Its not a good place to have an interview they tell you a lot lies they give me impression that my interview had gone well said they would get back to me very soon it took them days to get back to me only for them to tell me i hadnt got the job they had been on to my employer and was told im not a good worker i dont get on with anyone which is totally un true i have a good laugh with my co workers we all get on and i am a really good worker i asked my boss about this he said no such thing had been ssid so they was making a lie up when really i didnt get the h Job because i am 62yrs old they only want young people there dont think about going for interview if over 30 to be honest i had the feeling my interview went well they was ever so nice to me in my interview now i know they are just 2 faced Well i have tried to message you but i no email address to contact you i tried the heatrodshop.com not valid

1 Stern ist zuviel, ich fahre seit 26 Jahren PW - meine Bilanz ist ein Haftpflichtschaden in all den 26 Jahren, leider hatte ich in 2 Jahren dazu 3 Teilkaskoschäden, zu denen ich in keinster Art und Weise etwas hätte ändern können. Ich habe weder den Hagel bestellt noch den Steinschlag verursacht. Dann wird einen die Versicherung gekündigt aufgrund der hohen Schadensfälle. Sprachlosigkeit! Ohne Vorwarnung. Moralisch nicht vertretbar. Wofür habe ich denn eine Versicherung? Welch ein Versicherungsmathematiker hat die Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung nicht verstanden!! Ist es denn nicht so, das jetzt wieder die guten Jahre kommen?Welch einen Support habt ihr denn, wenn mir ein Vollkaskoschaden angerechnet wird der vollumfänglich von der gegnerischen Versicherung getragen wurde. Daraufhin wurde mir telefonisch gesagt, dass der Computer, dass nicht berücksichtigt. Wie bitte EIN COMPUTER!!! Und das bei einer detaillierten Ansicht, die Kündigung nicht berechtigt war. Aussage eines. Eurer Mitarbeiter. Dann wird einen eine Rechnung mit neuer Police zugestellt, worauf man als Verbraucher sich fragt, bin ich jetzt noch versichert? Die Datumsangaben waren falsch, wofür natürlich wieder der Computer schuld war. Ich selbst noch eine Zahlung leisten sollte obwohl ich noch auf eine Rückerstattung wartete. Es wurde mir unter anderem auch telefonisch gesagt die Zahlung wurde geleistet an die Carglass, ich habe es schriftlich, dass die Zahlung erst eine Woche später eingegangen ist. Der Support, die Arbeitsweise und der Umgang mit Kunden ist sehr schlecht, nicht transparent, und baut auf Unwahrheiten auf. Ich bin sehr verärgert, da ich jetzt mit der Problematik der Wiederversicherung konfrontiert bin, und ich von den neuen Versicherung Selbstbehalte eingeräumt bekomme, selbst bei Haftpflichtschäden nur weil eine Allianz die Kunden aussortiert, die doch mal Versicherungsleistungen in Anspruch genommen hat. Es ist mit der Wirtschaftsethik nicht vereinbar. Ich persönlich werde für Euch kein gutes Wort mehr finden und meiner Familie und Freunden abraten mit Euch ins Geschäft zu kommen. Es ist ein haltloser Zustand und ich werde mich jedesmal daran erinnern wenn ich Eure Werbung sehe. Noch ein kleines Stück Poesi am Schluss- ein Mitarbeiter der Allianz sagte mir vor Jahren Die Allianz „Versicherung „ hat sich einen falschen Namen gegeben, es sollte heissen Allianz „ für sich errungen „ und wenn man Eure Bilanz anschaut ist es doch sehr erstaunlich wie ihr in den Jahren mit sehr hohen Schadensfälle gleich noch Milliardengewinne erwirtschaftet habt. Für mich kommt Ihr nicht mehr in Frage, und ich arbeite mit dem Versicherungsbroker daran geschäftlich alles bei Euch auszulösen und zu einem anderen Versicherungsunternehmen zu wechseln. Dårlig kundeservice
Vi fikk pålegg om et par utbedringer, og det var greit. Vi er bortreist og jeg ba om å få bekrefrelse på ail om at de hadde fått inn papirene fra elektriker og at alt var i orden. Fikk ikke svar, og purret igjen. Etter en uke ble mailen vidresendt fra kundeservice til elsikkerhetsingeniør. Han skrev at saken var avsluttet for 1 1/2 uke siden, og det var det. Da vi kom hjem, fant vi brevet i posten. Vi er i 2024 og det er umulig å få bekreftelsen på mail????

