Dette er et genoptryk af vores dårlige oplevelse med dansk bruseglas, mit tidligere indlæg er blevet slettet, fordi jeg ikke måtte nævne navnet på den person som var meget truende overfor min kone i forbindelse med vi gjorde ham opmærksom på deres mangelfulde og dårlige arbejde, så det respektere jeg. Men synes stadig denne advarslen skal ud til alle som måtte læse det, da en person fra firmaet med beslutningsret ikke skal stå og true sine kunder med henblik på at slippe for at rette op på deres fejl. Opgaven de skulle udfører hos os var at levere og monterer et bruse hjørne, hjørnet har fliser og aftalen var at de skulle monteres langs fliserne og ikke ovenpå. Dette blev påpeget som meget vigtigt da flise afslutningen allerede var afsluttet fra mureren med rustfri afslutningsprofiler, fra loftet og ned til den aftalte højde på bruseglasset. Alt blev målt op og bestilt af deres montør, de kommer og montere det. Min kone var hjemme mens deres montør monterede brusehjørnet, undervejs i processen påpeger hun at han ikke skal bore i fliserne, og fortæller de skal sidde langs fliserne. Han fortæller at det nok skal blive godt når han er færdig. Jeg kommer hjem fra job og kan se det ene bruseglas er monteret på fliserne. Hvilket ikke var aftalen, vi retter henvendelse til en person som har beslutningsret og påpeger fejlen. Det vil han gerne se, han kommer forbi en dag min kone har mulighed for at være hjemme. Og det er her han benægter alt og påstår deres arbejde er udført korrekt. Og samtidig med min kone siger at det ikke er i orden bliver manden meget truende i kropssprog og verbalt, så meget at mine kone bliver bange og mundlam. Han forlader huset hvorefter min kone bryder sammen i gråd over oplevelsen, hun ringer til mig, jeg får hende beroliget og tager fat i manden og fortæller ham om helt basal opførsel. Fejlen fra deres side omkring arbejdet var at deres opmåling af bredden på det ene glas ikke var bredt nok, derfor var montøren nød til at flytte glasset tættere på det andet og dermed op på fliserne. For at rette op på deres fejl skulle der bestilles nyt glas i korrekt bredde samt fliserne skulle skiftes og væggen efterfølgende males igen. Og ja det er da mange penge for at rette op på deres fejl. Men det kan da aldrig være vores skyld Slutteligt håber jeg alle vil holde sig fra dansk bruseglas og advare alle omkring sig, om ikke at benytte dem. Hurtig levering og god dialog mellem Dansk Bruseglas (Flemming) og jeg, da vi stod og skulle have ny afskærmning med en "dør" til vores brus. Det var ganske enkelt ligetil og leveringstiden var forholdsvis kort. Vi stod selv for opsætning, da vi sagtens kan det. Tusind tak til Dansk Bruseglas for at svare på mine mange spørgsmål og for at levere til tiden. Tak for god service

Fik pludselig besøg af en yderst høflig og behagelig ung mand fra Dansk Bruseglas igår, som skulle montere brusevæg i mit nye badeværelse. Han klarede det hurtigt og var meget professionel.

