5 stars isn’t enough! My business partner and I recently decided to use J. Mac safety systems due to the level of professionalism we were shown throughout the whole process of dealing with them. The competitors in this field we researched prior to placing our order just didn’t give us the confidence nor the satisfaction that the people we dealt with at J. Mac did. Paul and Aaron (sales director/manager respectively) are a credit to the company, ever supportive and not forgetting to mention they have understood our business needs from the start. Their innovative products are second to none, and the service delivery matches this too. Overall, an exceptionally professional and friendly company to work with.

Waited in all afternoon and they didn't show up didn't ring to say they couldn't make it , a total waste of the afternoon as if we have nothing better to do.we also wanted painting and decorating.wewould never give the job to someone like that.i would definitely not recommend this guy,

Caution if thinking of using Goldline ....
I'm afraid I would caution using this company. I agreed a price in July 22 with them to do a lime render job that involved getting Essex Highways permission to part close a road for a weekend. Knowing getting permission takes time, I started chasing for how it was going 8 weeks later / what was the application number so I could report back to the council. For the for the first few weeks Jacob, who sounds like a lovely guy kept saying he'd sent things / that he was driving but would do so again when he got home. Nothing. After a while I became more persistent in my follow up and eventually he ignored my calls / msgs/ emails and WhatsApp's. It cost me months and ££££ with the council, so be warned!

We live in a new build house and have had endless issues with our door, initially thought we were just having bad luck, however 4 new door mechanisms down we thought there’s more to this, had a local company out who said our door was severely bowed and that’s the reason. Contacted IG DOORS who said we only have 2 year guarantee. Most other company’s issue 10 year guarantees. Clearly supplying awful quality doors, as we are not the only people where we live to have encountered issues! Would not touch with a barge pole!

This is our 2nd home that used ig doors. You pay money for a new home and they use these cheap doors that are not fit for purpose. After complaining the first time the builder at the time gave a settlement toward purchasing a door of choice. This time the builders are saying the door is in tolerance. Do they want to heat my home as the cold air comes right through, I think not. The new home builders need to stop using these poor quality doors it would save them a lot of complaints and payouts.

Had some issues with our Composite Front door closing, the door is out of warranty, we had tried everything, spoke to Gemma in customer service and Rob who was the area engineer, both were very helpful and patient, solved our problem by suggesting a fix.Over and above what we expected, first rate customer service,in an age where customer service is a forgotten service. Can't express how happy we are, Gemma and Rob are a credit to IG Doors and themselves.

I used IG Doors and found their service to be satisfactory. The tracking app was helpful, and Steve, the fitter, was polite and efficient, making sure my flooring was protected. While the work was completed neatly, it was quite standard, and I didn't experience anything exceptional. They also helped resolve a fitting issue, even though the door was out of warranty. Overall, it's an okay experience with some helpful service aspects, but not remarkable.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option! Been in a new build for three years, they were replaced after 2 years by IG Doors direct because of delaminating issues and open / close issues. A year later and for the same reasons again they need replacing! That will be three doors in almost 4 years, but now they’re not accepting responsibility. Awful doors, awful customer service, awful quality, I’d recommend you don’t bother with them.

Assured Warm Roof company are brilliant
After enduring the unbearable heat in summer, freezing cold in winter and deafening sound of rain when it poured, we decided to change the plastic conservatory roof to a conventional tiled roof. Seeking advice from Eurocell, we were given a few company names to contact. Received varying prices and types of roofs to consider, but chose to go with Alex and the lads as they not only provide best price but knowledge of the work to be carried out. Alex went in to depth explaining the options of roof types, tile choices and levels of installation fitted in the roof. More information than that shared by he’s competitors. Work carried out within our agreed time and to standards that exceeded my expectations. All I can say we were very happy the outcome. Now seen a good few winters and summers with the new roof, we’ve loved it, as it’s given us back a room we can utilise all year round. Not only that but added considerable amount of value back into my property as more and more people prefer a room they can use always than a conservatory on the odd occasion. Good product, poor service
Good product, helpful staff, but getting the snag list finished is proving impossible. Emails not answered, just need a few bits sorting out and it is really dragging the job down. The job was started in November 2019 and it is now March 2020. Probably only 2 hours to finish off, but can't get anyone at the company to help.

