Appalling. The sales representative came to do a survey last summer, and we STILL haven’t received any quotations. This is despite chasing Eden twice - each time they promise to ring back but they never do. If this is how bad the customer care is at the sales stage, imagine what would happen if they got the deposit - nothing at all. It’s a shame because we wanted the glass box, but they’re not even trying to sell their products.

I initially enquired about a veranda over I year ago from this company. The rep who visited a year later was brilliant, never pushy. In fact told me if I purchased to wait a couple of seasons to assess if I needed extras. Quoting that that customers had bought the works and have never needed or used them. So to wait and assess my personal needs. Delivery was very professional and fitting was even better. Would highly recommend.

Elderly mother bought a sunroom. Builders were disrespectful of her property (broke items they used without asking). Job was not completed, no floor was laid. Work damaged property, house gutterings are leaking and damaged. Company was contacted to rectify issues, initially refused to do the floor despite it being agreed with their salesperson, as the paperwork was not reflective of the sale. Eventually agreed to do minor work to fill gaps in the tiles. Company has been notified of the damage to the property and demanded photo evidence but refused to visit the property to assess. Has still not made the client whole financially or repaired the damage. Customer service has repeatedly attempted to gaslight client over the damage, claiming no responsibility despite not assessing it, and demanding full payment despite work being incomplete. This company are cowboys of the highest order, and should be avoided.

The Fitters and the Veranda arrived early on the scheduled date. Unfortunately an hour later the Senior Fitter announced that one of the "Bungalow Brackets" was wrong and there was nothing further he could do until it was replaced. A deep depression set in as we had worked really hard with adverse weather conditions to ensure the site was ready for the installation. This was minimal compared to the frustration it caused the Fitters who had travelled a considerable distance in the early hours. Phone calls from both myself and the fitters were exchanged with Eden Verandas and a new schedule planned within an exceptionally short time frame. To manufacture a new bracket with the 4 intricate weld angles and several coats of spraying involved and have it delivered ready for installation within 4 working days would be absolutely amazing!!! True to their schedule, the Veranda was erected on time and the quality throughout is first class. Excellent work all round from ordering to completion. I am more than happy to recommend Eden Verandas to anyone.

The most straightforward and easy big purchase. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the process and we even had it arrive a little earlier than originally predicted. The installation team just got on with the job and it was complete within a day, with the electrics the following day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden Verandas to other people. We’ve had lovely comments from neighbours too!

When the fitters arrived yesterday, on time, they carried out a very professional job, the work was tidy, all cleaned up afterwards, the awning looks fantastic - exactly what we hoped for. The electrician who came this morning was also on time, again a tidy and professional job. Very pleased with our choice of awning supplier.

Paid for planning permission to Eden but they didn’t achieve this. Now had to pay a further £1650 to a specialist Planning architect,as Eden had Erected it without prior approval.

Clement Windows were a delight to work with and made everything easy and straightforward. The fitters were super efficient and left the place spotless. The steel doors are high quality and fit like a dream. They make the room much lighter and warmer and encourage the indoor-outdoor link to the garden. I chose them in off white to go with the rest of the kitchen. Highly recommended!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. It seems slow to start with due to getting the style and door/window furniture correct and then the precise measurements taken. It is this attention to detail and communicating the various steps along the way that ensure the right products can be installed without rectification. When it came to installation the team worked without complaint in extremely cold conditions with attention to detail, cleanliness and minimum disruption for us in the house.

Do not purchase from Clements I cannot over emphasise the un-professional nature of this business. Repeated delays, poor communication and loopholes at every turn to absolve responsibility - a very unpleasant experience which held up a build for months. Please go to FabCo don't waste your time.

Not happy with the product. You are told that these are steel frame and you pay the high price for a steel frame but in reality they are polyester coated so you get the pvc look which is not the expected look for something that was meant to be an approved replica of windows in a conservation area. The finishing of the windows and other elements is not high standard - the peg stays are flimsy, the screws used to attach the frames and other elements are mismatched giving a cheap/failed diy look. Not happy with the installation service either.

I have just taken another star off!… I wrote this review in 2021 and they replied to it 7hrs ago…. And on top of it are calling my review ‘strange’ as they can’t find records of it. I will call them tomorrow to enlighten them. Since moving into our new home, these windows and doors have been non stop on my snagging list!! The double glazed glass steams up internally, the glue drips down from the joints onto the glass, the door handles and locks are stiff and sometimes just don’t catch. Yes the product looks lovely but if I had known better I would definitely have gone with a different company to get my ‘Crittal’ window look.