Dansk Bruseglas have installed a custom glass shower wall and door at the price of 1,6000DKK. However, despite the high cost they neglected to install drip-inducers to the shower door, so any water at all that splashes onto the inside of the shower door simply runs down the door, curls underneath it, and runs out all over the bathroom floor. Basically, any and all water that splashes onto the shower door, even under no pressure, simply ends up outside the shower door on the bathroom floor, exactly as though there is no shower door installed at all. This occurs all the time through normal use as water runs off people's elbows etc, (not even spraying the shower head directly at the door) for everyone using the shower and results in all shower users crawling on their hands and knees on the bathroom floor pushing the water back into the shower cubicle to drain away, then using dry towels to not leave a slippery bathroom floor for the next unsuspecting user. I informed Dansk Bruseglas that the installed shower was not functional and they should return and install a drip-inducer to the underside of the shower door, and if that was not effective, they should additionally re-mount the door further into the shower cubicle to give more space for the water to fall into the shower. Whatever their solution, I made it clear I would not pay the bill until I had a functional shower. I then had an ongoing and increasingly argumentative dialogue with Bitten and Flemming, who maintained that all they were asked to do was install the glass, which they had done, and I had no valid reason to complain according to the precise wording of the quotation for work. Exasperated and under the clear impression I would be charged further for an additional visit by Dansk Bruseglas, I went to Bauhaus, spent 200DKK on a drip inducer (“vandavisende”) and installed it myself. We now have zero water leakage out of the shower because any water that splashed on the door all drips inside the shower, is trapped by the cubicle damn and drains away nicely. Please note that installing a drip inducer on a thick and wide shower door that is already mounted to the wall and has less than 2cm gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is not as easy at sounds – you will need silicon lubricant and small but strong fingers to get under the mounted door and will have to exert an uncomfortable amount of force onto the hinges of the shower door to slide the drip inducer all the way along the bottom of the door – it would have been much easier and safer for Dansk Bruseglas to attach it to the shower door first before mounting the door to the wall. But despite “28 years of experience” they did not do it and/or did not foresee this obvious problem, nor even acknowledge it was a problem. From subsequent dialogue, it seems there is a difference of opinion between Dansk Bruseglas’s position of simply installing the glass and walking away, and my position of requiring the functional shower door that I thought I was paying for. With a bit of forethought from them, there would never have been a flood problem, so I am writing this review to ask any future customer of Dansk Bruseglas to confirm with them in writing before work that the shower door must have a drip inducer installed on the underside and be functional as a shower cubicle that keeps at least some water off the bathroom floor. I honestly can’t believe that in full sincerity I have just recommended you do that for a company who’s very name and sole purpose is to install shower glass. In any case I would advise you not to trust a company who in my direct experience values customer satisfaction at less than 200DKK. So my summary is this: if you just want a glass installation, you may be happy (although from some of the other reviews here in which they got the measurements wrong, it seems you also may not); however, if you hired these people with the expectation that you will have a very pretty shower cubicle that you can actually use without flooding the bathroom, you will be disappointed, frustrated and left dealing with the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any firm anywhere. So I cannot in good conscience recommend these people. Life is too short – there must be better alternatives.

Ordered a supposedly brand new Karcher vacuum. The box arrived completely tattered. One of the vacuum buckle was completely broken off and sitting on the bottom of the box. When I reached out to customer service, I received little to no help to correct the problem, be reimbursed, or even exchange the product. I should have just bought this product at a slightly higher price from amazon to avoid this dilemma. Update: company reached out 1.5 months afterwards, regarding damaged product and gave a full replacement. I did not need to send back the damaged product either.

I asked for the same product as last time I ordered, was sent a different product. Was told I had to pay 20% restock and freight to return and exchange. I started the quoteing proces via internet, was emailed and told I would be contacted. The contact was made by phone and it was then my word against theirs. I would suggest keeping the sales and quotes on some digital format to avoid these type of issues. We were ultimately able to modify the product to fit our needs and avoid the exchange, but I would imagine most customers would not be able to do what we did.

I called to order a Winco WL22000VE-03/C generator. I talked with Haleigh Jablonski a sales rep on the phone, since I noticed that the web page had a picture of the WL22000VE-03/C was actually a WL22000VE-03/A. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the right generator and did not feel comfortable ordering over the internet since the pictures were wrong. She recognized that the 80 amp breaker for the generator in the picture was different than the 100 amp breaker in the WL22000VE-03/C. She had an explanation for the webpage error and proceeded to comfort me in knowing that the generator that I order was correct. She also applied available discounts that were available for the order. I can't be happier with my buying experience with ICS Sales and Haleigh Jablonski.

Having previously used the Glasgow office many times as a Branch Manager of a Builders Merchant I always find them incredibly helpful, listen to my needs and timescales and always deliver on time and in full. If you as a company are limited to buy from certain suppliers but you need something your supply channel cant get, Call these guys, no matter how weird and wonderful if may be, I've heard they can even get "filanges" for a Plane that's how good they are. Will definitely be using again.

I am SUPER sensitive to EMF's, so much so that I just about pass out in banks and malls. I purchased the Aires 1 phone disk and attached it to an EMF pendant I already have that I wear 24/7 except in water. Wow, what a difference. No more imbalances or dizziness...feel great! I've spent an embarrassing amount of time on their website trying to understand what on earth they’re selling. Spoiler: I still have no idea. Something about "quantum protection" and shielding from EMF? The science was so vague it might as well have been written by my horoscope app. In other words, it's complete snake oil. Their products seem like something you'd find in a late-night infomercial between "magnetized water" and "pet communication crystals." Honestly, if EMF protection is your thing, you'd probably get better results with a colander on your head. At least then you'd have a built-in pasta strainer. I didn’t purchase anything because (a) I value my money, and (b) I like my nonsense in small doses. But I will say this: if you’re into pseudoscience and want a good laugh, their website is free entertainment. For everyone else who's so afraid of radio waves (which in the doses we get, is absolutely not dangerous FYI), just turn off your phone and call it a day. Respond to their respond: Cute answer. For those of us who do actually have an understanding of how EMF works, we know that your product does absolutely nothing, and is pure snake oil. :) But I bet it's great business for you as there sure is a lot of gullible people in the world.