Excellent Conservatory Roof conversion by Assured Warmroof
Assured Warmroof converted the roof of our 17year old conservatory in November 2019 and made an excellent job. The conservatory suffered the usual too hot in Summer too cold in winter issues but the temperature difference with the new Supalite insulated and tiled roof this winter is vastly improved without any extra heating. We have a Fan Heater/Aircon unit which was fitted from new and is now used to to provide a quick warm-up before opening the door between Dining room and conservatory after which the conservatory retains the heat and balances the temperature between the two rooms all day. The Assured Warmroof team were excellent from start to finish and completed everything as planned apart from a one week delay at the beginning of installation due to severe weather preventing the outdoor work to begin. The survey and installation team led by Alex were very helpful with advice and carried out all the work efficiently and to a very high standard. The roof performance is so good and the appearance of the conservatory is also much improved. The improved electrics, lighting and plastering were also completed to a high standard, leaving me to just paint the ceiling when dried out. Thanks Assured Warmroof for a brilliant job, I am pleased to recommend your company to others.

Still waiting for works to be finished
We had our roof installed more than 6 weeks ago after some delay. The measurements were made wrong. The roof is still leaking. We managed to get roofers back twice but the leaks are still here. Assured Warmroof does not answer emails or calls now. We cannot start decorating our conservatory and move the furniture back. This is a real nightmare.

Delighted? Sadly not
Poor communication between signing to commit to purchase and date of proposed installation. No communication to say the roof would arrive 4 days before and no notice that we would have to store the roof in our garage. This issue lays firmly with the company itself who provided lots of excuses (not reasons) and not with the fitters who did the best they could given the conditions at the time. The finish was not the best, after 12 days on the job i think they just ran out of steam and we have been left with guttering that does not drain, leaks, and is badly finished. We have had several neighbours ask for details for yhr company and if we would recommend, our honest opinion is sadly not.

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
I make this review solely relating to Reid Capital (Durton) Limited. For clarity’s sake, they are a home building company that are currently building (July 2022) a development of detached houses off D’urton Lane, near Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire on the corner of D’urton Lane and Midgery Lane. My wife and I put a deposit on a house that this company was building in March 2021, with an anticipated completion date of Sept/ Oct 2021. During the next couple of months, their sales staff offered us the opportunity to upgrade certain appliances, and to include other fittings such as carpets and flooring. At the request of Reid, we paid over nearly £30,000 to them in the belief that these goods would be supplied in our new home for the Sept/ Oct completion date. At this time we were renting property and a completion in Sept/ Oct would have fitted in well with the end of our 12 month lease. As time progressed, we watched the house being built, albeit very slowly. As we approached September, I made contact with Emma who was our main contact with Reid, only to be told that the completion date was now scheduled for November. Shortly after that, Emma left and passed us onto Craig who was their Senior Director, and someone we had already had dealings with. However, it wasn’t long before he left and we were passed onto an Estate Agent who seemed to know very little about what had been agreed with Reid. As we moved into 2022, the completion date kept getting pushed back and back with us being told they were being let down by others as being the reasons for the delay. In May of 2022 our landlord informed us that they were selling the house we were living in. We spoke to the Estate Agent to get an anticipated completion date and were told Sept 2022. Faced with the prospects of being homeless, we were forced to pull out of the purchase of our home with Reid. We had passed the contractual ‘long stop date’, so despite having already exchanged contracts, we were able to pull out and recover our deposit. However, some nearly 2 months later, Reid have still not returned the money that was given to them to provide the upgrades or extra goods for our home that was promised to us for last year. We are now involved in solicitors’ letters with the prospect of having to take Reid to court to recover this money. Would I recommend Reid Homes (Durton) Ltd to anyone looking at buying a home near Preston? NO I WOULD NOT Would I ever use them again? ABSOLUTELY NOT Oh, and my reviews go back 6 years, not 6 days like the mysterious Max H. I would question if this is a genuine review written to negate my negative review. You can decide yourself 7th June 2023, being served court papers to recover our money.