The windows are beautifully made. The people I dealt with: Efka Clement and Harry Hubbard very professional and efficient. Only negatives are that the windows are very expensive and that the combination of metal frame and absence of air vents is a recipe for condensation.

These are beautifully made and well engineered conservation roof lights that sit flush with the covering and although made for historic buildings would not look out of place in contemporary schemes. Ordering and delivery was extremely efficient and the technical/sales representative was very professional. Arrived well packaged and protected. Very Impressed.

Just learnt about Golden Hands Handyman in UK. Best illustrated by mess of today. My text to company - as yet unanswered. "Thank you. Your guy has simply walked off the job. I told you, and sent you, a list of all the materials I'd bought for the shed roofing in north Herts. I told you I wouldn't get the construction timber and its fixings as I did not know what to get. You said that was fine, everything else would be organised. Today your man, D turned up in his saloon car without timber. I asked if a lorry with timber would be deilvering. He nodded. Then it turned out you had not organised this. So I said I would guide D to a timber yard myself in my car. At the yard he chose some timber then changed his mind to order other widths. He had two bills then. I said he had deal with it, get the right bill not just tell me to pay his calculated sum! Then he had no way to transport the long timber - longer than my Volvo estate! He did not organise delivery. This timber had already been selected by the yard and placed next to our cars! In all, your contracted person was unprepared and seemed hesitant even about the timber choice. I had to even remind him to get screws, and he seemed not to know that slates were called slates. You did not answer my texts yesterday and on some other days, did not confirm his arrival today and did not follow up the one thing left to do - the timber provision. It's wasted my time hugely! D walked off without a glance at me as I became exasperated with the mess. He and you should realise that if you let customers down so drastically like this they are not going to be pleased! To cap it all, then uou told me you were only employed taking calls - where before you seemed to imply it was your experienced company. Then you said your supervisor would call me within 10 minutes, and, so far, I have not had a call back. Given my unanswered texts before (save the one you sent a couple of days ago) I will understand that you probably will not respond. But your company has left me high and dry (means abandoned) with roof materials stuck in my car and a leaking shed roof. Thanks. As a footnote: while at the timber yard D said "the customer pays everything", meaning he expected me to pay for everything (timber and surplus of screws etc) right there. Yet you texted me last Thursday to say additional materials - which I warned you of - would be bought by Golden Hands then I would get the receipt. Obviously at the end of the job! I cannot think of any customers who would not expect on the agreed day of construction a truck arriving with the materials (the ones I told you I would not be getting myself!) I have been as clear as possible in my communication with you - listing the materials I purchased and repeating where I got no answer.

Hace poco más de un mes, y tras publicar ella un comentario negativo sobre ellos, accedieron a realizar la devolución inmediata, pero a día de hoy aún no lo han hecho... Disappointing service in France. Ordered an item and received a despatch notification by email with a link to DPD. After five days the item did not arrive and seemed to be stuck in one place in DPD tracking. Twice asked Maxoutil for help and received the same tracking link with the same information and then no reply from them, It seems that once dispatched Maxoutil considers their customer service finished!

Premièrement, j'ai comparé sur internet les prix des articles que je voulais acheter et c'est sur ce site que j'ai trouvé les meilleurs tarifs. Ensuite j'ai vérifié sur Trustpilot la viabilité du site, et bien que des retours soient peu attirants, je me suis dit que majoritairement ceux qui étaient insatisfaits postaient ici et que selon mon expérience, positive ou non, je reviendrai poster mon expérience (fait !) les produits livrés sont de très bonne qualité (heureusement d'ailleurs vu leur prix) Ma commande a été traitée et gérée très correctement, et les délais annoncés ont été respectés... seul le livreur (DPD) n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur et il ne devrait pas être choisi comme transporteur !

A part for my hedge trimmer has been broken essentially since purchasing it. I sent evidence that it was broken and after a bit of reminding they seem to accept that this should be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately that was back in October and I still haven't received the replacement. Each time I chase I get given a new eta. That comes and goes with no communication or apology as to why it has been missed and I get given another eta which is missed. This has happened 3 times now. I can accept that there might be some delays in shipping but 4 months is getting silly and very poor customer service so far. Will update as and when this gets resolved.

