As soon as I called, they came to take a look and gave me a quote which I accepted but they never came to do the work. I called and texted many times, they rarely replied and explained they were too busy but would offer a date soon. They never did. This was stressful, unnecessary and rude.

Needed a hydraulic Quick connection…
Needed a hydraulic Quick connection sorting out for a metal ram metal punch.Was told by an employee of Eurocarparts Abergele to try hydraquip of Llandudno junction.Had phoned numerous hydraulic fittings stockist with pictures of adapters and measurements of threads but no one was sure of what was needed.I was passing threw so stopped at Hydraquip the person behind the desk who,s name i found out later was Elfyn asked me to bring the whole unit in.It was a saturday he said i am here so for another few hours so i returned back home and brought the whole hydaulic punch with me.Straight away he knew it was a mix of chinese + american fittings and german hydraulic hose.He sorted it out in no time at all this guy knows his stuff.I don,t usually write a review but i thought this deserved it.Many thanks Elfyn Hydraquip of Llandudno Junction.

called them on 7th to arrange pick up of a ram for repair said they would get it sorted out called them again on the 15th to be told by the same guy he would find out from another branch why and could he call me back in 10 mins to let me know sure you can guess never called back will let someone else do the job now IT WAS YOUR CRAWLEY BRANCH UNDER THE NAME OF KING & SONS

Poor service today
Poor service today! Called them at 8:50am to report a hose needed to be replaced on a truck roadside. Over 3 hours later and the driver still hasn't seen an engineer! If we had known, we could have arranged for another company to have sorted it out. Not impressed and will use Pirtek in future.

Called them up at 3.15pm and they advised 'it would be an after hours call out' That's £150.00 extra, plus double time. This isn't the first time we have experienced this type of response from Hydraquip. Pirtek on the other hand were happy to send one of their technicians out at normal rates.

Stod uden netværk mandag morgen og efter utallige samtaler med wizer og underlevenrandører, som gav en sludder for en sladder, fik jeg endelig at vide at Wizer havde opsagt mit abonnement. Uden at give besked. Flot. Vi håber Telenor kan gøre det bare lidt bedre.

Aputsiak kom og installerede den første boks til huset, og der var ingen problemer. Super flink og rar! De har også været og skyde kablet over til huset, så nu skal vi bare vente på at det forbindes. Fin oplevelse indtil videre! :)

Kan ikke anbefales! Man får et inkassobrev, når man ikke engang er blevet tilsluttet fiberen endnu. Hvorfor skal jeg betale for en forbindelse, jeg ikke har? Og som jeg er blevet lovet for længst! Jeg er ikke den eneste, der har fået et inkassobrev. Klager til teleankenævnet, som flere anbefaler at gøre. Fup og svindel at have betalt en masse forud og intet fået. Hvor er de penge gået hen? Og hvorfor er der ingen support? Det skulle ikke undre mig, om virksomheden drejer nøglen om om lidt, og vores penge er gået lige i privatforet! For hvad skal man ellers tro, når ingen svarer, og deres kundeservice er ikke-eksisterende.

kunde i en fiber cirkus fra Wizer. PAS PÅ - PAS PÅ! Det har været et mareridt fra starten, jeg vil advare om at holde jer langt væk fra dem! Det hele startede med, at vi købte fibernet hos Gigabit, som lovede os lynhurtigt og stabilt internet. Men efter flere års ventetid, er vi blev flyttet fra selskab til selskab med elendig forsyning af bredbånd. Vi startede med Gigabit, flyttede til Wizer, så videre til Onfiber, hvorefter overflyttede til GlobalConnect, og nu hedder leverandøren pludselig Bolignet. Det er som om, de bare skifter navn for at slippe for at tage ansvar for deres dårlige service! Vi har oplevet: - Manglende oppetider på bredbånd - Uvarslet udfald i flere dage - Ingen support om aftenen og i weekenderne - Ingen oplysninger om hvor længe udfaldet varer - Vi kan ikke se streaming Tv på grund af vi er flyttet til et firma med for lille hoved kabel, som ikke kan udskiftes, fordi firmaet ikke har gravetilladelse fra kommunen!!! Det er helt uacceptabelt, at vi skal betale for noget, vi ikke får. Personalet er flinke og imødekommende, men de kan ikke hjælpe os. Ingen kender tidshorisonten på, hvornår problemet er afhjulpet. Vi føler os snydt og svigtet af Wizer og deres partnere. Jeg vil derfor opfordre jer til at PAS PÅ - PAS PÅ! Hvis I overvejer at skifte til fibernet fra Wizer eller et af deres andre selskaber. Det er ikke pengene værd, og I vil kun få hovedpine af det. Find et andet firma, der kan levere det, de lover!