Nach dem Bezahlen bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Link zu einem Download von Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2024 ! Nach dem Herunterladen war es dann eine Zip-Datei mit dem Namen NAcrobatPro23.zip , die Änderungsdaten der ausgepackten Dateien waren alle Anfang 2024. Ein Produktschlüssel ist mir ebenfalls nicht gesandt worden. Ihr Programm lässt sich auf meinem neuen Windows 11 – Rechner nicht installieren, durch mein Virenschutzprogramm Bitdefender wurde eine schadhafte Befehlszeile erkannt und die Installation verweigert. Bad functionality
I write this to express my deep dissatisfaction with my New Bailey Alora, purchased for £70,000. I was initially excited about the van, particularly its advertised off-grid capabilities, including the new diesel heating system. However, my experience has been far from what was promised of at least 2-3 days off grid. On my first trip to the Outer Hebrides, we couldn’t even manage half a day off-grid before receiving warning signals and the heating system failing to start. As a result, we were forced to find an electric hookup every night, which was incredibly challenging and expensive on remote islands, especially during the off-season. This greatly affected our dream trip. When I returned home, I left the van in storage as I was informed it would take five months to repair battery/heating/wiring loom system. Upon attempting to use the van again, I discovered that the leisure battery fuse had blown, which I replaced, but the heating system wouldn’t work at all, even when connected to electric hookup. I had no choice but to return the van to storage again, awaiting further repairs. 4 months of payments on this van and I can’t use it. Additionally, I have encountered several other issues with the van, including: Decals peeling off. Problems with the cooker ignition. The rear light cluster filling with water. The fresh water tank floods the interior of the van when filled. Given that the van is only 4 months old, I am extremely disappointed with the quality and functionality of the product. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am left feeling gutted by the situation. The van is fantastic, ticks all of our requirements, but falls way short on meeting its intended purpose and functionality! I’m so upset and might just reject it all together.

HOPELESS AFTERCARE
Following on from my review of the poor aftercare in February 2024, I am still waiting on Bailey to replace the front window blinds in my Bailey Alicanto Porto 2022 model under a new warranty claim (reference 7649903) in April 2024 as we had to move dealer due to the demise of Robinsons of Chesterfield. This has still not been addressed by Bailey and my emails to the aftercare department remain unanswered. the blinds are now not functioning correctly and may soon render the caravan unusable. I have today contacted my local MP as this level of warranty service would not be tolerated within any other industry. Following on from the reply from Bailey I do not expect to receive a reply in person they are just paying lip service to the berating they are getting in public

Poor Quality Upholstery
We had a problem with the upholstery in our Bailey Alicanto Grande caravan, £33,000 top of the range van. the seam on one of the corner cushions started to come apart. The cushion was returned and a repair was made which did not last. The cushion was returned to the dealer who contacted Bailey only to be told they were not using that upholsterer any more and anyway the claim was out of warranty, it was actually out by 1 month and they refused to accept any responsibility. given that the item was already reported and accepted as faulty I do not think that any self respecting business would not accept responsibility. This was a top of the range caravan and the service received is not acceptable

My 2020 Brindisi warranty work
I bought my Bailey Brindisi NEW in 2020 and it's been regular serviced. In 2024 I was told there was 100% damp nearside front and off side rear. The other two corner readings were in the high 20s. A warranty claim was submitted and after a week and a half Bailey have approved the claim. That was fantastic news for my wife and I. Brilliant service! The only down side was they couldn't advise when the parts required would be available. That was today 31st. We're need it repaired and back before our first booked holiday the first week in May. Keep up the good work Bailey. And deliver my parts so work can commence..

Poor quality workmanship
Bought a Bailey Phoenix from the NEC show in November 2023. Collected it January 2024. Fairly happy with it until it's first service, when we are advised it has a damp problem. It appears that the two nearside storage doors have leaked and the floor is soaked under the fixed bed and the front seat. The dealer we bought from has stopped trading. Bailey themselves not interested. Told us to call dealers to find one that would fix under warranty. Called 5 dealers who all said no, they only do warranty work on caravans they actually sold. Eventually found one who said they would help, although they are so busy, they can't even assess it for 5 weeks and they are quite a way away. I cannot believe that the dealers aren't willing to do warranty work. I am disgusted at the quality of the Bailey, not cheap at £25k. We had a Swift previously, until it got stolen last year. We had it 6 years, no damp. The Bailey also has a part missing from the side door lock, which means the door sometimes blows open. Also the bathroom door is hard to shut properly. We hope all this will be addressed under the warranty, but it has certainly put us off Bailey.

