We wanted to have large and lowered windows. We also changed the wall material to aerated concrete blocks. Additionally, we made some modifications on the second floor. In short, there were not many changes. We have no complaints about the work performed and are satisfied with the result.

My husband and I were looking for a project for a very long time, looked through many websites with different options, but when we saw the project here, we realized that this is exactly what we were looking for. The house is compact, everything is very clearly thought out, there is no extra meter. We are very pleased with the work of the design team, this is a professional team, well-coordinated work, qualified workers, there was not a single moment to "find fault" (we made changes to the project and everything was done at A+). I recommend it because the price and quality of the project were satisfactory. I like that everything is done remotely, you don't have to go somewhere, but you can order the project to your home. It is worth noting that as a result, in our case, there were not enough recommendations and technical advice regarding the garage, which led to partial changes, even after the final approval of the project. Conclusion: Despite some shortcomings (which can be corrected by supplementing the project), I recommend this company due to the competitive price and large selection of projects.

I am very pleased with my new windows. I purchased half the house three years ago and the other half 1 year ago. My home is more beautiful, the temperatures inside are much more consistent, my utility bills dropped, and the installation was clean and professional. I have no complaints or advice for improvement.

Had a lot of interior and exterior home work done and everyone comments on the fabulous windows! I even had a window installed in my bathroom where I didn't have one before and they came and measured and its a raindrop glass (?) so folks can't see in from the pool. Turned out beautiful!

When we were planning to replace 28 windows in our 35-year-old home in Texas three years ago, we checked out 19 window/construction companies at the annual Dallas Home Show. We chose 4 of them to come out and give estimates. Conservation Construction wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they were the only ones who noticed issues with the replacement job, and had a plan to remedy them. The windows they offered were of excellent quality, and the warranty is outstanding. Our Dallas-based salesman/agent communicated constantly, answered all our questions, and was there to check on things during the actual work/installation. The work was done quickly, and the workmen took pains not to make a mess. We were very pleased with the job. A week later, the salesman/agent's manager dropped by, inspected the job, and gave us his contact info, promising to be available if any issues came up. There have not been any. In the first year after the windows were replaced, we saw a full 25% reduction in our energy costs, and they have remained at that level for the past 3 years (so there's no question about that first year being milder than usual.) Two years ago we had a hailstorm with softball-sized stones -- it totalled our roof, our patio awning, our metal storage shed, and one vehicle, and even damaged the paint on the Hardie siding on the house. But the new windows came through completely unscathed! We were so happy with that job, that when we did a remodel job that entailed replacing 5 more windows, we went straight to Conservation Construction. Again, the windows are first-rate, the service was outstanding, and the installation was very professionally done. And, again, the salesman/agent's supervisor showed up a week later to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend highly enough the services of Conservation Construction, or the quality of the windows they installed for us. We just built a "summer home" in Oregon, and the builder had to use a local window installer and a different brand of windows. The price was commensurate with what Conservation Construction offers, but the quality was far inferior (multiple manufacturing defects, lower-performance glass, cheaper frames and latches, and multiple installation issues such as drooping windows and a cracked sill.) In addition, the service-after-sale/installation from this vendor is abysmal -- it takes multiple calls to the regional sales manager to get anything done, and then it takes weeks if not months for someone to come out and fix things. I guess we got spoiled by Conservation Construction and their windows, and had expectations that the Oregon vendor/installer couldn't match.

Even when the so-called premium service of 59 usd is paid, the account is deactivated after a few hours. So every time you want to check a construction plan, you have to register again. Service support ignores questions about it and does not want to refund money.

Jeg vil helt sikkert overveje Ahmad til eventuelle fremtidige opgaver i mit hus.

Jeg brugte Timbjerg i forbindelse med renovering af min nye lejlighed. Jeg fik lavet køkken og badeværelse - alt ordnet af Timbjerg, som tog sig af hele opgaven. Opgaven: Lukke huller efter el-indfræsning, større huller i køkkenet, op-muring af mindre væg samt murer gulv i køkkenet ovenpå elgulvvarme, i København. Flere huller i køkkenet er IKKE blevet lukket som aftalt, og lukningerne som er foretaget er ikke pudset op, så der er store ujævnheder og buler i væggene. Køkkengulvet samt væggen blev mureret skævt, og skulle derfor udbedres. 2. gang er det fortsat skævt, og de har nu tilført så meget spartel på køkkengulvet at gulvvarmen ikke vil kunne mærkes igennem og døren (til bagtrappen) ikke kan åbne. De har ikke dækket af eller ryddet op efter arbejdet, så der er kommet mørtel i helt nye vandinstallationer i køkkenet, og der er sprøjtet spartel/mørtel på samtlige karme, lister og trægulv i lejligheden. Vi brokkede os, og Timbjerg lovede derfor at møde op for at se på det (først efter meget pres). Timbjerg havde taget en anden murer med, som måtte give os ret i alle vores punkter om mangler og fejl. Timbjerg udbedrede derfor igen for 3. gang, hvor de fik rengjort, slebet gulvet, så døren nu kan åbne, men fortsat højere end det aftalte. Væggen som skulle laves er fortsat vind og skæv på en af fladerne. Derudover løb der spartel ned til underboen da de var i gang med køkkengulvet, det kan ske (også 2 gange åbenbart), men de efterlod det beskidt og stjal til og med en cola fra deres køleskab (ja, jeg dobbelt tjekkede), og de havde været rundt i lejligheden. Fraråder på det kraftigste Timbjerg til alle.