Fup og fidus firma
Jeg har aldrig oplevet magen til svindel og humbug!!! Nu har min far ventet i en evighed på at få sit fibernet, men man får bare en sang fra de varme lande hvis man endelig er så heldig at få fat i en af de stakkels medarbejdere, der åbenlyst bliver presset fra alle sider. Siger ikke at det er bevidst svindel når man afkræver ældre mennesker 12-15.000kr og til gengæld lover dem gratis internet i de næste mange år, så er det som minimum inkompetence på allerhøjeste niveau, når der her efter flere års venten stadig intet fibernet er kommet. Jeg har på anmodning fra min far nu bedt dem om at betale ham sine penge tilbage, og ellers så klager vi til teleankenævnet. Og det er kan uden tvivl kun gå for langsomt, for når de sender regninger ud til folk der stadig ikke har fået deres fibernet, samt fremlægger såkaldte "handlingsplaner" for deres fremdrift oppe i Kulhusene, som helt tydeligt er skrevet i lynets hast da de har lavet en så kæmpe fodfejl at skrive alle vejene på i alfabetisk orden, så kræver det ikke ligefrem den store matematiske uddannelse at regne ud at det er et firma på falittens rand. Desuden har jeg hørt at man højest sandsynligt får gratis fibernet hvis man bor i f.eks Kulhusene og det ikke bliver Wizer der laver det, da der skulle være andre udbydere der har vist interesse for området og er begyndt at søge om penge fra Fiberpuljen til at lave et ordentligt net deroppe. Så det kan kun gå for langsomt med at få sine penge retur før det er for sent...

For 10 dage siden gik vores internet ned - det gør det som regel på en fredag, hvor Wizer så ikke er kontaktbare til engang i løbet af mandag... Da jeg så får kontakt er de dels enormt svære at få til overhovedet at svare. Deres primære bekymring er herefter at forklare at det skam ikke er deres problem, det er nu Bolignet. Bolignet aner dog intet om at jeg skulle være kunde hos dem og deres primære bekymring er at forklare at det skam ikke er deres skyld. 10 dage senere er der endnu ingen der har bekymret sig om faktisk at genoprette forbindelsen. Heldigvis er der nu en anden leverandør der er trådt til, så kan de diskutere så meget de vil, hvem der har aben - det bliver uden mig.

Installation service was fine, required making-good after the fact due to some surrounding damage, but that was handled by LFS. Contact was a constant issue, LFS getting my contact details wrong multiple times resulting in emails going missing and a very lengthy process start to finish.

Achtung! Keine Ware und auch kein Geld zurück bekommen. Ich habe Anfang 2024 eine Klimaanlage gekauft. Per Vorkasse. Leider hat sich die Lieferung bis in den Herbst mit dummen Entschuldigung verschoben. Jetzt geht keiner mehr ans Telefon oder reagiert nicht auf meine E-Mails. Kontakt probleme ständige Ausrede wenn sie endlich antworten. Ich habe keine Heizung sowie auch keine Geld zurück bekommen. Mann kann die Leute nicht finden in Deutschland sowie in Niederlande. An angegebene Adresse befindet sich ganz andere Firma. Wie gesagt Diebstahl und Betreuung hoh 10. An allen neuen Besteller ja nicht Geld überweisen. After multiple failed delivery attempts ( didn't leave the warehouse or mysteriously ends up back at warehouse instead of being delivered multiple times.) Arranged with seller to get refund and seller contacts dhl to return non delivered items. but expects me to wait for dhl to return products ive never seen or received before i get my refund. days later still waiting for refund and items still not returned ( brilliant choice using dhl ) Dont bother giving them your custom , you can get cheaper better offers and guaranteed next day delivery elsewhere.

Poor quality control. Double charged.
We purchased a new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 625 boiler ten months ago (17.04.24) and had it installed by a Vaillant certified 'Master Level' Advance engineer (Contractor: Heat Quick Direct 'HQD': Gas Safe No. 557517). The Vaillant Boiler condensation water pump was not installed properly by the certified Contractor and hence started to leak, damaging our Ground floor neighbor's ceiling. Not only did Heat Quick Direct not compensate for damage caused by their work. They also made us pay for another (£320) condensation pump (+labor) to replace the faulty original pump they installed; as well as pay for the downstairs ceiling damage (£320) caused by their leak. Buyer Beware!