I purchased a Hyundai generator from a third-party seller who sourced it through Genpower. Initially, the generator performed well without any issues. However, starting in October, we began experiencing some problems. Although the issues were initially minor, both the starter motor and the flywheel have now failed. I initially contacted Genpower by phone and email, and things seemed to be progressing smoothly as I provided all the necessary information to enable our fitter to resolve the issue. However, it soon became clear that they were unwilling to cover the costs or provide any support to fix the problem. Despite several back-and-forth emails, I have made no progress in finding a solution. The last email I received was on November 7th, and since then, I have made numerous attempts by both email and phone to reach a resolution, but to no avail I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they fail to offer any support when issues arise. The situation is a complete shambles. Recently had a small problem with my compressor. My problem was dealt with thoroughly and fairly by Poonam. Although it took some time to receive a replacement unit, it was clearly a supply issue and fortunately happened over the quiet winter period.

We needed to heat a small workshop to help with our assembly work while outside temperatures dropped cables in the shop stiffend, thanks to the quick delivery we avoided what was going to be a difficult time. Jade has helped and found ways by email to ensure we have the right documents and copy invoice in a timely way. Fantastic Customer Service from Paul I had to contact customer services as unfortunately my chainsaw was no longer working. I have to say I expected the 3 year warranty to be an absolute beast to sort out and get my product fixed. Imagine my surprise when Paul was able to sort the whole thing out within minutes after a couple of questions and photos I had a brand new product in the process of being shipped to me. The courier company failed to deliver even though we were expecting it and there was somebody at home. I messaged the supplier and Peter Whuartohe of Genpower Ltd. responded quickly. Peter was very attentive and helpful and kept me informed with progress updates, delivery was successfully made the following day. The delivery issue in no way was the responsibility of the supplier, however their support was exemplary.

I had my kitchen sink re plumbed, today by Andy, who. you could see was meticulous in his work, which showed a true tradesman. I cannot thank him enough or this company for rescuing my kitchen units from the damage the last alleged workman did. This company will be my first company to go to for help with property maintenance and I will recommend all my NHS colleagues to them. Thank you to Sharon for being super with my query.

I discussed making livable my covered and attached outhouse with toilet, and reiterated the need for damp proofing on many occasions. Unfortunately, brick layers knocked out the toilet and caused a mains leak which needed fixing by another company. Then the water wasn't dried properly before plastering and although damp proofing was done to the walls, I was not told it needed doing to the floor and no damp proofing was completed to the floor. The wiring and wood work was not finished properly and since the job was done, I have had damp and mould where I didn't before. I raised these concerns and was given a dehumidifier for a few days, being told it was the new brick which wasn't dry. This didn't resolve the problem. I have since asked for money back so I can afford remedial work to fix the problem by sorting the floor, but the company refused this and I have not heard back from them when they said they would get back to me. Overall, bad communication and organisation leaning toward deliberate misinformation regarding the works. As a customer with no specialist knowledge, I have been completely let down and now have another problem to pay to fix.

They were really helpful from the initial quote all the way through to the end of the job and are very knowledgable in what they do. Nu i slutningen af september kommer der så en mail lørdag morgen - at de alligevel ikke kan levere. om de må få vores kontonummer så vil de overføre penge retur. Mage til lortefirma skal man lede længe efter - nu står vi med en murer der ikke kan komme videre før vi har fundet en ny bort! (PS ja de sælger stadig borten via deres hjemmeside)

Vi skulle have fået leveret vores bordplade den 16. december, men jeg har INTET hørt fra virksomheden siden betaling af vores første rate den 23. november – udover et par beskeder fra deres marketingansvarlige på Instagram, som lovede, at deres sælger ville vende tilbage til mig. Dette er dog aldrig sket. Jeg har forgæves forsøgt at få kontakt med sælgeren via mail, sms og telefon. Jeg har ringet til deres hovednummer og forsøgt at nå både salgs- og produktionsafdelingerne samt skrevet til dem på både deres infomail og Instagram. Mandag den 6. januar sendte jeg endnu en mail, hvor jeg informerede om, at deres manglende levering og kommunikation er et brud på vores aftale. Jeg gjorde det samtidig klart, at vi ønsker at ophæve købet og få vores forudbetalte penge retur. Denne henvendelse er ligeledes blevet ignoreret. Vi har nu været nødsaget til at bestille vores bordplade et andet sted. Oplevelsen har været under al kritik. Jeg frygter, at virksomheden er ved at gå konkurs, og jeg vil derfor stærkt fraråde andre at handle hos Falke Granit. Opdatering: Kort efter min anmeldelse fik jeg hul igennem til sælger, der beklagede forløbet, samt et undskyldende opkald fra direktøren. Her en uge efter min sidste dialog med dem, har jeg endelig fået mine penge retur.

