The FM6DD is a fantastic bit of kit
The FM6DD is a fantastic bit of kit. Easy to put together, small enough to (just) lift into the back of my estate car and it really does the job. I fed a trailer-load of Willow branches, some of which where right on the 2" limit, and the machine chomped through them. Even the thickest one barely changed the engine revs. I really appreciate the safety plate on the in-feed hopper which ensures one's hand can't get anywhere near the blades. The engine starts first time and runs smoothly. This machine is really good value: it may be small in size but it's a serious bit of kit.

Chips too fine
Having looked at so many wood chippers/shredders I chose this one. Had it pre-assembled too. However within half hour it had blocked up and I couldn't get it apart. The chips are too fine, okay to compost but no use for paths. Very disappointed.

Ordered under ClarkeTools.net on 27th June, but heard nothing from them. I have researched this and it seems to be a one man band!!!! I have escalated it with PayPal and they have had no response from him for the last 2 weeks (since 4th July). Both the domains (ClarkTools and ScaffoldTowers) are now inaccessible (parked). Recommend NOT TO DEAL WITH!

Ordered item under Clarketools.net. Quoted as 3-5 day delivery. Order was acknowledged but not processed. Attempts to get response by e-mail not responded to. Attempts to contact by phone advised that “Office Closed - leave message,”. Messages not responded to. Spoke to Clarke International (not their responsibility but helpfull. They advised ‘distributor’ Scaffold Towers are on holiday. Totally unprofessional. Website has subsequently been suspended. Suggest should not be trusted or relied on. Products are available elsewhere. I will be buying from stock locally.

Excellent Customer Service
Great customer service. I originally thought they were ignoring me, but I somehow put them on my Blocked email list. Once I corrected that they responded very quickly and escalated my ticket quickly and even set up a Google Meet VTC so they could walk me through all my steps. I have been using my Frontier Monitor for 5 years with 700+ workouts recorded and I have a hard time imagining exercising without it. It shows how many minutes in each zone, HRV and now VO2 Max. I really like the two alarms, which I set for different % of max HR. Definitely best HR monitor on the market, and I have used many.

Frontier X2
I initially thought that the Frontier X2 wouldn't be able to measure and display what I wanted. I was very wrong! I have only had the device a couple of days and it has met my expectations- and I don't think I've got to the bottom of it yet. I got the device to be aware of health issues (AF) rather than sports related. The quality of the ECG printouts is outstanding. I managed to carry out a 17hr reading (including 8 hours of sleep). The speed of delivery to the UK was as stated i.e. really quick and I had a helpful discussion with one of the helpers after ordering. I look forward to finding out more about the Frontier X2 in the coming days.

My early impressions are really good
My early impressions are really good. This looks like any similar heart rate montior, with a chest band containing electrodes. It's comfortable and easy to wear (you rapidly forget you have it on). The difference is it records a continuous ECG rather than just measuring pulse rate. And it does it remarkably well. I'm a doctor, and I know how difficult it is to get a good quality ECG with a sweaty moving patient. Nonetheless, this system achieves it remarkably well. There is some noise/artefact on extremes of exercise, but so far my experience is nothing but positive.