Pour un projet de rénovation globale, important (montant total d'environ 65K€), les aides ne me seront pas accordées. Pourquoi ? Parce que je n'ai pas envoyé par email l'audit énergétique qui aurait pu déclencher l'audit cofrac avant travaux. Oui, bien sûr, c'est ma faute. Mais pourquoi cette information n'est pas présente sur le site web qui recense toutes les démarches, plutôt clairement (malgré la redondance très forte des demandes d'informations), avec des petites croix rouges et des virgules vertes ? Et pourquoi faut-il envoyer l'audit énergétique par email, puisqu'il est déposé en temps et en heure sur le site web ? Parce que c'est l'administration, et il y a des règles à respecter. Et donc, sur un simple coup de fil, mon dossier de financement est annulé. Parce que la procédure côté primesenergie n'est pas robuste. N'oubliez pas que vous travaillez pour l'administration, et pas l'inverse.

Dossier en attente depuis des mois
Formulaire très compliqué à compléter comparer à MaPrimRenov. On sent qu’ils font tout pour ne pas payer. Malgré tout j’ai réussi à compléter mon dossier parfaitement, il est pré-validé mais cela fait des mois. Quand on contacte le support ils nous indiquent qu’ils font des vérifications. Lesquels puisqu’ils ont tous les documents (qu’ils ont déjà validé) et qu’ils n’envoient aucun agent sur le terrain. Ça fait 5 mois qu’ils font des vérifications fictives. Pendant ce temps MaPrimeRenov a eu le temps de faire un contrôle sur place et de me payer.

Dossier signé en ligne le 27/12/23, Demande de documents supplémentaires le 28/12/23 ( comme tous les organismes dans ce secteur ), puis beaucoup d'attente jusqu'au 5/09/24, date de virement de la prime ( même montant que prévu au départ). Tout le long j'ai été rassurée lors de mes interrogations sur le délai, donc je peux dire que c'est un organisme sérieux et je pense que le délai n'est pas uniquement de leur chef mais aussi du système de l'Etat.

Après avoir fourni un dossier complet, plus de 3 mois d'échange avec 4 personnes différentes du service pour des infos complémentaires ou des "souci" d'ARCMI, et même soi-disant prise de contact avec l’artisan (qui n'a jamais rien eu), on apprend que le dossier est refusé sans plus d'information.

Evitez cet organisme
Très déçue para rapport à la démarche sachant que j'ai pu bénéficier de ce dispositif il y a environ 6 ans. A l'époque, le montant annoncé lors de la simulation était identique au montant versé et le chèque nous est parvenu rapidement. L'expérience passée m'a poussée pour revenir vers cet organisme une deuxième fois, sauf que la démarche a beaucoup évolué. Déjà l'intitulé de la nature des travaux "fenêtre ou porte-fenêtre" est trompant. Pour le ridicule du contexte juste les fenêtres sont éligible, les portes-fenêtres sont exclues, vous comprendrez bien que les deux n'ont pas la même fonction et la matière n'est donc pas la même. Vous apprenez cela au moment où votre dossier est en cours de traitement, le montant de votre prime est corrigé à la baisse et vous êtes coincé sans possibilité d'aller demander la prime ailleurs. Enfin, c'est très bien, ils ont réussi à faire une économie d'environ 140€ sur mon dossier me laissant donc avec une prime de 217€ pour une facture de presque 10 000€, versement que j'attends depuis bientôt 3 mois. A l'époque, il y a 6 ans le montant du certificat CEE représentait 24% de la facture. Il n'y a pas de mots pour exprimer la grosse déception de ce dispositif. Je ne recommande plus cet organisme

The products ordred were dispatched swiftly and everything arrived beautifully wrapped to protect the paintwork. Disgusting lies, obscenity and abuse
Disgusting attitude - lying website. I made the mistake of phoning Cast Iron Superstore after viewing its website, which widely advertises a 'price promise' with 'lowest price guaranteed'. The website says it 'will not be beaten on price' and to speak to its 'friendly sales team'. I phoned, and the person at Cast Iron Superstore said he couldn't beat a genuine price difference of around £40. When I asked why, he said his website's guarantee is that he will beat prices 'if he chooses to'. Cleary, the man on the phone seemed a little short of comprehension skills, so I explained what a guarantee means. Sadly, he was still unable to understand the concept, and seemed to think he can lie online. In order to take this complaint to the ASA, I began recording the conversation. I asked his name, and he said he was the managing director. I told him I would report his website to the ASA, and he told me to f*** off, and cut off the call. I have a recording of his abuse. I had the competitor's quote in writing, but the obnoxious managing director at Cast Iron Superstore refused to view it - instead telling me to f*** off. The ASA has since instructed this company to remove the price promise from its website, but Cast Iron Superstore continues to break the law.