We have involved the authorities. If you have already paid any amount of money and have hard time getting hold of the employees, I recommend you to do the same.

Jeg var i markedet for at finde en kvartsit plade; J'adore. Efter nogle forgæves forsøg hos andre naturstensfirmaer, blev jeg positivt overrasket over Falke Granit's store udvalg af plader på lager. Når man skal bruge 80-90k på en bordplade, er det jo meget rart at se den...Vi fandt hurtigt den helt rigtige - og jeg må rose salgs/kundeteamet for deres håndtering gennem processen - meget serviceminded og gode til at kommunikere. Jeg var lidt ekstra opmærksom på baggrund af nogle mindre gode anmeldelser på Trustpilot, hvilket jeg også havde en snak med Falke Granit omkring, men da der fornyeligt er kommet ny ejer, betød det, at jeg ikke havde en finger at sætte på forløbet. Så jeg vil anbefale alle at vælge Falke Granit som leverandør.

Vi har modtaget den flotteste bordplade. Lidt forsinket, men absolut værd at vente på. Nicolai har ydet den bedste service fra a - z. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale Falkegranit:)

Fantastisk spisebord! Vi havde købt et stort spisebord af længde 240 cm i Taj Mahal hos Falke Granit og jeg kan kun sige at på trods af den høje pris, så var det alle kronerne værd! I placed my order on 11/17/20, it shipped on 11/25/20, here it is 12/2/20 and I still don't have a tracking number. I tried to "chat" with them on their website and no one responded to my chat. I decided to give them a call, no one answered the phone either. I have no way to contact anyone on the whereabouts of my order?

Il y a tellement de griefs que nous ne savons par où commencer, alors je fais une liste à la Prévert : - destruction d'une partie du carrelage de notre terrasse, sans excuses et en nous rejetant la faute ; - clôture de piscine avec des fermoirs mobiles absolument pas sécurisés ; - pompe de filtration morte au bout de 2 ans, là encore le concessionnaire nous rejette la faute pour ne pas prendre en charge ; - le concessionnaire qui nous oblige à signer le PV de remise de la piscine malgré des manquements en termes de sécurité et de finition, que nous avons dû mettre par écrit de nous-mêmes en parallèle par mail pour garder trace ; - des margelles autour du bassin, qui se désolidarisent au bout de 2 ans ; - face à une eau verte, des conseils qui n'ont pas permis de résoudre la situation, que nous avons résolue nous-mêmes en nous renseignant auprès d'amis et de la concurrence ; - un concessionnaire jamais clair et qui se permet d'écrire des emails agressifs à ses clients. Nous avons fait une réclamation au Siège, ils l'ont simplement transmise au concessionnaire avec qui nous devons essayer de régler les problèmes qu'il connaît déjà, le Siège n'a que faire de la satisfaction de ses clients et la relation avec le concessionnaire ne fait qu'envenimer depuis des mois.

Du début jusqu’à la fin notre projet a été géré avec professionnalisme et souci du client. Un grand merci à Peter et son équipe de chez Desjoyaux Saint Maximin (60) qui ont su répondre à notre attente et nos questions. Notre piscine nous a été livrée en avance pour Noël ce qui était le plus beau des cadeaux ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à les recommander ni à leur laisser l’entretien de notre bassin

Malgré de nombreux obstacles (techniques, météorologiques, coordination des différents corps de métier...), le résultat est à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Piscine 6 x 3 Nous recommandons chaudement FABIEN, QUENTIN et leurs équipes pour vos projets.

Piscine construite en juin 2022. Sous traitant non qualifié qui construisait leur premier piscine. Finition à revoir, joints des margelles déjà refait 2 fois et ça se fend de nouveau, liner qui a changé de couleur au bout de 6 mois après la mise en hors gel par le professionnel... nous attendons tjs un retour sur le litige. Pas de réponse du fabriquant. Très mécontent de cette entreprise nous déconseillons fortement. Les photos c est une chose en réalité s en est une autre.... on a des photos pour les preuves...