I'm an amatuer cyclist and spinner and Frontier X user that just switched to X2 and have opted for the Premium Service that includes calculation of V02 Max and VT thresholds. First off, I read the recent negative reviews and I have to say, I've not experienced any problems like those described in the two I read. However, the reason I went ahead and purchased the X2 was because after 2.5y, my X started having charging issues. I communicated with support and we narrowed the problem down to two causes: a charging cable failure or a device battery/cable connection failure. I was offered the same 30% discount (only 5% above the 25% discount available to every new X2 purchaser). OK, I get it .....the X2 is expensive but it as an amazing device. I liked every feature of the Frontier X and after studying what is available in X2, I decided to purchase it. After receiving the new boxed X2, I took out the new charging cable and plugged it into my old X device. Boom, it started charging. However, if I wiggled the charging cord connection, the charging stopped and I got a warning on the display to check the charging cord. I carefully re-plugged it to the device and charging resumed. It's now fully charged. So, I concluded I may have had a charging cord failure (I doubt it becasue I bought a new one - same problem) and a connection failure on the device (most likely). I think there is a design weakness but it's not fatal. I think the choice of USB A device connectors instead of USB C should be re-evaluated with a redesign of the next X device iteration that features USB C charging cable connectors. With respect to Frontier taking responsibility for a design weakness in the device charging cable plug, I'd agree with one of the negative reviews that in the case of proven device failures (not operator errors or charging cord failures), that upon contacting support that a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a new device starting at 50% of the retail price at the expiration of the 1y warranty period, declining to zero % at some point TBD by Frontier (3y?). This way existing customers whose device fails after a year of service or up to 3y, get a reasonable credit towards purchasing a new device and Frontier can incentivise new customers with the % discounts they are using now. New customers thinking about purchasing the X2 should know this is a high-tech device that allows athletes (or weekend-warriors) to fine tune their training and workouts through buying both the X2 and subscribing to the Premium services. I'd like to see real time display of V02 max and VT Thresholds during a workout but that is not currently available. However, the after the fact data in the subscription premium service allows the user to structure training events armed with the same kind of information pro-trainers use to train amature and professional runners and cyclists. The ECGs are as close to the real thing as you can get with a single lead sensor (medical ECGs have 12 leads). There is no non-medical comparable device as accurate as the Frontier's X and X2. Given single lead limitations, it is still fully capable of medical interpretation and diagnosis by a qualified MD, but Frontier makes it very clear the device alone being interpreted by untrained users cannot be used for medical diagnosis purposes. The Frontier App in conjunction with the website makes it easy to get PDF copies of an ECG that you can forward to a cardiologist for review and interpretation. Overall a great product with great tech support. The device works fine when it's operation is understood and used according to the available manuals and published FAQs. I'd like Frontier to consider and offer a little better warranty as the devices aren't cheap. I'm looking forward to improving my cycling/spinning performance with the V02 Max and VT data I'm getting post exercise that will guide my training.

20250107 UPDATE after sending my considerations to the company, thanks to the interest of Sneha, who forwarded my query to the team, they agreed to replace the non-working device with a new one. I just received the new frontier X2 today and I will try it as soon as possible, thank you so much. All's well that ends well! 20241213 It wasn't a good experience!! Please note that company policy, for their products, is to offer only 1 year warranty!! I purchased the Fourth Frontier X2 at the price of Total: €400.76, on April 23, 2023, so 19 months ago. I've always used it correctly, never in the water for swimming or other water sports (even if it is waterproof). After 2 months from the purchase I started having problems, the device crashed very often and I have to reboot the device continuously, but at the end of November 2024 the device turned off and no longer worked. I got in touch with the customer service and according to them the problem is the hardware; they proposed me a "special offer" dedicated exclusively to me. They offered me a 30% discount, but considering that on their site they offer everyone a 25% discount, this means that the "special discount" for me is an extra 5%. Unbelievable!!! No thanks, I will buy another device that offers more guarantees and above all from more serious companies and with different policies than yours.

Not a good experience…
Updated review - I was having heart issues so was very interested in the frontier x2 to monitor my heart over extended periods and during exercise. However, my personal experience is that the x2 isn’t fit for purpose. At best it works intermittently, often not at all, and when it does record an ecg, it is basically unintelligible for practical purposes. Its performance is even worse when exercising. I have liaised with the helpdesk a couple of times and reset the device but I’ve come to the conclusion that it can’t do what it says it can do. It is no more than a poorly performing run of the mill hrm at 10x the price. Back to my garmin hrm when I exercise and the Kardia when at home Frontier customer services eventually replaced my device. It’s reading as I would expect now but only 3* due to my experience

Loads of damp in the kitchen
Hi - we are going to install a kitchen but when we pulled out the units discovered damp. We had a survey done by Bryan who liaised with our builder as pipes had to be removed as well as there were pipes all over the place. Communications very good and would recommend Tapco. We had Pete carry out the work to a high standard who kept us informed on everything he was doing - he was very tidy and cleared up everyday. Very happy with the work done
After having an issue with damp in a bathroom, Tapco came out and did an initial survey, offered great advice and solutions to fix the problems with cost and customer care in mind. I was kept up to date from the team with what was happening, the work was completed quickly and the team were very polite and tidy with minimal disruption where possible. The team also gave some great advice on how to prevent future issues, if any come up though I know where I'll be going!

Superb after sales service
Superb after sales service. The control box on my 8 year old mover had failed. I rang to order a replacement and instead of just taking the order they suggested that I spoke to their technician first. He went through all possible scenarios and suggested possible actions. It is probable that the problem is the ariel, so they posted one 1st class to me. I haven't fitted it yet, but whatever the outcome Purple Line could not have been more helpful. Just outstanding service!