Happy customer
The item I ordered unfortunately went missing in transit. To be fair this was not the fault of Cast iron superstore but appears to have been an issue with the delivery company. Cast Iron superstore got in touch, were helpful in resolving the problem and organizing the delivery of a replacement item without too much delay. I would recommend and use this company again.

Good product very poor customer service
The guttering I received was good quality. The delivery was late by a week, advertised and on the invoice as next day delivery but if I had not made contact who knows when it might have been delivered. Customer service poor and communication worse.

Order very carefully
Some of my order was incorrect so was advised to return to the manufacturer who was a third party in order to get a refund. No details provided of who it should be sent to or how the refund would occur ( How much or when ? ) In essence I was requested to send returning parts in blind faith to a third party at my expense without knowing how, when , or how much refund I would receive. They seem to have no policy regarding returns

Reebok werkschoenen 26 januari besteld en nog steeds niet binnen gekregen. Elke keer een smoesje, vertraging leverancier, verbouwing,nog niet alles uitgepakt,en weer vertraging leverancier. Ik zeg annuleer maar en nu staan ze ook nog goedkoper online wat ik niet snap, en ze staan ook op voorraad? Ik heb ze ergens anders besteld en komen volgende dag al binnen.

Werkt met DPD. Dikke afrader.
De reviews met 5 sterren zijn overduidelijk van het bedrijf zelf. Klompen besteld, betaald en nooit gekregen. Dat er nog bedrijven werken met DPD is mij een mysterie. Is nou echt nog nooit een bestelling goed mee gegaan. Zolang Bowork hiermee werkt bestel ik hier niet meer. Ook de reviews over de kwaliteit (als het dan ooit een keer aankomt) maken de kans dat ik hier überhaupt ooit nog bestel erg klein. Dikke afrader.

"Vandaag besteld, binnen 3 werkdagen in huis" staat op mijn bestelbon in de mail Helaas na ruim 2 weken nog geen shirtjes binnen. Wel betaald. Benieuwd of ze ooit nog bezorgd worden mijn 2 polo shirts. Bij telefonisch contact wordt aangegeven dat zij de bestelling hebben ontvangen en zsm sturen. Eens maar nooit weer..

I hired this company to complete a…
I hired this company to complete a driveway a utility room and back garden revamp. The driveway was completed in good time and looked amazing all for it 3 weeks later to start showing weeds through the gravel. After a call they returned to rectify but again full of weeds. Utility room started off good wall down lino layed plastered and painted then moved to the back garden to renovate and errect a large pond Area cleared and old pond filled to find they have buried rubbish and the ground is not level. The pond erected brought at £500.00 less than paid for. Xonstand messages to pay the balance before job finished. A skip was hired at the start and is now sat in my drive still 6 weeks later as they haven't paid for it. Work still not competed and back garden same as the drive full of weeds. Have made contact initially and they said that this would all be rectified and completed now no contact and a demand for balance even though items still missing or unfinished and a full skip sat on drive. Prices agreed by the company as quotes where high only to be told I owe more money Not recommended at all for anybody BEWARE

I strongly advise against hiring this company for any building work. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Initially, they quoted a very low price for the job, which seemed like a great deal. However, as the project progressed, they gradually increased the budget by over 20%, citing unexpected "issues" that were never properly explained. The quality of their work was shockingly poor and low standards. Despite repeated requests to address these problems, they consistently cut corners and failed to meet basic expectations. Even worse, they never fully completed the job, leaving some tasks unfinished and forcing me to either hire someone else or do it myself. To top it all off, they left behind a mess, including tools and debris, which I had to dispose of at my own expense. Their unprofessional behavior, dishonesty, and lack of accountability have caused me nothing but stress and financial strain. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear of this company

New Front Door
We visited Thistle’s showroom in Bridge of Don to look at their front door range. We were made to feel welcome from their friendly staff and proceed with an order for a new front door. Thistle don’t rely on contractors for installation and have their own installers. Their employee that carry out the installation done a very good job installing our new front door in difficult weather conditions. We are really happy with the door installation and service in general from Thistle.