Nous avons fait appel à la société Desjoyaux de Eysines (Nathalie et mr Naura) qui nous a installé un volet roulant le 19 mai 2024. Lors de l'installation du volet roulant mr Naura a fait un trou dans le liner de la piscine, qu'il a reconnu + monté à l'envers deux accroches et le volet n'est pas d'aplomb. Suite à ces problèmes, ils nous ont garanti de venir en septembre à la fin de l'été pour nous permettre d'utiliser la piscine. Sauf qu'en septembre, aucun retour de leur part, nous les avons appelé, nous nous sommes déplacés et nous avons envoyés de nombreux mails ou à chaque fois on nous dit qu'ils vont venir mais que nous ne sommes pas leur priorité et que nous devons attendre. Est- il normal de patienter 8 mois pour changer un liner suite à une erreur de la part de Desjoyaux ? Notre piscine était en parfait état jusqu'à ce que votre société intervienne. Et pour clôturer le tout, nous avons voulu fermer le volet ce jour et ce dernier ne s'enroule plus normalement et une partie reste coincée dans la piscine. Au bout de 8 mois, c'est inadmissible. Nous demandons donc également le SAV pour ce volet roulant defectueux. Nous avons encore relancé Desjoyaux mais pas de retour de leur part pour nous fixer une date d'intervention. Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfait du suivi et de la prestation fournie, et au vu de notre patience et du délai (8 mois) nous allons faire savoir à quel point il ne faut pas faire appel à Desjoyaux et nous allons s'il le faut utiliser les moyens nécessaires pour obtenir gain de cause car nous ne sommes pas responsables si vous avez arraché le liner et que le volet ne fonctionne plus. Nous espérons qu'une personne compétente de chez Desjoyaux sera en mesure de reprendre le relais sur notre litige car notre patience à des limites. Dans l'attente d'un retour de votre part.

Ma piscine est construite depuis 3 ans. D'abord, elle a fui lors de la mise en eau, j'ai perdu plusieurs M3 à cause d'une absence de réglage du filtre qui n'était pas réglé. Ensuite, il a fallu réclamer le remboursement de l'eau, sinon je n'aurais eu droit à RIEN. Plus tard, toujours à cause de l'absence de réglage du filtre de la piscine, la surverse n'était pas réglée, durant l'hiver le niveau montait sans cesse, l'eau aurait pu passer sous le liner. Desjoyeaux est revenu régler la surverse. Maintenant, j'ai le tableau électrique très sale qui ne peut se nettoyer, complètement noirci dans la masse. La personne de Desjoyeaux me dit qu'il n'est garanti que 2 ans. De plus, l'horloge de déclenchement de la filtration ne fonctionne plus. Je vais donc devoir en racheter une autre bout de seulement 3 ans de fonctionnement, c'est inadmissible ! Par ailleurs, le filtre n'est vraiment pas pratique. On ne peut pas partir plus d'une semaine l'été car il se colmate très vite, il n'y a plus de circulation d'eau, elle verdit. Au final, je déconseille d'acheter chez Desjoyeaux, il n'y a aucun SAV. TRES MECONTENTE

Très mécontents de notre piscine desjoyaux construite il y a 4 ans. AUCUN SAV !!! le siège se moque et des défauts, problèmes avec l abris qui ne ferme pas visses rouillees, plaque cassé, livre abîmé,, l abris devait etre changé, porte qui ne sert strictement à rien !!! (Avec un escalier arrondi) , Moteur de la pompe à chaleur rouillé,.... tout à été mentionné sur un rapport d expert il y a 3 ans et le siège n en n'a rien à faire ! FUIR DESJOYAUX !!!!! il y a tellement de constructeurs plus sérieux !!!!