DO NOT USE
Where do I start. From start to finish it’s been a joke. We was meant to get a delivery in July, then we got an email saying it would have to be delivered later in July. Then we got another email saying it would be delivered 21st August, then it got changed again to 28th August. When the stuff finally got delivered, we realised only half of the stuff was actually delivered, and we had to wait another week to receive it. When we approached the company about this the only thing they had to say was sorry, and this is simply not good enough as it is unprofessional and like them we are trying to run a small family business but have had to let down customers and push their jobs back due to waiting for this company to deliver our materials which meant we lost over £3000 because our customers could not wait any longer. It has been excuse after excuse, with no real reason for pushing the delivery dates back 4 times. To be honest, they offered us £500 as compensation because we had lost money due to their mistakes, but the £500 didn’t even cover 2 days work. After that, they then proceeded to only deliver half of the materials which meant we had to push things back further. For us to take a hit like that from something that wasn’t even our fault is astonishing and very detrimental to our small business, and they simply did not care and just kept brushing us off. They knew this delivery was important as it is for a special needs school, and they were reminded of this numerous times, however they did not seem to care. We have kept all the conversations between our business and theirs, including emails and recordings of phone calls.

We are extremely happy with the finished result, the quality of work carried out is excellent and the speed which the guys worked was impressive. They were friendly and professional and were fine about working around our team, as the business operations had to continue while they worked, which gave them an extra challenge. Overall this is a solid company, really strong team, thanks to Dennis, Stuart, John and Carly the project manager.

Their sales manager Stephen Dimond is completely rude and unprofessional. I emailed him and told him that their customers/competitors have quoted the job much cheaper than them. I also found out that his company have stopped them from quoting for our job, which may well be against the UK competition law. He then phoned me and called me "disgusting". He also said I knew nothing about the law and didn't want to deal with me anymore. That's how John Scott Works treat its customers!!!

Great customer support
I had ordered an indoor antenna which did not work well. I had left a review about being unhappy. The company immediately reached out to me, made some suggestions on alternate antennas, supplied me a return label and offered a refund or a credit toward one of the alternatively suggested antenna. I was very impressed with the customer service so I opted to order one of the other antenna and it works great. I get 4 times more channels than I was. I was getting about 7-11 channels on a good day but now get 42 and they are much more clear and reliable, even on rainy days. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Did not work
Received antenna quickly, installed it right away but could not get it to get more channels than 27 when our old antenna got 47 ...took all day moving it around to try and get more stations but didn't work , struggled to get local channels....their are no mountains to block signal, only got about 35 miles away no where near the miles indicated .....paid $60 for a useless piece of junk

Stay clear, total bandits.
Please stay clear of the people associated with this company. They are complete crooks and liars. The project started well for the demolition, but the build was riddled with delays; JM Construction needed to be more honest with its financial situation, even though we were from the start. After about two months, the schedule of work went out the window Now there is a quality issue, as we are finding works not completed on the schedule not completed or substandard. There has also been no building inspection since May 2024; when asked for documentation of works and use of material for building control, there was no reply. They have now gone into liquidation; we cannot get a warranty for items installed as there has been no response, even to the administrators dealing with the liquidation.

I cannot recommend this company at all
I cannot recommend this company at all. We contracted them to convert 2 flats in E2 into a family home the value of £388,000. We had nothing but trouble with them once they started, loading out our garden with waste from other projects and second hand material to use for insulating the roof and plaster boarding the partitions. They used unskilled labour so the standard of the works was not an acceptable level. Everything they built was not to specification and had to be removed from the property at a cost of £220,000.00. We are currently in a legal dispute with this company so we are still experiencing the effect of coming into contact with them.

Avoid
We hired JMC to build a single storey extension and renovate the ground floor. The work was unexpectedly subcontracted in its entirety to a team who could not meet the quality expectations we had or were promised. There was a 3 month delay on a 3 month project and even with that extra time, we're left with a bathroom that looks like it's several years old, an extension riddled with mistakes in its structure, as well as leaking chimney breasts and radiators. The finish in places, honestly looks like a child did it. Their warranty is practically worthless, they ignored our requests for repairs for so long, we had to raise a dispute, during which they repeatedly misled the mediator and refused to take responsibility for any issue they couldn't fix with a handyman. We are now considering legal action. An awful experience from start to finish. EDIT I was happy ignore this response from JMC, but with the heavy rain we had a few weeks ago, the extension they built for us has started leaking in two places, both areas that had leaked before and been "fixed" by JMC. On top of that, where the top of the extension roof meets our spare bedroom wall, water has started leaking through the bricks. If you're still considering using this company, feel free to get my email from them so I can show you firsthand the quality of their work.

basement project and renovation
we had a basement installed in our garden by these guys and could not recommend them more, they are polite, friendly and professional. they kept us updated every step of the way. very pleased with the outcome and would use the again.