Delighted with my new patio doors!
I chose Thistle for my replacement patio doors as I had been very pleased with my previous experience when they replaced all my windows around 12 years ago. Their high quality of workmanship and first class service has absolutely been maintained. From the moment I walked into their showroom to enquire about the patio doors right through to completion of the work I felt genuinely valued as a customer and the turnaround time from ordering to installation was actually a bit quicker than anticipated. Amber kept me well informed in advance of installation and the guys that came to do the work were excellent - a very neat job, no mess left behind and they ensured I was satisfied with everything before leaving. I didn’t know before I went to see them that I would receive a returning customer discount which demonstrates the value they place on customer loyalty. And as an added bonus, they replaced a handle I had recently broken on one of my windows free of charge - it was outside the 10 year guarantee period so they were under no obligation to do that. It might seem like a little thing but it just further demonstrates the value they place on customer relationships. Delighted with my new patio doors - I won’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Thistle are professional and helpful from start to finish, supplied and fitted replacement patio and balcony doors and double glazed windows to replace 40 year old units. Completed to the agreed schedule and budget (actually ahead of schedule). Turned up on time on and very respectful of our property taking great care around the home. They politely answered the many questions we had as the installation progressed. Very pleased with the final result and consider it money well spent!

Can not recommend thistle windows
Paid over 10k for 5 windows to be replaced I can’t comment on the quality of the work as only just been completed…but I would not recommend this company my wife who is pregnant as well as having a disabled son.my wife takes home security very seriously and has cameras in the house to watch our disabled son while I was away in the USA thistle windows attended our property to replace windows on arrival all cameras was turned of or blocked with out my wife’s consent my wife would of turned of the cameras if she was asked to do so . she only asked why you turn of my cameras the joiner became aggressive and said he didn’t want to be put on the internet or watched I reported this to thistle windows who ignored my wife’s concerns about being alone with a disabled child she was told if you don’t turn of the cameras nobody will come back and Finnish the work..i can not recommend thistle windows for poor Communication and very rude and aggressive employees

Thistle? More like Thorn in my side. Worst building experience of my life. Every single aspect of the build had errors, all of which had to be corrected multiple times resulting in arguments, being shouted at by staff and threats of court action. Very poor attention to detail, shoddy workmanship and delay after delay resulting in a remarkably poor experience that was also very expensive. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Seriously, if you read their review pre-2020 they are fine, the majority after this are an absolute disaster. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT LET THISTLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR PROPERTY.

Wanted to place a substantial bulk order via purchase order on account. After opening the account, I was not expecting to be fobbed off with, ‘we have spent 2 million pounds of a website to be used’, ‘you’ve already entered it on the purchase order just do it again on the website’. In my years of ordering for a diverse range of companies I have never been met with such bad attitude. Sent an email of complaint and no apology.

As a lady with long legs requiring hi viz, I had questions about sizing. After 2 phone calls, I knew the trousers I ordered would fit. The gentleman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and understanding of the problems sourcing good fitting women's PPE. Excellent quality product and price. Will be using from now on.

Worthless not worth your time or money.
Received a reconditioned watch that wasn't shipped on time, then also shipped to the billing address and not the shipping address so I didn't receive it until I went home for Easter. It was shipped with no instructions and after speaking with them on the phone I was told the instructions would be emailed to me which they were not. So back to the phone again, I spoke with them and they helped get it set up, I was told it would be collecting data for 2 weeks then it would unlock for use. After 2 weeks and not unlocking and the watch showing it needed updating which we could not do since it wasn't unlocked we were told it needs to collect data for 10 weeks. So I basically paid for nothing, not unlocked or letting us in from Easter and now it's July. Whenever you talk to them on the phone the man repeats over and over that you're actually talking to the ceo of the company one of the owners! I guess that's suppose to make me feel better that I wasted my money. I should have realized when I bought it and my money was taken right away out of my account but I didn't get a order confirmation email until 3 weeks later.