Produit non adapté à mon terrain installée début juillet 2024 maçonnerie irréprochable heureusement : Aux premières grosses pluies le liner s'est dégrafé de part et d'autres il a fallut faire un trop plein pour la piscine et un trop plein pour le bloc pompe qui prenait l'eau et qui a grillé la pompe, au 13 septembre après un énième coup de téléphone, le gérant de l'entreprise de Bastia a enfin daigné venir constater les dégâts. Un de nos ami spécialiste en eau et assainissement lui a suggéré de faire un trop plein à part lui démontrant que notre terrain argileux avec un tuyau de 50 cm enterré ne peut suffire à évacuer l'eau de pluie, ainsi qu'un trop plein pour la partie pompe avec un doute quand même, car très mal placée en partie très basse et prenant l'eau du fait de son emplacement. Après de nombreuses et courtes interventions du pisciniste car seul employé, pour découper la dalle et connecter les trop pleins, sans matériel digne de ce nom pour une entreprise soit disant N°1 dans le monde.....et après d'autres épisodes pluvieux à ce jour le 30 décembre 2024 soit 4 mois après avoir pratiquement déboursé 30 000 euros notre piscine ressemble à un bassin à poissons morts.. le liner a encore bougé au niveau des escaliers et la pompe a de nouveau grillé... Bien sûr ce grand technicien ne répond pas au téléphone et nous dit que si nous déportons la pompe en hauteur la garantie ne fonctionne pas. Je m'apprête à porter plainte et bien entendu il est hors de question que j'utilise mon assurance pour cet incompétent. Un bon conseil d'ami : FUYEZ NE PASSEZ PAS LA PORTE !!!! l'état de délabrement du magasin aurait dû nous alerter, mais la piscine à l'intérieur est le meilleur argument de vente de ce vendeur de beignets de plage, beaucoup de tchatche et des sourires tant qu'il n'a pas eu la totalité de la somme, qu'il a eu fin août 2024. Je suis dégouté mais je n'ai pas l'intention de me laisser faire.

Order some dampers and was told 3-5 days delivery due to not in stock. 8/11/24 after 10 days still no delivery rang and they said it would be another week, we needed the items to finish off a project in London so I had to order elsewhere and pay for overnight carriage. After this they suddenly said they could deliver 21st November. They return our money but we lost nearly two weeks, paid overnight cost and have had to have installers on site again (round trip of 360 miles. Rude and unhelpful customer service

As someone with no knowledge of ordering ducting etc I needed cowls to protect fan outlets installed to meet covid regulations in our business. Brad at Ductstore was brilliant in explaining what I needed and also adapting their standard product to suit my exact needs. The cowls were manufactured and dispatched in under 6 days and arrived within 24 hours. They are well made and exactly as per my specification and all at their standard (very reasonable) price. Well packged and carefully delivered. An excellent company to deal with.

This company also undervalued my property by a huge margin. Totally out of line with other valuations and comparable properties for sale in the area. Only 10 mins spent in property to look and didn’t go into some rooms. Not enough consideration given to certain features in property. Such as the size of property, the views or the location. The man left saying he would put his best foot forward, Well, I dread to think what he would come up with if he put his worst foot forward.

Very expensive for 9 minutes work, very little interest in reviewing the property in detail with some rooms not even entered. Valuation was way out of line not with comparables provided. Not interested in any challenge/discussion with one sentence reply to a detailed overview asking for re consideration.

(Reviews are proof enough) when a property goes on the market at 300k and has people interested in double figures within days, sold within days and multiple people offering the asking price and over, ITS WORTH IT!!!! To come in on the request of a mortgage company and proceed to value it at 280k 20k under every other professional whos seen it before you, stopping the buyer from being able to make up the difference and break the entire chain 2 weeks away from completion is diabolical. The DEFINITION of incompetent and unfit. Pinnacle Surveyors recently surveyed our home for a Help to Buy Redemption. The surveyor we had was Kevan Hurst. He was professional and friendly, he explained the process well and we had a report within 48 hours. Unfortunately we had some issues with our solicitor which caused delays and, therefore the survey itself expired. The team at Pinnacle were super helpful in organising an extension to the survey. Another delay meant that Homes England wouldn't accept the extension once expired again and at the last minute Pinnacle were able to prepare a survey document that Homes England would accept thus allowing us to complete the sale of our home, payback the Help to Buy loan and move house. Without their compassion and commitment to help we truly believe we would still be waiting. The surveyor did his due diligence and really made us feel we were in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Pinnacle Surveyors.

Please avoid Pinnacle Surveyors like the plague. The surveyor who attended our property, Chris Halliwell, is a bare faced liar. He will tell you things to your face he later completely contradict in his report. This man cannot be trusted. Dont allow him into your home. I would have preferred to deal with his namesake the murderer instead.