Very pleased indeed. Good pre- sales experience and although I am a "layman" in terms of building work I believe the quality of workmanship for what we have had done has been really very good. Business owner is very responsive but like all construction contractors timings sometimes slip - but everyone knows that don't they?

Kitchen and Bathroom renovation
James and the guys from JM Construction have recently renovated our kitchen/dining room, back room and bathroom. This is the second time we have used JM Construction and yet again the work was done to a very good standard, in fact it has transformed our house !! James’ knowledge also helped us choose the right kitchen / flooring and source worktops etc... Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted, he helped bring it to life. They are trustworthy and very tidy which takes the stress out of getting the work done!

Super Luftreiniger
Ich habe den Luftreiniger gekauft weil ich an einer Hauptstraße wohne mit viel Staub und Luftverschmutzung, was beim Lüften in die Wohnung gelangt und man ständig Staub wischen muss. Da ich Asthma habe was sich bei zuviel Staub in Hustenattacken äußert, probierte ich Trotec aus. Das Gerät ist klein, handlich und hat überall Platz in einer kleinen Wohnung. Die Luft ist viel sauberer und der Staub wird immer weniger. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

Erstattung immer noch nicht erfolgt
Wir haben Anfang Januar einen Heizstrahler gekauft und diesen dann zurück gesendet, weil er für unsere Zwecke nicht geeignet war. Retoureneingang laut Trotec am 23.01.2025 - seitdem fragen wir wöchentlich nach dem Stand und werden immer weiter vertröstet. Bisher keine Erstattung und keine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Wir werden hier nie wieder kaufen.

Mein neues Gartenspielzeug…
Ich habe eine Akku Gartenschere gekauft. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Das Produkt hat mich echt total begeistert. Ich habe viele ziemlich große Haselnusshecken und die Schere hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde: bis 28mm Astdurchmesser, frisches Holz, ging es durch, wie nichts. Innerhalb 45 Minuten war der Akku wieder geladen. Zudem ist die Schere sehr leicht und handlich.

Ich habe am 20.01.2025 ein defekt angeliefertes Heizgerät zurückgesendet. Seit dem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung.Heute ist der 25.02.2025. Missing parts, poor customer service
Missing parts, no support. I bought a £400 tap at the beginning of a refurb. When fitting it 30 days later I noticed it had been packaged with parts missing. I contacted customer service UK and they said nothing could be done. Leaving me to now throw away £400 + whatever it costs for a new tap from a different manufacturer. Very poor customer service, very poor quailty control. Passing manufacturer mistakes onto customers and taking the money with zero support

Forkert oplyste tekniske data
Jeg bestilte en hylde til badebrusestang. Ifølge data skulle den passe til 22 mm stang tykkelse, men da jeg modtog den var den alt for stor. Jeg kunne desværre ikke afmontere den uden at ødelægge den. Ingen kompensation. Efterfølgende har de dog lovet at eftersende en ny hylde (samme med forkert angivne mål) som jeg kan aflevere til butikken så jeg kan få pengene tilbage🤪

Jeg har købt en Grohe vandhane
Jeg har købt en Grohe vandhane, Smart Control 31615DA0 i farven Warm Sunset, men desværre er jeg meget skuffet over, at vandhanen ikke har en perlator/vandbesparelsesfunktion. Det er første gang, jeg oplever det med en Grohe-vandhane, og det er skuffende. Jeg ønsker nu at købe en perlator som tilbehør, men jeg kan ikke finde ud af, hvilken der passer til netop denne model. Jeg har allerede købt én (48270000) med tilhørende nøgle, men den passer desværre ikke. Det er fuldstændig latterligt at den dyre vandhane kommer ikke automatisk med en vandbesparer.

Cosmopolitan handvaskamatur, købt hos Bauhaus, er svært at programmere, da der ikke medfølger forståelig vejledning. Ved henvendelse hos Bauhaus henvises til, at de ikke kan hjælpe med programmering. Al henvendelse til Grove, kan kun ske gennem en installatør, så der kan vi heller ikke få hjælp. Virkelig dårlig service. Kan se i en anden tråd, at der henvises til reklamation via Grohes hjemmeside, men det er kun muligt hvis der er en installatør.

Ved samling igen ødelægges den spinkle tætningsring. Næsten umuligt af få tæt. Et fuldstændig håbløst design. Køb ikke det Grohe produkt.