Don't do business with this company !
Ovi replaced a bin area made of wood, including doors, hinges and handles. Payment over £3000+. Within weeks we noticed nails (obviously too short and/or bad quality) coming away. Also door magnets not working, leaving the entire area (literally by a busy pavement) in a dangerous state. Both Ovi and the owner at KK Construction Ltd have never returned any of our many calls and text messages to discuss this problem. Or compensate for the well below standard work and materials used. Do not use this company ! They do not even have the decency to discuss the matter or come out to the (job) site.

Robert and his team recently installed a new kitchen in my flat in East London, including removing the old one. From the beginning Robert went out of his way to advise, help and accommodate, and was always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He has a lot of experience with all types of building works and seems able to overcome most obstacles or problems, while always remaining sanguine and calm. He also is highly-flexible and willing to try and meet all budgets, and keeps his word, is trustworthy and a nice guy. I really recommend him.

The company need a sweep and new management... the only one that was a decent boss was Charlotte I had no problem with her she helped me out when needed. Lamba is the worse... the company itself are dodgy as anything they owe both me and my father they never gave us a weeks notice when a new security company took over we had no notice just winvic telling me my last day was 13th October. I'm owed a week in hand and I am taking this further. They only got rid of us because the guards at night was stealing diesel and sleeping on the job but still fortel kept them on and didn't get rid of them. JUST DODGY!!

"n'étant pas "prioritaire"????...aucun retour de mon mail à ESSILOR à ce jour 22 février...la FRANCE administrative en toute sa splendeur

Essilor chez votre opticien : ATTENTION MEFIANCE
Mes lunettes, achetées en 2020 furent remplacées en 2021 sous couverture de l’assurance (bris). Début 2024 : obligé de les déposer, la vision devenant très pénible à cause des revêtements de surfaces qui de décollaient (en dépit de bons soins) et les verres devenant une surfaces marbrée. La paire de lunettes à plus de 600 euro( !). Muni d’une nouvelle ordonnance je retourne chez l’opticien en demandant au préalable des explications sur le vieillissement prématuré des verres, les rendant impropres à la vision. Là, j’apprends que le problème est connu, qu’il y a eu beaucoup de service après vente à tels points qu’Essilor a changé de traitement de surface, en catimini, sans faire de bruit. Mais Essilor s’est bien gardé de rappeler ses clients pour changement de verres défaillants. Incidents qui peuvent arriver, notamment avec les voitures ; et dans ce cas les industriels rappellent les véhicules pour corrections gratuites (on respecte ou pas ses clients). Là Chez Essilor motus et bouche cousue en courbant le dos et on espère probablement, chez Essilor, que la dégradation des verres arrivera au moment où les clients auront besoin de changer de lunettes (ni vu ni connu). Voyons ! la sécu est à pour payer , pour ces industriels à la limite de la malhonnêteté intellectuelle et sociale. Essilor a refusé de remplacer mes verres au prétexte que la garantie était forclose, voulant ignorer ( par intérêt), le fait que les lunettes avaient été remplacées (pour casse) en cours de période de garantie. Présentement Essilor ne peut pas argumenter sur des délais de garantie puisque au départ le produit est défectueux. Il a fallu bagarrer et finalement Essillor a accepté changer les verres identiques aux anciens en ignorant la nouvelle ordonnance qui modifiait légèrement la correction. Essilor a, pour le coup loupé l’occasion de faire amende honorable en remplaçant les verres selon la nouvelle ordonnance (qui n’aurait rien couté de plus à Essilor) et qui aurait été une juste réparation des dommages subis (fatigue oculaire et maux de tête), et de redorer le blason Essilor. J'ai refusé de rendre les verres défaillants et j’en ai gardé un de deux. Maintenant on sait par les enquêtes en tout genres que ce sont les professionnels de la sante, en grande partie, qui vampirisent la sécu. Alors méfiance si votre opticien travaille avec Essilor