Poor service and quality
Lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful and promised a callback that never came. I went on to order a replacement hex screw for a caravan wheel lock only for the hex head to collapse with a gentle turn of the Allen key. Terrible service terrible product. Was so disappointed with the rediculous price for one screw inc. postage I didn’t bother going back to them I just purchased a completely new wheel lock from their competitor instead. Very disappointing

Arriva , ma era il prodotto sbagliato (io ho ordinato olio di lino cotto, e à arrivato olio di lino crudo) contatto subito il venditore, e mi assicura che avrebbe fatto il rimborso perchè il mio prodotto era finito. Io gli dico che a me andava bene anche aspettare quando il prodotto era disponibile, e lui mi ha assicurato che quando era disponibile me lo avrebbe spedito(due giorni e è arrivato quello giusto). Acquistato ad Ottobre 2024 una casetta da giardino del valore di 2399€. Casetta mai pervenuta. Dopo 1 mese e mezzo di attesa, il venditore mi comunica che non sarà in grado di consegnarla. Ci accordiamo quindi per annullamento dell'ordine e contestuale rimborso. Dopo 3 mesi, e diversi rimandi, il rimborso non è ancora avvenuto, con il venditore che ammette di avere problemi di liquidità e di non riuscire a restituire la somma. Mi è stato proposto un piano di rimborso in 3 tranche, di cui la prima doveva avvenire a metà Gennaio. Ma anche in questo caso, nessun riaccredito e scadenza non rispettata. Se a fine mese non riavrò i soldi, procederò con esposto e denuncia.

Pagato 3591€, dopo 40 giorni di menzogne, riesco a capire che il materiale non è nemmeno stato ordinato al fornitore. Ammettono, chiedo rimborso ma dicono di non sapere con precisione se e quando riusciranno a farlo, ma la volontà c'è. È giá partita la denuncia, non posso fare altro. REV1 10/01/25 Attendo la prima parte del rimborso il 31 gennaio come da loro promesso. REV2 01/02/25 Il rimborso promesso non è arrivato. Dopo 3 mesi non ho ancora visto un euro del mio rimborso. I recently bought the Blueair Classic…
I recently bought the Blueair Classic 680i because we have a log burner which creates a lot of dust. I have found the air purifier easy to use and using the app you actually get to see what volume of particle matter is being extracted from the room. It has massively reduced our dust issue. I highly recommend it if you have a dust issue particularly log burners.

I had a mixed experience with Ukairpurifiers. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was timely. However, the connection to a company called "Juicers" during the DPD delivery notification was confusing and made me question the legitimacy at first. Also, I encountered some stock and colour availability issues, but they kept me informed and resolved the matter quickly. Decent service overall, but a few quirks to iron out.

I bought 2 Blueair HealthProtect replacement filters for the 7700 model air purifier. I choose UK Air Purifiers to purchase them from because they had the best prices as they are not cheap. They arrived quickly & they offer free next day delivery on all orders over £50 with DPD. They also offer a very secure DPD delivery for orders that are £300 & over using a unique 4 digit PIN number. My order arrived quickly & undamaged so YES I would recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing air purification products & or accessories. They sell reputable products & I like how they present the items that they sell. Their online site offers a lot of valuable info & you can also call them to get advice on a product etc. All in all an extremely reliable company with competitive pricing, I bought my items over the Black Friday period because they had the best price for the replacement filters. I’m not sure if they do a subscribe & save offer which would be very useful it’s something you can always ask them about.

Fab piece of equipment
Received very quickly and immediately plugged it in. My plants are thriving, it has nice features for timer, light and setting humidity levels. Unfortunately, my phone does not support the app, but if it would what else would you want from the device. Customer Support is brilliant-followed up with kind email. I am happy to give them 5 stars

Je koopt een wagner pro 350m set er van uit gaan volgens de informatie en foto's en video's dat deze dus doet wat beloofd wordt, vervolgens in gebruik genomen en helaas deze werkt niet zoals het zou moeten zeker aan de beschrijving en informatie die ook op de verpakking staat, contact opgenomen en retourneren word wel gevraagd maar je krijgt je geld niet terug vanwege het aparaat gebruikt is..... volgens de wet mag je geen producten verkopen die het niet waar kunnen maken van wat er op de site staat het product is dus niet geschikt en ze je kan ze alleen maar emailen en het lijkt alsof ze het niet snappen ik vind het heel erg bijna 750 euro zo weggegooid ik zeg hierop KOOP NIET BIJ DEZE WEBSHOP!!