Achtung Achtung bei der ELVIA Versicherung, wird mann Durchleuchtet, Die Versicherung geht Ohne wissen von Kunden/Innen Informationen holen bei Verein CRIF AG. So eine Versicherung habe ich noch nie Erlebt. Gestern habe ich einen Antrag Gestellt, kein Antwort Erhalten, nach 5 Mail und 3 mal Anrufen hatte ich Jemanden am Telefon. Jetzt sagt sie mir am Telefon das ich kein Versicherung Abschliessen könne, weil mein Boni beim Verein CHRIF AG nicht gut sei. So was habe ich bis Heute noch von keinem Versicherung Erlebt. Hände weg.

Skickade telefonen för reparation. De hämtade inte ut den. Svarade heller inte på mail eller telefon. Uppdaterad: Fick svar efter ca.6 veckor. Varit stängt en månad pga. Covid-19. Tycker att man på hemsidan kunde haft aktuell och relevant information angående situationen på företaget. Tyvärr så stod det att man inte kunde svara i telefon, men mail besvarades.

Stay Away from this company. Start date was changed twice. At the moment, the website is down, ignoring my phone calls...they are answering only once in 10 days by email... To me it seems like Daniela Taylor is the only person in that company, as no one else was answering the phone since November. Reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid unique conservatory. its a scam
worst contractor that I ever came across. conservatory works has been scheduled to start in Sep 2021 and yet to be started in Feb 2022. Every time work is delayed/cancelled, no one updates me. Reason to cancel the works keeps changing from short staff because of covid to material short supply and other-way around And they started ghosting me once I started asking for my deposit back. Since my deposit is stuck, I cant go to other contractor as well. Avoid unique conservatory at all costs.

Brilliant roof replacement!
We recently had a new roof on our conservatory. The ceiling was of course plastered with lights fitted.We also had all the walls plastered. 3 windows and a door were also replaced. Daniela came to measure and advise on the best course of action in a very efficient and business like manner. A full description was given of the work to be carried out and the payment schedule which was easily understood. The work was carried out efficiently with all rubbish removed. The workmen were courteous and got on with the job quickly so that it was finished in the time allotted. There were a couple of little hitches with obtaining materials which were resolved quickly and with compensation. We are very pleased with the result and it has made a a big difference to the temperature in the conservatory and can now be used all year.

DO NOT USE this company. I paid a 50% deposit (which was hard work to agree (they wanted total fee up front) after many weeks of trouble. eventually got their appointed fitter who, after a couple of months eventually tuned up and proceeded to demonstrate how useless and incapable they really were. Glass was wrong size, damaged tubes, broken fixing, Broken tiles promises after promises but ALL LIES. 9 months later yet more lies the job is sill not finished. Bear Metals WILL not be getting the balance of their invoice and the appointed fitter will Also NOT be getting payment. One star is one star to many.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, there are far better out there. Customer service is terrible, when you do eventually manage to speak with someone they are unable to resolve the issue, but somebody that can will call you back... Countless calls and emails and nobody did. I ended up getting my problems sorted with a different company (thank you Handrail Supermarket). SHS are an utter shambles, please do not part with your money.

The old company that went into administration absolutely shafted us, and messed us about for 8 months after we had paid in full. The new company to be fair, have now just fitted the system and it looks great. Compliments to Ben Pritchard and Gavin Owen who fitted the system. Nice lads, very helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. To be clear, I’d have reviewed the old company at a zero, and the new company a 4 maybe.