Like many people, I was looking for a remedy to today's problems. I was hoping that AiresTech could provide a remedy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and today I can only heartily advise everyone not to hand over their hard-earned money to this company. Not only are the products misleadingly advertised and, after extensive testing, do NOT fulfill what is promised, but life is also made difficult when you want to return the products. I have been waiting for a refund for almost 8 weeks now and they claim the return never arrived. This company is a disgrace and plays on people's fears to rob them of their money. Horrible Product, Fraudulent Refund Process, and Zero Integrity My experience with @airestech.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased their product hoping it would deliver on the promises of improved health and well-being. Instead, it was completely ineffective—nothing changed, and it felt like an overpriced placebo. What made this worse was their so-called refund process. After requesting a refund, I was met with delays, excuses, and outright lies. They either ignored my emails or kept making up reasons to deny my claim, despite their "guarantee." It became clear that their refund policy is a scam designed to mislead customers into thinking they stand behind their products, which they absolutely do not. The lack of integrity from this company is astounding. They seem more focused on taking money from customers than actually delivering a product that works or providing any semblance of decent customer service. I wouldn’t trust this company with a dime, and I strongly advise anyone considering their products to stay far away. Do yourself a favor—save your money, time, and sanity. Look elsewhere. Do not buy this product! I bought an EMF reader and the air tech did nothing. I didn't do my research before but go to YouTube and check out the reviews out there. They absolutely do not work. Waste of money and a scam!!!

Did not work for me. I feel more pressure, it is like it is a magnet, drawing the emf to me, not breaking it up. I was away from the computer in another room and I was wearing the pendant that is suppose to protect for 40 ft circumference, and when I went into the other room to put some music on the computer, it felt like waves of emf hitting me, and I got super dizzy and pressure in my head. I have quit bringing it into the bedroom, as I wake up dizzy, and we have ethernet, no wireless hook up in the house, and we turn off the ethernet each night and I do not sleep with cell phone in the bedroom and yet I am worse with the Lifetune Flex pendant. This morning I decided to put it on my iphone's strap clip, of which I have a safesleeve emf protector, which I have not noticed anything positive from it, and another company's emf sticker on the phone, and I was getting so much pressure with my phone next to me on my desk that finally I took the pendant off the phone and put it in the other room. It took a while, but now feel much better. Truly a bummer, and it really concerns me that I am feeling worse with it. If I was not feeling any difference, I would perhaps think it might be working, but here it is doing the opposite. For the date of experience, I put this past Monday, December 30th, that is when waves of emf seemed to be hitting me while putting some music on the computer, as that was the worst experience thus far.I know that I am super sensitive, and maybe it is not suppose to be used with other emf, protection??

Tector ltd carpentry and building services Came and refurbished our kitchen, they ripped out old kitchen and installed new, they also installed electrics, plastered, tiled and painted. I am over the moon with the end result, very good company and would recomend to friends

This company is amazing and very proffesional well manored and always got the work completed on time. I had a previous work done before for laying new flooding down and was done amazingly and looked great. He also came to fix an emergency leak that a previous company screwed up and just quickly fitted and left, and also made the leak worse. Brian came to the rescue resolved the issue and took his time to make sure the leak was gone. Recommended this fantastic company to anyone. ADT (via Bulldog Security) Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras? He continued trying to upsell me, even after knowing that the system would not work with Verizon. He stated that all he needed was a part and to do some research and he’d be back the following week. He never came back. I called him and he kept reiterating that there was no part and that we can’t get cameras because we have Verizon. He threw this panel on our wall along with a few chimes on our door and left. He knew that system would not work! He simply just wanted to get paid off of the install. ADT has been trying to charge us since the day after he left. He also told us that our previous systems company was being sued. Welp! Come get the bs out of my home and cancel this contract or ADT will be joining them sir!

My Parents recently renewed with these guys. Got given a videodoorbell with the renewal price. Works great, didn't realise there was an app aswell for there alarm which the engineer managed to sort out for them. Can set the system now for when where away. Thanks again

they came to my dads yesterday conned him out of nearly 3 grand lucky we where able to stop cheques also turned up again today to discuss cheques lucky we was there waiting

So far our experience with this Company has been excellent. Andrew Smalley, the salesperson gave a full explanation of the product and its uses with a very convincing argument why we should consider purchasing. Having decided on the product it was refreshing that the installation team would be able to come the next day. Ash and Dave, the alarm engineers were brilliant, working efficiently and professionally, informing us how to use the system step by step through all apps and operating etc. So far so good!