Vi har fået totalrenoveret vores lejlighed og badeværelse. Flot udført arbejde til tiden. Giver sig tid til kunden både under de opstart og undervejs i projektet, samt ved gennemgang af arbejdet til slut. Vi anbefaler Timbjerg til alle andre.

Getting paving installed is not something we do every day and it is not the type of thing that you want to go and find the absolute lowest price for as it's a risky project for all of us. We wanted to upgrade the pathway (and steps to our front porch) from the pavement with a quality finish that would enhance our house. Nicky, the company's director and owner, is a helpful guy and initially visited us and discussed our project and then returned with samples of grey ceramic ceramic slabs (with a slight texture to make it less of a slip risk in the wet). He followed up with a quote which was slightly higher than I had expected (I did not fully understand the work involved) but decided to proceed as I could not find any real alternative suppliers that I could put my trust in. The team who came to carry out the work were experienced and competent and made a perfect job of cutting the slabs into the complicated angled joints where the pathway met our front steps. All very good people. The foundations preparation was a lot more significant than I had appreciated and the work took a week to complete (not helped by the weather). This is what provides the stability and longevity to a perfect finish. The overall look achieved is really fantastic and worth every penny so please have faith and trust in these guys as they will not let you down due to their professionalism and competence. For the record, I never knew the team before we got the works done this year and I have no other relationship with them other than as a customer. I have taken the trouble to provide this review due to the difficulty in finding a suitable contractor and also being mindful of to all of the risk of ending up with a bad project and a messy fallout.

Had patio laid to rear garden in Tobermore Beaufort slabs. Nick, the owner, viewed and priced my project and was clearly very knowledgeable. He made several great suggestions to improve the layout which were also good value for money. Quote was very full and clear. Great team of workers who laid the patio leaving me delighted with end result. Left site clear and tidy. Would certainly recommend them.

Everything was great during the initial works. They offer a lifetime guarantee for the hard landscaping they do but this has proved difficult to get any response on. I wouldn’t recommend this company as their after sales response and care is one of the worst I have seen

Nicky, Mark and the guys did a superb job landscaping our front garden. They were very professional and their work was of the highest quality. They were a pleasure to have around and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even cleaned the outside pavement and road when they finished each evening. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all landscaping needs.

We had our driveway monoblocked by The Glasgow Paving Company and are delighted with the end result. We received first class and friendly service from Nicky whilst measuring up and preparing us a quote along with valuable advice which helped us decide on the finish we desired, which Block to use and which design fitted best with the space we had to work with. The team were polite friendly and professional, keeping the area neat and tidy whilst working meaning our neighbours were not inconvenienced. The tinescale was spot on and complete on schedule. There was a follow up with Nicky afterwards ensuring the results met our expectations. We would definitely recommend and use this company again. Thank you guys!!

Worst company that I've ever dealt with. I sent an email and got no response, so I called, the person on the phone was short and rude. I tried to get past that and gave him all of my information, he said that he would call back. Two weeks later I had to call them since they never called me. Again, they said they would get back with me. I sent another email and still haven't heard back. This has now been about 5 weeks since I first started trying to work with them. I will never try to give them my money again. I'm surprised they remain in business with this type of service.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I ordered a part online in which they promptly took my money. Received an email the next morning saying the part has shipped. 3 days later the tracking info says a label has been created but hasn’t shipped yet. After numerous attempts to call & email this company I have still gotten no response or update. Filing a claim with CC company today.

Product shipped promptly, well-packaged, and as described. Not thrilled with the prices, but that's Clopay's fault for charging over $125 wholesale for decorative inserts that are nothing but very thin pieces of molded plastic that would cost maybe a buck or two apiece in a generic version if such a thing were available. But it's not, so if you have to buy them, this is the place.

I sent pictures for my garage door grills. They sent the wrong ones. They sent replacements, 4 were correct 2 were not. Now they won’t return my emails or send the correct parts. Irritating

I needed a replacement belt drive sprocket for an Overhead Door Legacy 800 door model 2026. Turns out it's the same as a Genie 38416A.S 14-Tooth Belt Sprocket. Moving Up saved me at least $7 on shipping, and yet sent it to me promptly for my successful repair. Good email communications as well--recommended seller!