I have used this company twice
I have used this company twice - once in late 2018 for a glass/stainless steel balcony balustrade, and once in november 2019 for a stainless steel and wire balustrade . Both times the product has been great. On the first occasion, we had excellent service, and everything arrived on the date promised. The second time last year, we had to wait a long while for delivery ( a month more than originally told), as various components were not available. However, they slightly changed the design in order to source the components, and so eventually everything arrived. Upon construction, we thought we may be missing some "cable holders" and Jo at customer services was very good , sending them out the next day even though the new design did not necessarily actually need them . great service
The company sound like it’s been going through change. The one thing that stands out is the team. I didn’t receive my order but had paid. This was a concern. Once explained and been assured the customer service and delivery was outstanding. Emma was very straight and thorough and Jo was a standout, call backs follow through calls a true, genuine and rare experience of customer service that I’ve experienced for sometime. Whatever turbulence the company has been subject too, the results and resolutions are being driven by new ownership and the team! Full marks and thank yo oh for looking after me so well. BEWARE... WORST COMPANY AND EXPERIANCE EVER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND 6 MONTHS LATER YOU NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS. This business and people that work for it are clearly and completely inept and void of any responsibility, trust, honesty or compassion. They pass the blame and buck from one another if they haven’t left as many do. They give you the wrong emails to send to and come out with many many lies as to why they can’t come to the phone or deal with your problems while you wait. In a meeting, on holiday, out is the office, that n another call, person had left, off for bereavement and don’t know when they will be back and so on and so on. They never return your emails or calls and then come up with excuses as to why they haven’t seen them. They promise to deal with the issues and then fail to deal with any of them. One even told me you will find the company directors phone number on trust pilot, which I didn’t, although I did find so many poor reviews slating everything about this company. I paid two deposit sums over for 3 balconies. My original order was back in Aug 2019 and it’s now the middle of Jan 2020. They took my money and promised a 5-6 week turnaround. Since they took my money they have never given me a fitting date although I have rung and emailed on many occasions. Excuse after excuse and till finally I took some advice and demanded my money back having given a deadline for a fitting date and had still not had one. Although I eventually had an email promising me my money back after several weeks of chasing again I’ve still not had it. Today I was told the owner had to give it back even though I’d been through accounts and customer services to do so. Apparently he’s off or missing without action. Give me my money back you thieving crooks as I’m going to creat a forum and go into every social media platform to tell my story and have another place for people to tell everyone what dishonest lowlife criminals you are. I’ve already contacted my MasterCard and have spoken to trading standards. I’ll be sending my experiance to watch dog and rogue traders too and obviously informing the ombudsman. WARNING!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT HAVE ANYTHING TO SHOW FOR IT

Good product but very bad service, missing parts and no email replies!!
I purchased a glass balustrade to surround our swimming pool in 2016. The quality of the components was good and the install went well apart from a shortage of components that they had to send me twice to fit myself. In March 2019 I paid a deposit for a second balustrade to match the first which i was happy with. However, communication within the company was really poor and despite many chases and emails we did not achieve installation until August 2019. This time the install did not go well as angled panels were not accurate and again there were missing components. The freelance installer did his best and finally got the panels installed and the company again promised to post us the missing parts for us to fit. I chased the production manager Paul Bayley for 2 months by email & phone but he would not reply so I never received the missing parts. Such a shame as the product is basically very good. The organisation within the company is a shambles and they do not reply to emails unless its about money. PORCH DOOR STICKING
Installed our porch in 2020. Door started to catch on the side bit which left a mark on the metal of the actual door itself, near the catch. Phoned them and suggested I e-mail their faults dept which I did on Wednesday 13 Sept 23. Still no reply as of today-22/9/23. What on earth is going on? I was very pleased with the initial installation in 2020, having bought a gold range warranty.

Awful, avoid at all cost
Took all the money up front but measured the opening for our bifolds incorrectly ... then not only did they refused to change it they didn't even properly finish the job - given the space was bigger they didn't have enough material to fill the gap so I'm left with the damp course sticking out. I keep trying to get them back to at least finish the job but they don't even respond even when I threaten legal action. DO NOT USE THEM

Do not deal in covid tests
Currently they are selling covid 19 antibody tests, apparently they report a negative outcome if you have had the covid 19 vaccine therefore completely useless if you wish to see if you have antibodies As I am clinically vulnerable I would like to of known if my immune system has produced antibodies therefore offering some safety Please avoid using these tests as this has not been made clear also the video does not accurately reflect what you really need to do as admitted by their support I would like to offer this review so anybody else doesnt purchase these tests for the same reason and feels ripped off by a family owned business

Fletcher Homes Shocking
Poor customer service from Fletcher Homes. Sales Office hardly ever open and when it is meant to be open usually unmanned. Sales manager never answered a question in a timely manor if at all. As another reviewer our sale did fall through in the end due to someone in the chain. lucky omen I think. 2 Weeks at time of writing review and still not returned part of our reservation fee which they deducted money from. Poor customer service from Fletcher Homes didn’t want to know when we first put deposit down. Sales manager was not good person to deal with. Managing director too was just as bad. Everything looks good on paper with these but in real life shocking company to deal with. Our sale did fall through in the end due to someone in the chain. lucky omen I think.

Don't buy a house from Fletcher Homes Watts Meadow Gobowen - No broadband at all!!
We purchased a house from Fletcher Homes thinking that fibre broadband would be supplied shortly as everywhere else in the village has the fibre service. 3 years later still no Fibre and now only receiving 512 mb while everyone else in the village is getting 75MB on the fibre service. Its 2016 and 512meg is just not acceptable. As more and more houses are sold the speed is getting even slower. Fletcher Homes were given the option by BT to install fibre when the houses were being built. I would expect this to sell more houses, Fletcher Homes decided not to do this leaving all the people that have paid hundreds of thousands of pounds for houses with no communication solutions. Tried speaking with Fletcher Homes many times along with many of the other residents but they weren't interested and just ended up ending the phone calls. Very poor customer service!! Don't care about their customers once they have had your money. Don't buy a house in an area that has no fibre and not even a decent usable broadband connection. Houses really not worth the money, poorly constructed with cheap materials the houses are falling apart just 3 years on!!