Sehr sehr coole Bikes, optische Leckerbissen mit geilem Design. Fahre seit zwei Jahren den Lil'Buddy von Ruff Cycles und finde ihn das perfekte urbane Bike, macht super viel Spaß, hält solide jede Prüfung durch, kann Unmengen an Gepäck transportieren, fährt und bremst total sicher, aber sieht dabei total rock'n'roll aus und erregt Aufmerksamkeit in den Straßen.

Wirklich ein super Unternehmen mit, wie wir finden, erstklassigen Service. Wir haben wirklich nur gute Erfahrungen mit Ruff gemacht. Selbst wenn mal etwas mit einem Teil nicht in Ordnung war (Teile werden nun mal auch nur maschinell erstellt) wo es leider mal passieren kann das etwas damit nicht stimmt. Ruff war, bei uns, sofort zur Stelle und hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Selbst wenn es nur um ein Kleinteil für ein paar Euros ging. Wir sind mega zufrieden und feiern den Kundenservice, deren Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sehr. 💯

Eine gute Erfahrung gemacht
Bis jetzt eine gute Erfahrung mit Ruff gemacht. Ich habe mich dieses Jahr für einen Rahmen inkl Parts von Ruff entschieden. Leider gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Steuerrohr welches zu stark ausgefrässt wurde. Ruff hat auf meine Email umgehend geantwortet und mir angeboten, eine Reklamation anzumelden um den Rahmen zu tauschen. Der Kundenservice war, zumindest bei mir,telefonisch sowie auch per Mail, sofort zur Stelle. Klar wäre ein kleines Present nett gewesen(Getränke Halter, ect) , da ich nicht reklamiert habe, sondern mich selbst um den Fehler gekümmert habe. Aber egal, Hauptsache ist, daß sie sofort den Rahmen getauscht hätten. Ich kann aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung mit Ruff nur gutes berichten.

Seit 12 Monaten bin ich im Besitz des Biggie. Von diesen 12 Monaten war das Bike mehr als 3 Monate durchgehend in Reparatur. Es war von Tag 1 immer irgendetwas defekt. Die verwendeten Anbauteile (Bremsanlage und Schaltung) sind von minderwertiger Qualität. Der Service von Ruff Cycles ist leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Der Händler muss allem hinterherlaufen und jede Reklamation hat enorm viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Ich würde jedem vom Kauf dieser Bikes abraten. Sehr schade, denn wenn das Bike einmal einigermaßen funktionstüchtig ist, macht es sehr viel Freude :( Von der ursprünglichen Vorfreude auf das Bike ist mittlerweile nichts mehr übrig. Da müsst ihr definitiv nachlegen Ruff Cycles! Update: Ruff Cycles hat das Bike persönlich abgeholt und instandgesetzt. Lieferung steht noch aus. Update 2: Das Bike wurde fachmännisch instandgesetzt und persönlich ausgeliefert. Seit der Reparatur durch den Hersteller selbst, gibt es keine Probleme mehr! Mein Fazit zum Schluss: Es ist scheinbar nicht jeder Fahrradhändler in der Lage einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service für alle Bikes anzubieten. Ruff Cycles hat sich aller größte Mühe gegeben das Problem zu lösen und stand heute einen Kunden wieder glücklich gemacht!

The Ruffian
Fahre seit August The Ruffian, ansich geiles bike. Allerdings hatte ich das Pjd Bike bestellt, das komischerweise nach nem Monat nicht mehr lieferbar war. Also musste ich mich um entscheiden. Jetzt ist es so, daß der Motor quietscht, sowie das Licht vorne ausgefallen ist, das hintere Rad am Keilriemen schleift. Das Fahrrad ist fucking teuer und euer Service ist erbärmlich. Man ruft euch an weil man Hilfe braucht und bekommt keine atiquate Hilfe. Sehr sehr Traurig, also ich bin Mega enttäuscht, die Freude auf das bike ist auch geschwunden. Bei den Preisen müsst Ihr unbedingt was ändern. Es tut mir sehr leid, aber mich habt Ihr als Kunde verloren.

Cool bikes, crap customer care
Bikes look cool AF, but their after sales is terrible. If a part has broken 30 minutes into its use it’s not fit for purpose. After a whole week of silence they came back to say that the part has a weight limit which is not mentioned on the website at all - thus mis-selling the item. I also commented on their Instagram and they deleted my comment. So thought I’d leave a note somewhere they couldn’t manipulate.