Scammers please avoid they take advantage of the vulnerable! They have taken £3000 for an ‘upgrade’ of my elderly grandmothers system, which has not been used in years. Obviously Bulldog are aware the system isn’t used as it’s ‘fully monitored’. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Next call trading standards!

Have had a Bulldog Security alarm system now for about 10 years and todays visit (Dec 2023) was for the annual service. Chris and Luke were very professional and efficient, replacing all batteries, checking the system, offering some security advice etc. We have been, and still are very happy with the system and the service from Bulldog.

The gentleman rang day before to give time, and was with in this time. They were very pleasant and made sure there feet were clean before coming in, and checked everything and changed what they had to with no hassle. They were in and out in no time at all

Reported a system message on 1st Nov they arranged for an engineer to visit they next day which they confirmed by text. Dave the engineer also sent text to say on way. Arrived on time and sorted the issue also carried out a full service to intruder and smoke alarms. Pleased with service

If you are looking for craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, honesty, and integrity; I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this untrustworthy and incompetent business for anything. Had the pump on my well go out and was assigned 24/7 Well Service as the contractor from my home warranty company. From the very beginning getting ahold of this company was very difficult. I’m assuming it’s because David is a one man show with a very incompetent apprentice. Finally established communication and scheduled an appointment, to which I waisted a day and a half at home waiting with no phone call letting me know they were going to be delayed. Finally, his apprentice shows up alone and was unable to complete the job due to inexperience. To add insult to injury she only installed one bolt out of four on the compressor and said it would be good because it had two lock washers on it (obviously I disagreed and she said David would handle it). David came out to complete the job two days later after telling me he would be here the following morning. Finally…! I thought this job was complete but come to find out his apprentice did not put oil in the compressor when she installed it so it threw a rod that night. I know for a fact they lied to me when they came back out to examine the faulty pump the next day by telling me it was full of oil and must have just been a faulty pump. Mind you his apprentice was standing there with a quart of oil in her hand when I showed up because again, communication was non-existent and they just showed up unannounced when I wasn’t home. The night before when this pump failed I checked the oil level and it was dry. Two days later she arrived with a smaller pump than what was previously installed with the excuse that’s the only one the store had and installed it with two of the four bolts and called it good, which is how it sits today. I called two stores near by that night and had them actually put hands on the previous size pump that was installed and both stores positively confirmed they had the exact one. So, yet again I believe I was lied to and given the excuse “thats what they tell you on the phone”. The original pump that was on my well system pumped at 18.1 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) and the one that was finally installed pumps at 5.3 SCFM, so it’s significantly lower in performance and runs much longer to do the job all for this company to save approximately $30.00 between the two pumps. I have significantly complained to my warranty company because David wouldn’t answer my calls to remedy the problems as he stated he would, but they are taking the side of 24/7 Well Service and say “your well pump is working”. I have tried to call David numerous times but as usual he doesn’t answer his phone. So again, if you are looking for a quality water well company I would stay far away from 24/7 Well Services unless you just want frustrations and headaches.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We had flooring fitted in our gym in 2021...soon after it started bubbling in the middle of the floor Jason came out to look at it assured us it will be fixed we waited patiently for a date....nothing! They don't respond to emails, social media messages or phone calls! When I FINALLY spoke to someone I was told they would come out and fix it first week of April...2023!! Exactly 2 years after the problem started!! It is now May and it's still not fixed and I'm being ignored! I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses but they have left me no choice!

Fitters tried to shave doors one ruined another damaged. Actually shaved doors in room which had just had carpet fitted Was told fitter coming back . NAH. Absolute rubbish no customer service

GO TO 1to1 FLOORING INSTEAD! They have real customer service Let down! That how we feel. We paid almost £10k for a quote big order from herts carpet. One of the main reasons why we picked them is because they also flexibility. Nothing seemed to be an issue. We discussed during the quotation process that a new wardrobe will be fitted in the master and that they will come back after to finish the project to fit the carpet around it and that it was easy and not a problem at all. Clearly it was all a sales tactic. I made the mistake to pay them in full trusting their words. Well I have been chasing them for a week now to get my carpet fitted as promised. My phone calls are being ignored, my calls not returned and when finally we managed to get a hold of them they booked us in.... in the end the fitter did it turn up and I waited 1hr and 30mins, chased twice and since no update... Conclusion: you are just an invoice to them! Don't trust what they tell you and if you agree on a part of the project that has not been completed don't paid them. Retain a % of the fee. They are cowboys and they will never come back. Disgusting practices. I will never order from them. Go to 1to1 flooring instead. Those guys hold their end of the bargain and understand that a happy customer is a returning customer who will refer you to other customers