Two devices - neither works at all
Bought a device, plugged it in - it doesn’t connect and doesn’t activate. Tried everything, followed all the troubleshooting steps in their website. Even verified that the SIM card is working properly in another device. Sent them the device for replacement (postage isn’t cheap). Got a new one, plugged it in - the exact same story. It just doesn’t connect. This is ridiculous, their QA is just pathetic. Across device price, subscription and postage I’ve already spent way too much money on this half-assed brick.

This was within a week of being paid thousands of pounds for the completed job, which has obviously fallen far short of promised standard. Now wants further substantial payment to return and correct, despite “guarantees” given. Mediation through Federation of Roofing Contractors a waste of time.

Didn't show up to initial appointment even. No follow up. Nothing except fake appointment arrangement confirmations by email. Somewhat untrustworthy and disorganized if they can't even manage an appointment system. It's even more annoying because I had to wait a long time just for an initial appointment and had to fill out an online form with what felt like 40 questions. Electric Ireland Superhomes were at least reasonably honest by comparison, though my subjective impression is the entire one-stop-shop insulation industry has generally a careless attitude, because so few of them exist I guess, therefore little competition. I did see Kore doing public advertising after my experience which I thought strange thing to need to do with over a year lead times being quoted to me by Electric Superhomes for example

Sheets didn't work (I tested with a multimeter). They refused to take them back, kept ignoring me until I initiated a chargeback but even then they say they won't take them back because the package was opened!

I have not got my item till now
I have not got my item till now. It was ordered on 10/10/2024. The only correspondence I got from them so far is the receipt. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Yet they sent me an email to review their product. I am awaiting their response to their so called review I did before taking a legal step.

Poor plasterer, worse human
He has flagged my review, so I will leave another one. Trust pilot seem unable to explain why pointing out that this man is of questionable character, is wrong. Poor human and poor plasterer. He is of poor character, which is of relevance when you're looking for a tradesman. If you would like someone who makes racist comments to do your plastering, fill your boots. If not, stay clear!

Bearing False Witness is a SIN
This man is a product of a racist society that has systematically demonised so called 'Black' people for hundreds of years. What he did was wrong however, telling lies on him makes all of you look even worse. It's CHILDISH and does not absolve you. Remember, this country among others still identify us by our slave identity 'Black'. Before slavery, we had a name and it was not 'Black'. Those that enslaved us know who we were/are and deny us our history and heritage. Instead, we remain divided and assimilated. To truly end racism, Britain must give the slave back his/her pre slavery identity and accept the inevitable invoice for the ripple effect that destroyed a nation of people and led to us being called N***** in the first place.

Abandoned a sign written car with their advertising all over it!!!
They simply left an abandoned french electric AMI car on the side of the road outside other peoples homes on a dangerous bend, which requires cyclists to cycle round simply for the opportunistic advertising. Not a nice or considerate thing to do. If everyone left cheap old cars parked on the side of the road so they can get some cheap advertising the roads would be full and cyclists forced to cycle round them. Come on guys, move this eyesore. It is a poor reflection on your business, not a good one.

Med assistance fra SMV valgtes Iteffect til udskiftning af vores C5 til BC. Ligeså snart kontrakten var underskrevet blev vi nærmest overladt til os selv, ingen projektstyring og -leder, manglende kommunikation, en ikke nødvendig sekretær var mellemmand mellem os og de reelle udviklere, som det var vanskeligt at få dialog med. De tog sig højt - urimelig højt - betalt for alt og efter 10 måneder var vi stadig i sandkassen og opsagde samarbejdet. Direktøren er blevet skiftet, men ingen forståelse og ingen godtgørelse. Jeg kan IKKE anbefale noget firma at indgå samarbejde med iteffect.

Virkelig dårlig service. deres itshop / effectshop burde ikke markedsføres. Det har været vores største fejltagelse at vælge effectshop - den følger ikke med de nye tendenser og ting der kommer. der er mange begrænsninger og alt skal nærmest udvikles fra bunden og det koster masser af penge. De siger at man kan sælge uden for landets grænser, men det passer ikke. momsen fungerer ikke hvis man sælger i andre lande. vælg hellere en anden som dandomain som er større og mere seriøse. tænk jer godt om fordi når i engang er startet et samarbejde er det ret svært at skifte til en anden.