Auto-destruction de verres Essilor après les 2 ans de garantie
Après les 2 ans de garantie légale, mes lunettes équipées de verre Essilor photochromiques ont gardé une teinte jaunâtre et ont vu un vernis qui les recouvre se disloquer. Je rapporte mes lunettes chez mon opticien pour demander l'expertise de mes verres ; 3 jours plus tard, on m'informe qu'Essilor refuse l'expertise ! Je suis scotchée : des lunettes à plus de 600 euros qui s'auto-détruisent après la garantie de 2 ans !!!!! Je prends contact avec le service consommateur d’Essilor qui m’invite à envoyer la facture et le certificat d’authenticité. Je change de crèmerie pour mes nouveaux verres : je fais confiance à Hoya dont le service client a bien meilleure réputation ! Voici la réponse qui montre le manque de sérieux de cette entreprise : Essilor® ne peut garantir une durée de vie homogène à ses verres, celle-ci variant selon l'utilisation qu’en font les porteurs. A titre indicatif, les rayures fines sont généralement causées par le frottement de petites particules (poussière, sable) sur les faces du verre, par exemple lors de l'essuyage ou du rangement des lunettes. Les grosses rayures apparaissent généralement à la suite d’un choc ou d’une chute de vos lunettes. L'altération du traitement peut être causée par une variation brusque de température (au-delà de 80°C) ou par une action mécanique sur le verre (forces exercées sur les lunettes qui génèrent une déformation). Les situations les plus fréquentes d'exposition des lunettes à des températures extrêmes sont les suivantes : proximité des verres avec un four chaud et ouvert, un barbecue, une cheminée, un sèche-cheveux, dans un lave-vaisselle ou dans un sauna, dans une voiture stationnant sous un fort ensoleillement. En conséquence et sans remettre en cause le soin que vous apportez à vos verres, Essilor ne peut être tenu responsable des défauts résultant d'une dégradation accidentelle et une expertise précise de vos verres ne sera pas

Mes verres ont présenté un défaut de fabrication reconnu par Essilor. Le délai de garantie étant dépassé le remplacement des verres m’a été refusé. Au deuxième mail de réclamation de ma part le service clientèle n’a pas daigné me répondre. L’opticien, commerçant, lui, s’est substitué à au manque de professionnalisme d’Essilor. Le budget publicitaire est trop élevé au détriment du service clientèle. Plus jamais.

Communication avec Essilor Relation Consommateurs
Je viens d'être confrontée à un problème de compréhension de la carte d'authentification de mes verres VARILUX XR series. Je remercie l'équipe ESSILOR très chaleureusement pour sa réponse ! J'avais déjà "compris" pour les mesures de l'axe en ajoutant 90°, grâce à la réponse d'une opticienne à un autre problème... j'avais bien observé que j'obtenais le bon résultat en faisant ça : -1.25 (-1.00) 75° > -1.25 + (-1.00) = -2.25 ... mais j'étais loin d'imaginer que l'on pouvait "ajouter" (en quelque sorte) les mesures de la sphère et du cylindre !!! Les explications m'ont vraiment rassurée ! (De toute façon, ce que j'observais en tant "qu'ignorante en optique" me semblait tellement énorme que je pensais bien qu'il y avait un "truc" comme diraient les enfants !!!) Je remercie vraiment l'équipe pour leur prompte réponse ! Pour l'efficacité, la qualité de ces verres, je m'exprimerai dans quelques mois.

J'ai fait le choix de prendre des verres varilux physio 3.0 Pour avoir un confort visuel, comme indiqué sur la présentation de ce verre fluide et sans effort, passer naturellement d'une distance à l'autre. Je n'arrive pas à m'adapter trop de zones de floue ,malgré une contre expertise qui confirme la bonne fabrication .

La fidélité n'est pas considérée
Client plusieurs fois avec des verres optiques Essilor, le traitement anti-reflet des mes verres c'est altéré et les opacifies. Comme ces derniers ont plus de trois ans (3,5), Essilor ne veut prendre aucune part de responsabilité et m'adresse une fin de non-recevoir. Faire le choix d'une grande marque n'est pas l'assurance d'une garantie de produit et surtout de service.

Qualité excellente des verres Varilux XR
Souffrant depuis plus de 2 ans, d'une sécheresse oculaire avec un traitement quotidien, très grande sensibilité aux éclairages (led écran...), le soleil... Je me rendu chez plusieurs opticiens afin de comparer et choisir la paire de lunettes de vue progressive la mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Je me suis décidé à choisir de la marque ESSILOR VARILUX, modèle transition XR séries, XTRACTIVES New génération verre gris. Je n'ai eu souci d'adaptation, la vue avec ces verres sont incroyablement d'une efficacité, on peut regarder à gauche et à droite sans ce trouble de vue le temps d'adaptation comme sur des verres progressifs courant. De plus en intérieur comme extérieur les verres s'obcursissent sans aucune gêne pour voir comme ci je ne portait pas de lunettes. Depuis je les portent tout le temps et je m'aperçois que ces verres me protègent les yeux . Ils protègent parfaitement et des lumières dites bleues ainsi que le soleil.
