We were quoted and accepted for supply and fit of new roller shutter garage door. We were advised that we would need to pay half up front before installation. The pro forma was received on 20th February advising they were expecting the door in a weeks time. We paid £800 deposit same day. Since then we've had no correspondence and we've been uanble to make contact with anyone despite leaving numerous voicemails and sending a recorded delivery letter. So please do not pay any money or deposits to this company.

I purchases numerous items of furniture and 2 sofas when moving house ans was very happy with all items. I purchased insurance my sofas. I had to use my insurance after an significant spillage. Originally my leather sofa was going to be recovered but I was then told.this was not possible and a replacement would be delivered. The replacement items are much poorer quality leather and a different shade to my original sofas. After a significant number of e mails to customer services I have still not been told by Barker and Stonehouse exactly what shade of leather has been delivered. So disappointed with their level of after sales care.

From start to finish, we had a great experience. We were amazed with the quick turnaround and the quality of the finish product. There is real craftsmanship and we are so pleased with the finish look as it feels all of the details have been thoroughly considered. They have a great range of colours which allowed us to fit the wardrobes into our theme and design. Although the room is a small space the built in wardrobes have allowed for minimum impact in the room but maximum storage space which we really needed. We are so pleased with the wardrobes and in particular the lights inside the wardrobe which makes getting ready for like a premium feel. The team we worked with was Gary decaires who did an amazing job on the design and really took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. Steve Chatfield who came to measure up the space and provide samples so we could see them directly in the space which was highly beneficial. Mark and Ben came to do the installation and they did such an amazing job. Our home is an old Victorian house and no wall is straight and nor is the ceiling and they did such a great job of fitting it in and making it look like the wardrobes have always been there. They left no mess and I still cant believe the speed they were all installed. I would highly recommend this company and services, I am so delighted with the results and they are truly built to last.

Spacemaker Bedrooms Limited This company had previously carried out an excellent installation of fitted bedroom furniture in the bedrooms of our present house so we used them again for fitted storage cupboards on a large landing and fitted furniture for a home office/study. A minor problem arose when checking the final design drawings which was quickly resolved and Mark & Ben made a superb job of the installation work, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

Joanne was very kind and communicative throughout the whole buying process! I bought a couple of lovely planters from her. When I went to pick them up, I asked if she could recommend any good plants for my apartment setup. Joanne asked the kind of light and space I had (southern exposure) and without missing a beat recommended a beautiful heartleaf philodendron, which is now happily sitting in one of the new planters in my living room! All of Lushy Loft's prices are fantastic, and the heartleaf I purchased is very healthy (you can tell it came from a good and loving home!). Update: I just purchased a few more plants!

Joanne viewed my spaces (I had her come to my home and my office building) and she was able to recommend specific plants for the light and airflow I get. My elderly and disabled brother-in-law had some major damage caused by a car hitting his home. Flowing Home Improvements answered our call on a Saturday evening by making the property secure. The office staff of Rebecca and Eleanor were also really helpful dealing direct with the Insurance Company. Flowing Home Improvements completed a huge job getting my brother-in-law’s home habitable in just 8 days by working day and night. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise throughout what was an awful time. Special thanks also to Rob, Clayton and Bobby in completing the work. All in all a remarkable job.

When we were looking to have a sun canopy fitted our neighbour recommended Penumbra…as it turned out they had fitted two canopies in our new development. I really recommend this company I bought 2 glass cube tables and they were here within 24hrs . Unfortunately one was smashed so I emailed them and I had a new one in 24hours. I can't fault them .