A rude valuer, with no interest in the property, and no interest in knowing anything about it or properly looking round. Spent a grand total of less than 15 mins valuing a 4 bed detached property. Then valued it almost £100k less with no real explanation, even with comparables! A complete waste of time and dreams completely shattered for all parties. AVOID.

Great service, great price. The survey was way more thorough than expected for a level 2. Highlighted issues with the property which we needed to be aware of and did all the additional checks we requested. The service was friendly and professional, Ed called me before to understand our needs and talked me through the report in detail following the visit. Thoroughly recommended!

RACIST. Dealing with people at office is a nightmare. The survey was conducted unprofessionally as the surveyor merely scanned the rooms in my house. Missed certain spaces completely and was very rude to my mother. He calmed down when I came home as he wouldn’t dare be racist in front of someone who will understand completely and say something back. The managers at the office are completely useless and rude. Please believe all the bad reviews. You’re letting these people SELL YOUR HOME. I regret allowing them in my home. Please be aware of firms like this. So many people scammed, and for what? Even the experience was horrible.

J'ai acheté une débrouissailleuse sur leur site et après quelques semaines d'utilisation, la tête se casse. Pensant qu'il ne s'agisse d'un simple accident, j'en rachète une sans déclarer l'incident. Mais quelques temps plus tard cela se reproduit à l'identique. Je rachète encore une fois une nouvelle tête, avec un autre système d'attache cette fois-ci pour éviter de répéter la casse une troisième fois. Mais quand je demande d'être remboursé, Debonix me renvoi à leur règlement qu eje n'ai pas suivi...et qui implique de renvoyer la machine au constructeur à mes frais. Cela m'aurait couté plus cher que les têtes! Je trouve leur réponse d'une mauvaise foi extrême! Cela me réconforte dans l'idée qu'il vaut mieux achtere ce genre d'ustensil auprès d'un revendeur local qui assure un vrai service après vente. Pensez à ce genre de problème avant d'acheter du gros matériel sur ce site...

J’ai commandé chez Debonix un pointeau automatique gainé Facom 257GPB. A l’intérieur du colis reçu, je trouve à un emballage plastique d’origine Facom qui a déjà été ouvert au cutter et le pointeau est siglé 257G et pas GPB. Ce n’est pas tout à fait la référence que j’ai commandée… Ça commence mal. J’essaie le produit et je constate que le réglage de la force de frappe ne fonctionne pas. Je contacte alors le SAV par l’intermédiaire du site internet pour demander un échange. Je reçois une réponse 48h après me proposant un remboursement. Je réponds que je préfère un échange et recevoir la référence exacte du produit que j’ai commandé. Je demande également un bon de retour pour ne pas avoir à payer les frais de retour. Le SAV/Service client me répond seulement 1 semaine après, que seul un remboursement est possible. Mais rien n’est dit sur les frais de retours pris en charge, voir remboursés. Niveau perte de temps pour le client et incompétence du SAV, c’est déplorable ! Ce sera donc ma première et dernière commande chez Debonix que je ne recommande pas. A éviter absolument ! Commandez sur d’autres sites marchands beaucoup plus fiables et à l’écoute de leurs clients !

Commande d’un dévidoir pour tuyau d’arrosage. Le produit est livré non emballé. La poignée est donc complètement rayée... j ai contacté le SAV par l intermédiaire du site internet et toujours pas de réponse après 1 semaine..., ça sera donc ma première et dernière commande chez ce commerçant...

SAV parfait : Scie Scheppach avec guide achetée en Janvier ; excellent produit, livraison rapide,correspondant bien aux besoins d'un bricoleur assidu mais tombée en panne en Juillet - ça peut arriver - et le SAV a été remarquable d'efficacité et de rapidité : en 3 jours je disposais à nouveau d'un outil fonctionnel !

J'ai commandé une batterie makita...qui est arrivée vite fait bien fait...et oh surprise ! Totalement à plat ! Pas un led ! Je teste au multimetre et double surprise : 0,10 volt ( zero, 10). En plus la batterie a des traces d'usage. Je contacte immediatement le sav et bien sur aucune réponse. Donc c'est partit pour un litige P...al . Et ça repart vite fait bien fait !