Goede ervaring!
Gekregen wat ik besteld had en werkt naar behoren. Stond alleen dat het sneller geleverd zou worden, maar kwam wel wat later. Moet er wel bij zeggen dat dit rond de feestdagen was. Verder heel erg tevreden!

Wagner Pro control 250M , fijne machine om mee te werken . Service van Wagner ook zeer goed
Zelf een verfspuit Wagner pro control 250M gekocht bij Crop nonpaints.com Bij in gebruik te hebben genomen lekte deze bij de verbinding van slang naar de pistool toe. Na wat steviger aan te hebben gedraaid lekte het niet meer. Groot pand de binnenwanden en plafonds in de latex gezet , zeer te spreken over de machine . Makkelijk in gebruik en een hele grote klus is met 1 man makkelijk te doen. Na gebruik goed schoongemaakt wat ook zeker een advies is anders gaat de machine kapot. Bij tweede keer in gebruik te hebben genomen lekte deze weer op dezelfde plek , steviger aandraaien werkte ook niet meer. Blijkt een scheurtje in de verbinding te zitten wat bijna niet op valt. Na te hebben gebeld met Crop kon ik de machine terugsturen voor reparatie. Moest daarna ,na een tijdje wachten hun ook flink achter de broek aan om maar uitsluitsel te krijgen van hoe en wat. Toen begon echt de irritatie op te lopen. Vond de communicatie met de verkoop punt Crop totaal niet vloeiend verlopen. Crop stuurde mij door naar de fabrikant en het was niet aan de fabrikant Wagner dit op te lossen dus die verwees mij terug naar Crop. Toen waren de rapen gaar. Vroeg mij dan ook af of ik mijn verfspuit ooit wel terug zou zien. Heb ook inmiddels goed contact met Wagner zelf daarover en die was hier ook niet over te spreken. De verfspuit kreeg ik gelukkig eindelijk weer terug in huis en Wagner ging garant staan en stuurt mij na een heeeel lang verhaal een nieuwe slang toe. Dat mijn machine weer goed werkt is dan ook door Wagner te danken. Bedankt Wagner… waardering 5ster Zijn gewoon hele fijne machines om klussen mee te doen en verf komt er ook mooi strak in. Voor de Verkoop punt moet men dan zelf goed kijken. Crop 1ster.

Waardeloos. 7 Weken geleden gestart met communicatie, eerst via bol.com. 21 emails verder, 3 telefoontjes met bol.com, nog steeds geen info wanneer Wagner Pro 250 R, weer retour ontvangen wordt. Wel rekening sturen a €166,- en pas op verzoek melden wat kapot is. 2 Tips : Blijf weg bij verfspuit.net en koop zeker ook niets bij Wagner.

Ook wij zijn slachtoffers! Van deze ongure webshop.ik lees veel slechte dingen over dit bedrijf met name als je aanspraak wilt maken op de garantie.wij kochten een 350 wagner. De spuit kwam incompleet binnen. Wij namen een dag later contact op met deze webshop en werden al snel voor leugenaar uitgemaakt. Uiteindelijk hebben wij zelf de spuittips elders moeten kopen. Vervolgens ging onze machine lekken. Dit zou onze schuld zijn want de water gedragen latex zou niet geschikt zijn voor deze machine. Ze draaien overal omheen en willen niet eens kijken naar de machine ze hebben het beoordeeld aan de hand van een e-mail en daarmee is het voor hun afgedaan. Daarnaast bleek de geleverde machine van 2018 te zijn hij stond dus al 2 - 2.5 jaar op de plank daar. Wat een schoften niks kopen bij deze winkel!

Onlangs een spuit gekocht bij deze kl**tz*kken was na 2 x gebruiken kapot , voor garantie hoef je niet bij hun aan te kloppen dat houden ze af , mijn advies bestel hem lekker bij Amazon is hij nog voordeliger ook Apparaat 3 weken oud lekt als een zeef: dit is 1 van hun prachtige mails !) Als reactie van aanspraak maken op de garantie. U zou kunnen proberen om het onderdeel bij Wagner zelf te bestellen. Erg tevreden met mijn verfspuit van Wagner. Ik heb goed en eerlijk advies gekregen welke spuit ik moest kopen. Ik wilde initieel voor een duurdere gaan maar de verkoper legde mij uit dat een andere beter paste bij mijn behoeftes. Ernaast goede tips gekregen voor het gebruik. De verfspuit werd snel geleverd. Er was een klein issue met de slang, maar na een telefoontje kreeg ik meteen de dag erna keurig een nieuwe opgestuurd. Zeer tevreden