Rahmen brechen innerhalb kurzer Zeit
Wednesday, 25. May 2022 Qualität der Rahmen ist Mangelhaft innerhalb von 27 Monaten jetzt den zweiten Rahmenbruch. Beim ersten hat es 3 Monate gedauert bis dieser getauscht wurde dabei wurde der hintere Bremssattel nicht richtig Befestigt so das dieser nach einem Monat gebrochen ist. Bis ein neuer Verschickt wurde hat es über 1 Monat gedauert, reagiert wurde auch erst nachdem ich eine Frist gesetzt hatte, Angeblich konnten Sie diesen aufgrund einer Inventur erst so spät Versenden. Naja hätte man mich vorher darüber Informiert wäre das ja halbwegs in Ordnung aber einfach den Kunden gar nicht zu Informieren geht gar nicht kann von diesem Hersteller nur Abraten.

Coole und hochwertige Bikes ( Lil´Buddy gekauft). Leider habe ich mit dem aftersale "Kundenservice" unterirdisch schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, schwere Enttäuschung. Anscheinend ist man sobald das Geld über den Tisch gegangen ist nicht mehr interessant. 2,5 Jahre später hier eine Reaktion von ruff cycles. Genau so geht Kundenservice, bestens bewiesen. 2,5 Jahre !!

You will see on their website that as well as our project, none of the projects they have started have ever been finished. They just steal your money and never finish the work.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolute cowboy builders. Tens of thousands of pounds worth of work unfinished and left us in a building site. We have found out this has happened to many others. Please stay away or risk losing thousands of pounds and having to spend thousands more to get their work redone and finished.

Crooks
Crooks, they delivered about 50% of our project, took 90% of the money, and then ran. We were threatened by unpaid sub contractors. It has cost us £50k in excess of contracted sum to complete due to substandard and unfinished work. Compulsive liars. Stay well clear.

Flat renovation
They were refered to me by my brother in law who had them to remodel their flat a few years back and was pleased with the company. I must say they delivered. Everything was done how I wanted and the result looks amazing, they put he'd in a few ideas on some things I wasn't too sure of, and it looks amazing! The price was honest and every time I would query something, they'd reply to me within a few minutes to one hour. They did take longer than initially expected, but it was because of some surprises we had, no real fault of their own, so I'm rating 5 starts, and if I need any work done again, I'm coming back to these guys.

We had work done by Chris Ball two years' ago and there is a problem now. They completed a flat-roof installation but there are now signs of damp. Unfortunately the telephone numbers listed on the website seem now to be disabled while the contact form on the website is also inoperative. They have not replied to emails. The question is whether they are still in business? The website suggests they are but they have not responded to all attempts to contact them. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrific
Absolutely horrific. Painted over a hole near our chimney with Storm Dry and charged us £1500 for it. No amount of chasing could get them to rectify the still leaking roof and we had to pay someone else to. We said we’d report them and they were extremely threatening. AVOID AVOID AVOID Awful company and awful people.

Appalling. 2 week's work turned into 2 months and counting. The company blames it on velux window shortage but other work (lead flashing renewal, slate renewal) was left hanging too. No effort to protect my property from water ingress. Now we have water damage on our newly renovated property.

Didn’t carry out the majority of work agreed and so didn’t fulfil the contract but trust to charge for the works that weren’t carried out and only after querying a number of times and requesting photo proof did they accept they hadn’t done so. An over-quote that takes the biscuit
Had a quote for 4 ridge caps to be replaced / re-pointed and for a small felt roof repair that the surveyor said is in good order with just a minor adjustment needed to the edges where it meets the chimney stack. The quote that arrived yesterday was ~£4.25K incl VAT. I know there is madness going around at the moment but this takes the biscuit if you could find one in the shops. Is one of the symptoms of Corona extreme pisstaking ? Obviously I will not be taking them up on their offer. A lot of pensioners live on this road and they should not be prey for the unscrupulous. Avoid ! Update 27-07-21 : Had a survey and estimate from a local firm who quoted £300 ( over ten times less ! ) for the work ( actually more in line with the previous company's own surveyor ! - but not them ) and they have completed - it has stood up to the recent biblical flooding. I managed to swerve the plague of overcharging as well as the recent plague of pestilence. Prayers and reading trustpilot are good protection.

I instructed this firm as they appeared more professional than most of the other builders I have dealt with in the past. They are certainly a lot more expensive. They turned up on time and completed the work promptly, but have now left the scaffolding on my house because they are 'too busy' to take it down as they have a big job on elsewhere. They are unable to tell me when they will remove it. In common with all builders I have dealt with in the past, as soon as they have been paid, they push off to another job without finishing the last one. I am currently looking for another firm to remove the scaffolding which is a clear invitation to any passing burglar I would not recommend these people to others as although they have a superficial patina of professionalism, they exhibit casual indifference to the customer once they have been paid. Avoid.