Aucun suivi de colis, ils ne travaillent pas avec des transporteurs sérieux : pas d'avertissement de réception en point relais ; je suis toujours en attente d'une commande et Debonix me demande de faire les démarches moi même pour l'ouverture d'un litige avec leur prestataire... On marche sur la tête... Bref, je ne recommande pas le sérieux de la considération de leurs clients. J'ose espérer pouvoir recevoir une bache piscine commandé début mai avant NOël... !!! je croise les doigts...

Commande passée le 11 décembre, depuis pas de réponse, 21 décembre j'ai envoyé une mail pour savoir où en est ma commande, toujours pas de réponse. 2 appelle téléphonique au service d'expédition, impossible de les avoir au téléphone.

This is my second request to review the service, but nothing has arrived yet. When I ordered, the delivery date was given as 22 to 28 December depending on shipping method - I paid 15 euros extra (for an item weighing 100 grams) for ‘Express delivery’, to receive by 25th, but it is now 31st and no sign and no way to follow up what is happening. Also the price advertised was without tax, which is deceptive as 20% was added. So 75 euros became 109 euros altogether. I suggest as a minimum Guilcor checks items have been delivered before soliciting customer reviews☹️

First the negative - the quality of the display box is very poor. Plastic is flimsy with cracks and one tab was broken off. Poor packaging, thin plastic envelope which is most likely why the plastic was cracked. The tabs do not fit together properly or stay in place. Using glue does not make it more stable. It is JUNK. Contacted Harfington without any reply. I did check spam, nothing found from Harfington. I would have ordered from Amazon who honors fast return shipping. This piece is not worth returning due to cracks, glue and horrific quality. Positive - Very timely shipping.

The OD of the tube was not what I ordered, too large; and the ID of the tube was not what I ordered, too small.

Really pleased with the quality of the product. Packaging was appropriate for the contents. Delivery time was good (9 days from China to San Francisco). My only issue was the delivery. I received free shipping, so they used a courier of their choice which was "GOFO Express" (never heard of them). I don't know if this company is new to the area, but you absolutely CANNOT just leave a package in front of someones door and walk away. The San Francisco area is FULL of dirtbags who spend their entire worthless lives walking around stealing packages. If I hadn't been home when this delivery-person knocked and walked away, my package would have been stolen within the hour. Free delivery doesn't mean anything if the package never shows up or gets stolen. For anyone else who might order from Harrington, keep in mind: if you choose free delivery, your package may get left at your door whether you're home or not.

Fast delivery item is as described. Bought four resistors at first regreted not buying more so ordered four more following week.

I am part of a small volunteer group making improvements to a local park. We have a number of Burgon & Ball tools which all do good service. One of our rakes broke. B&B replaced it without any hesitation despite it being well over three years old and without our being able to produce proof of purchase after that long. Good tools and excellent service.

A tine snapped off my 3 year old digging fork last week. I emailed some photos of the problem and received a new fork by courier just 2 days later. What brilliant customer service.

Some years ago i bought a border fork which has been in regular use, a favourite tool. When it broke recently I emailed some photos of it to B & B who without quibble sent a replacement, received the following day. Very pleased with their response.

Bought a spade about 4-6 months ago & over the weekend the blade bent, annoying as I didn't have a receipt anymore & not bought directly. However customer service has been excellent and a replacement was on its way to me in a matter of hours.

I received a trowel set as a gift but unfortunately one item was missing. I received an immediate email response from Nancy, Sales Administrator, and a replacement set was sent out without delay. A shame that an initial packing error had been made, but I was pleased with the customer service to rectify it.

I had a digging fork and the tines had bent badly. Despite the fact that I could not recall where I originally bought the fork, B&B kindly replaced it under their terms of guarantee. The replacement was delivered to my door within a few days. Very good service, I would say.

My order was redirected by somebody and I cannot make a complain to DHL as I need confirmation it was not the seller, but they just do not respond to my emails. Won't be shopping here again.

I have purchased item from them which was confirmed by email. After 5 days they notified me that my order was cancelled on my request. When I emailed them that I didn't cancel order and still want get this item there was no reply from them. Luckily they refunded.

Excellent customer service to resolve an issue. Large order and a few items arrived damaged. I emailed them to ask if they could send replacements and attached photos of the damaged items as proof of the issue. They replied to me directly and quickly saying they would send these out immediately to arrive hopefully the next day. They arrived the next day as planned, very thoroughly wrapped and not damaged. I emailed back to let them know this was now resolved and they took the time to reply thanking me for letting them know.