After getting a quotation from Herts Carpets, I paid the amount, & waited to get an installation appointment. I heard nothing for almost two weeks, despite leaving voicemail messages & sending emails. I was worried that they may have gone out of business & taken my payment with them, but eventually I did get an email to confirm the installation date. Their communication was really quite poor; all it would have taken was a text, email or phone message to let me know what was going on, even if they just needed a bit more time to make the arrangements. In the end the guy who came to do the installation was very kind & polite, and I'm very happy with the end result.

When the two lads come to lay my carpet on my stairs and landing they are excellent and I'm very happy what this company has done for me excellent work

Will never use HERTSCARPETS again. After going for a slightly thinner carpet in the bedrooms I was told I wouldn't need to have my doors taken off or trimmed down. I was told this by Jason himself. The carpet fitters came, laid the underlay and took my doors off, I have been left with know doors on and told to pay more money for their chippie services after being told I wouldn't need one. So after calling and expressing my needs they promised to pay , its all a lie i must have made around 30 calls back and forth trying to find out where the chippie was they arranged , i honestly feel they were laughing at me they knew they were not going to help but was just keeping me sweet, Four days on I have 3 children one with Special needs who needs the doors on urgently and still have no luck. Its now the easter bank holidays and after being messed around I have to pay more out my pocket after being told i didn't need to, this has caused terrible inconvenience at home. Herts carpets promised to pay a chippie to do the doors explaining to me I was their first priority , what a load of rubbish , they sent a chippie an hours drive to me then refused to pay him because they did not communicate prices, so another day went by when i could of found someone myself , extremely poor communication, they ignore you and your messages, cut of your calls, put you on divert, and demand more money for carpet fitters after paying in full. They answered to another number just not mine. Very unprofessional service i would not recommend at all. I also got left with a big smelly hoover that is still in my hallway nearly 5 days on , with once again know hope as to when it's being picked up. I'm very disappointed, I have been left with nothing but mess and stress

DISHONEST company!! Don't buy from them!! Like others I was mislead into a subscription when I ordered 1 bottle. I specifically remember reading carefully and NOT getting the subscription! I paid $6.95 for 1 bottle. 3 weeks later they sent me 3 more bottles and charged me $96.95. When I called to resolve and sent back the product they sent they said I could send it back but I would have to pay shipping both ways. I then took my case to Paypal and am still trying to resolve it and get my money back!

This company should be upfront with there terms. Couldn’t read the fine print so little and it cost me 96.95. Product isn’t worth it. Asked for refund was given the runaround

Be careful with " special offers" below and in very tiny letters below says that if you don't cancel in 21 days, they will automatically ship you and charge you. In my case I got samples for $6.95 to find out 21 days after, they charged me $ 96 for the following order! Totally scam, stay away! Also, I am not even known if the product it's really good or not for my pets, but with this kind of dishonest beginning, not sure I want to buy anything from them!

Ik zal hier geen namen noemen maar met klantenservicemedewerkers zoals medewerkster L zouden er alleen nog maar supertevreden klanten zijn: klantgericht, oplossingsgericht, persoonlijk.

I was considering getting this product but never hit the submit. They processed it anyway and then called me and told me of their mistake and offered a 25% discount. Without my permission or knowledge they signed me up for auto ship. I was charged an extra 29.99 which I did not know why but let it slide since they were nice at giving me the 25% off. Come to find out they had signed me up without my permission for the auto ship. This was May 2020. I got charged in Nov and Dec 29.99 each. I have moved twice since then and no product which, by the way, never authorized. In addition, I was told that I would have to pay for the return if I ever find where they are. Bad business and worse customer service.

My Dogs love to eat these. I give them the Joint chews, much easier than trying to hide a pill in there food.

I bought these for my daughters dogs hoping it would help. Her boxer started bleeding from the mouth shortly after starting on these treats. The bleeding stopped after stopping them. I do not recommend these treats. An expensive lesson for me.

I have a 12 year old 90 pound Weimaraner who has been my service dog for years. I've been watching him get slower and having a hard time getting up over the past year or so. He's been tired and almost depressed. He's dedicated and doesn't want to stop working but his struggling has been hard to watch.