Worst Customer service ever!!!
Purchased 2 lights from this company. Both lights were poor quality so I emailed the company and asked to return. They charge a 20% "restocking fee" so I opted to exchange (which the 20% restocking fee wouldn't apply). I have emailed this company asking if a particular light would qualify for an exchange. So far I am on my 8th email to this company with no response. I sent the lights back (I paid for shipping) and still no credit or response. I cant get an answer and am in limboland. Worst customer service EVER! Do not do business with this company unless you want to be ghosted. Im at the point that I will forget the exchange, pay the 20% restocking fee and NEVER do business with this company again and let everyone I know they are awful just to be rid of this company and problem.

Totally disorganised and unprofessional 1
Total lack of communication from acceptance of quote, had to chase them when confirmed start date of 4/3/24, was approaching, asked for sample colours, still didn’t arrive after 5 months. Scaffolder was supposed to come on 1/3/24 didn’t turn up, then was supposed to come and look at site on 5/3/24 bearing in mind quote accepted in Oct 23, didn’t turn up again no explanation. When I spoke to MD he didn’t know why, very strange no knowing what your sub contractors are doing. MD said he was going to contact scaffolder and get back to me, he then emailed me cancelling the job, as if all this was my fault totally unprofessional. Be careful if thinking of using this company.

False representations and sabotage
The work started on 24 May 2023 to apply a Licata 1mm thin coat render system. They claimed they no longer use Baumit or Krend products. The 3 day job is unfinished because the operatives (not employees which was what I was told) had other jobs to do. On 2 June 2023, an operative told me that the work was finished. It was not. Not even the door reveals had been done. This is the area where the company surveyor said required the most amount of work because of the intricacy needed to render it (£3.2K for 1.5 walls). Now they are saying only adhesive can be used. The upper rear of the property has also not been rendered because they said they cannot stand on my neighbour’s roof ( they should not need to). The plinth started cracking after 2 days and the mesh is visible under an external wall insulation product that they applied instead of the Licata product. I was left with primer and topcoat and told to finish it myself. They did not protect my 4m wide doors because plaster was stuck on the glass (and door tracks) and simply covered with a sheet for the entire job. They left their unbagged trash incl food waste, cigarette butts, trash and hazardous materials in the garden. There was no quality control over the contractors. Approved renderers have pointed out the patchiness of the top coat and the problems that the plastered over weep holes and door drainage track will cause. The representations made by the directors before and during the work commenced were simply fraudulent. Waiting for the MD of Licata to contact me regarding the remedial work required. Gathering quotes to fix the mess left behind.

Poor. Paid for stone cut to a specific size. Was then handed to me off the pallet uncut. Got back to them and they said cutting was extra. Said they would get back to me with a price and time for cutting and never did. Wouldn't go back

Avoid London Damp Specialists at all costs. Paul and James McLaughlin are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They arrived late on the scheduled day (ignoring all calls made on the day they were meant to arrive), carried out the work to a poor standard, and within months the damp returned worse than before. Despite offering a 30-year guarantee, they have refused to honour it, ignoring all emails and phone calls. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking — once they’ve taken your payment (over £5000!), they disappear. This company is nothing short of a scam. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Poor customer service, look elsewhere
Originally I had work done when went well. There is a problem area that it was clear might always be a problem and I have had cause recently to get in touch with Paul who has repeatedly ignored me and messages, and I can see they’ve been read. Customer service is poor, look for Another contractor would be my advice.

Very unprofessional
I tried to put in a call for a damp survey and discuss potential remedies and was met by a complete lack of understanding or willingness to even listen. Paul then proceeded to continually say that they don't do roofs and hung up the phone, the roof was not even what the question was about. So I will join in with the other reviewers on this one, avoid!

Avoid !
I paid 199.00 for a survey. No date had been set and I received a call postponing my appointment which was confusing. I then received an email on 9th Jan offering me 16th or 18th Jan. I replied the same day and since then I have received no further correspondence from them. I have now made efforts via PayPal to get my money back and as of 27th January, nothing. I also emailed again, and again nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Definitely AVOID this company
Paid £99 for a home inspection on the basis of their professional looking website - the surveyor was in the house for all of 5 minutes and I'm still waiting to receive anything in writing two months on. Feel totally conned.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I paid the £99 they request up front via PayPal for a damp inspection, however no correspondence was made to arrange visit, and no inspection has occurred. I believe this company to be fraudulent - Please avoid.