toch nog gekregen
Eigen spuit ging kapot en ik moest door met de klus die ik had aangenomen. Snel savonds besteld bij verfspuit.net in de hoop dat hij volgende ochtend er zou zijn. Volgende ochtend geen spuit en bij status stond vermeld "bezorgd". Vele telefoontjes gepleegd met postnl en verfspuit maar hier kwam ik niet verder mee en ze konden beslist geen nieuwe opsturen. Ik dus 1tje gehuurd van collega, ik moest immers klus afmaken. Dus kosten gemaakt voor huur € 225. Inmiddels 2 dagen verder nog geen spuit en wederom wat ergelijke telefoontjes gepleegd en wederom verantwoordelijkheid niet pakken. Maar nu in 1 keer wilde ze me toch alsnog een spuit sturen, ja nu hoeft het niet meer ik heb er al 1 gehuurd en wacht alles wel af. 3e dag een heel ander adres gevraagd en ja hoor daar was mijn spuit bezorgd. Ik spuitnet weer gebeld met de verheugende mededeling dat spuit er is, hen laten blijken dat ik veel energie heb gestoken in het uitzoeken waar hij is en ook de € 225 extra kwijt ben voor de huur. Enige antwoord van spuitnet "ja maar dat is niet onze keus". weer een dag later na een verontwaardigde mail van mij een reactie dat ze beslist niets kunnen doen voor mij voor de extra kosten maar mij wel een korting willen geven voor een volgende bestelling. Nou nee dank je, maar het positieve is dat de spuit erg goed is maar ik had hem achteraf toch liever ergens anders gekocht. groet Arthur

Een bedrijf dat zegt wat ze doet en doet wat ze zegt . Ging het bij alle bedrijven maar zo , je krijgt een goed product ,deskundig advies en een supersnelle service . Kortom dit bedrijf en zijn producten kan ik een ieder aanbevelen.

Excellente Service
Wij hadden afgelopen april - ondanks dat onze grote verf/spuitklus pas in augustus gepland staat - de wagner pro117 besteld, deze was toen nl. behoorlijk afgeprijsd. De levering was supersnel en ook het advies en voorlichting vooraf was heel deskundig. Nu hoorden wij via via dat er een nieuwere versie van de wagner pro117 bij verfspuit te bestellen was. Hierop namen wij telefonisch contact op met Michiel en vroegen of wij onze nog niet gebruikte pro 177 zouden kunnen/mogen omruilen tegen de powerpainter 60 (met bijbetaling). Dit was geen probleem! Hoe super is dat?! Onze retourzending was vlot afgehandeld en ook het leveren van de nieuwe machine is super gegaan. Onze dank dan ook voor Michiel met zijn deskundig advies, goede en duideiljke voorlichting alsmede het meedenken ;-) Verfspuit is zowel een aanrader voor de beginnende spuiter als voor de professional. De reddede virkelig min @$%
De reddede virkelig min @$%, da jeg var blevet brændt af pga. leverandørmangel på en vare! Jeg ringede ind til dem, da de havde varen på lager på webshop. Den blev afsendt om aftenen samme dag, så jeg havde den dagen efter, det er jeg virkelig taknemmelig for. Det betyder meget med de her firmaer der gider gå den ekstra mil for at få tingene til at glide, så stor ros herfra!

I work with a Heritage steam railway and have used The Metal Store to supply QuickClamp fittings and tube and was impressed by the efficiency, speed of delivery, price and quality of their service and product. We needed some black iron box section, our usual supplier could not find stock within our time scale and so I suggested The Metal Store, who not only came up with the goods but also right on time and at an excellent price. Poor service and put the phone down on me
I placed a order with this company and paid for it got a copy of the receipt and could see I order one of the parts wrong so I gave them a phone and told them what I had ordered wrong and they put the phone down on me and just sent out the parts , so if this is how you deal with your customs I would not recommend this company nor will I buy from them again A very poor service so be wear of this company.