Your battery rocks!
The whole vtoman experience was completely seamless from online purchase to delivery and initial set up of the product. I purchased my vtoman battery as a back up power source for my sump pump. I was impressed with the battery information on the vtoman web site. Initially, while looking at batteries on line, I was unsure what size of battery to purchase. After reading the information on the vtoman web site, I realized needed the vtoman battery capacity to start and power my sump pump during a power outage. I could have bought a cheaper battery but I question if it could have handled the power loads a sump pump requires during a power failure.

In response to my review on TrustPilot saying that I cannot review something that has not been delivered, you responded “We have verified that your parcel has now been delivered and we hope that you have received your shipment without any problems.” I have NOT received my parcel from EVRi yet – it has now been sat in their depot for over a week, and EVRi do not respond to my requests for information.

I bought a VTOMAN 2200power station for £749 .the shipping company FedEx delivered it to my property but out side my property boundaries so basically on a public right of way i come home to a empty box i have emailed VTOMAN 27 times and all they say is contact the shipping company so I did i found out the FedEx driver signed my name to say I had received the VTOMAN so he forged my signature so I called to speak to FedEx manager and they said there is nothing they can do until VTOMAN contact them .I am realy at the end of my tether VTOMAN can not be trusted and FedEx typical what you would expect so now I am out of pocket by a lot of money and no one will help me

Poor customer service and poor communication capabilities stay away
I received one tracking number for 1500 power flash plus back up battery and solar panels. Shipment was today only received back up battery and panels. You cannot charge this unit without main unit! I called customer service after sane excuses and verbiage being repeated I asked for a supervisor was told there is not one 🤬🤬 I call BS. Plus couldn’t answer why I was charged an adiutiknal international charge of $15.99 on my Visa bank card🤬 I was told same repeated crap I stopped the young man and said bottom line If I do not get a call back from your escalation team within next two hours im returning it all due to Milton I still don’t have electric and kicked out of FEMA lodging. I was told they do not call customers back period even for problems like this 🤬🤬 Only emails are sent from escalation team within next in one to two days I said this is not how it works in the US I call BS I said if no email to find main unit in next one to two hours im want a refund Again it’s going to be 40-50 degrees in a few days I am a cancer patient with pneumonia and need to hook up to IV once a week! Without main unit you cannot charge anything No one could answer why only one tracking yet main unit did not get delivered! Now I regret not choosing Patriot and paying twice the amount at least I would get immediate assistance and resolution instead of the run around!

Hallo an alle Vtoman Interessenten. Ich habe mir über Ebay bei Vtoman-Shop die Vtoman 2200 Powerbox gekauft. Nach einiger Zeit ging das gute Teil beim laden in Rauch auf. Nach sofortiger Meldung beim Verkäufer und innerhalb der Garantiezeit, sollte ich die Box auf eigene Kosten zur Reparatur an die Adresse "Yun Domilar UG-GOOLOO Dillenburger Weg 50 Düsseldorf 40229" senden. Dies habe ich im Oktober 2024 getan und dort ist die Box auch erfolgreich zugestellt worden. Seit dieser Zeit werde ich mit Versprechungen und Ausreden vertröstet. Im Januar habe ich sogar 2x ein Rücksendeversprechen bekommen, aber nix passierte. Der gesamte E-Mail Austausch erfolgte direkt über Ebay. Da ich ja wie ich lesen konnte einer von vielen bin, denen das passiert und hier ganz klar eine Betrugsmasche vorliegt, werde ich nun Strafanzeige stellen. T. Elsner

Great battery & solar package.
I was worried initially as everything came in one at a time and before the solar panel arrived they had marked my order delivered and left for Lunar New Year's celebrations. However a few days later the solar panel part of the order arrived and I couldn't be happier with them. VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1500 Power Station, Flash Speed Extra Battery, Jumper cables, and a 400W Solar Panel. What an awesome combo for my off-grid adventures. They still haven't responded to emails because of the holiday, but everything arrived and it all charges fast and delivers power just where I need.

600w with jump battery and panels
Bought the 600W with solar panels works well powering an electric blanket for my husband while outside. Decided to add the jump battery to run coffee maker. Coffee pot rated at 950W, had no problems. Worked perfectly. Havent tried the panels yet.