Sikke da en gang hykleri jeg bliver udsat for fra DK-brændes side. Som svar på min dårlige anmeldelse skriver I at ’ Vi tager alle klager seriøst og stræber efter at give vores kunder den bedst mulige service’. Det er lodret løgn og skønmaleri. Da jeg modtog det plaskvåde ’ovntørrede brænde’ ringede jeg med det samme, mens den hovedrystende vognmand stod her endnu. Jeg tænkte at det var smart at han fik pallen med retur med det samme, da der åbenlyst for alle var sket en fejl. Der kunne I have ’taget min klage seriøst’. I stedet fik jeg at vide at det skam var den rigtige vare jeg havde modtaget. Det var jeres version af ovntørret brænde, selv om det havde en fugtighedsprocent på ca 35. Da jeg efterfølgende skrev en dårlig anmeldelse på TrustPilot, kunne I have ’taget min klage seriøst’. Men den eneste reaktion var at I ville overveje at se på min sag, hvis jeg trak min dårlige anmeldelse tilbage. Det er da totalt useriøst. Da jeg gik videre med en klage til Nævnenes Hus, kunne I have ’taget min klage seriøst’, men i stedet svarede I aldrig på de henvendelser I fik fra advokaten, og mødte ikke op til det aftalte telefonmøde. Advokaten og jeg sad og ventede på en reaktion, selvfølgelig forgæves. Derfor er jeg gået videre med min klage til Forbrugerklagenævnet, som I jo også er blevet kontaktet af, uden at det har fået jer til at ’tage min klage seriøst’. Først nu, et år efter I snød mig, synes I at det er på tide at reagere, men det er jo meget sigende at reaktionen kun består af en skrivelse til alle brugere af TrustPilot, og ikke til mig. Jeg har intet hørt fra DK-brænde, som jo må være forudsætningen for enhver ’seriøs klagebehandling’. Det er rent hykleri at skrive sådan, Tro ikke en millimeter på DK-brænde. APPEAL TO ALL SUPPLIERS: NEVER SEND JESPER GULBRANDSEN OR HIS SISTER HELLE ANY LOAD WITHOUT PREPAYMENT - THEY HAVE ALREADY CHEATED MANY SUPPLIERS FOR 1000000+ EUR. They had the huge tax debt and loan debt, but of course suppliers have not been warned about these problems and sent more and more and more loads, because they trusted Jesper he would pay. Jesper and Helle ordered more and more everyday. In the long run all suppliers got the letter from the lawyer about bankruptcy and found out that debts exceed company assets for more than 2 times! This is very sad story - bank and government will get everything like the secured creditors, but suppliers will get ZERO! Some suppliers are forced to close the business, because have invested all the money to the loads and transport delivery to Jesper and his sister Helle.

Great supplier
Ordering process was simple. Cost was competitive and included edge polishing and corner dubbing (some suppliers charge extra for these). After placing order, communication from BuyGlass was very good, with progress updates throughout the process. Delivery was spot on time, with a very helpful and polite driver. Glass quality and dimensions were perfect. I'd order again from this supplier, without hesitation, if I need any more glass.

I had a wonderful experience with buyglass. I originally got my measurements wrong and messaged support very last minute asking if they would be able to change the order, the support I got from Ryan was professional, understanding and undeniably exceeded what I have received from similar companies in the same field. Despite the issue being my fault, buyglass were accomodating. The turnaround from order to delivery was quicker than I've experienced before, and their courier of choice for my location was perfect, the only courier I know of that can be trusted to deliver fragile items. The product itself is exactly as described and of the high quality claimed. I'm a bit unsure about the legitimacy of the negative reviews honestly, I imagine it's mostly people angry and exaggerating reality a tad. Some people will never be happy, and I'd suggest they go back to b&q if they want to deal only with robots.

Completely unprofessional company
Completely unprofessional company. Hard to communicate with from the off . We received our glass within a quick timescale so all seemed good untill it came to measuring these . 2/4 were incorrect , Ryan Manly company director was made aware of these issues and Only accepted we was due a partial refund even thought all dimension were completely wrong compared with plans. His attitude soon became arrogant , and we received random messages at 11.30pm presumable after consuming alcohol . As other reviews have said , buy glass , just not from these cowboys.

I bought few items from them , everything was awailable on website , im waiting for delivery more than week , tehn i send email where is my parcel and i have answer: Thank you for your email. It looks like we are still struggling to source a couple of items. The WN32N and RB4832N. The reducing bush is due in start of August and the weld nipples are due in October. Would you like to remove these from the order? That is joke ....so now i have to say to my customer to be waiting till october ? ....

Way out of their depth, unable to process orders
After being promised by Chad Morton (General Manger) that my delivery would be here one week ago today I am shocked that it has still not arrived, there has been no further communication and the order status is still processing all because one small connector was out of stock. These guys are the stock, a laughing one, I'm not laughing because I have to claim through PayPal for my £240 back which means claiming for each individual item. very tedious. Lesson leaarned.
