We were faced with renovating a Victorian house in a conservation area, so replacing the aluminium windows with traditional timber sashes was a priority. What we didn’t expect when we placed our order was how quickly and efficiently the windows would be made and fitted – and we are totally delighted with the result. Tommy spent two weeks in our home, arriving early, working tirelessly, and was endlessly accommodating with our toddler. I ordered a chest of drawers and needed fast delivery. The company advertised 2-3 week delivery which was what I needed. When it got past the 2 week mark then I contacted them because I was worried. They were excellent at dealing with my emails, checking on the status of my order and then checking back with me to ensure everything was ok. The drawers arrived on time and in good condition. I would recommend the company.

After doing my research on kitchen fitters I ONLY wanted someone that specialised in kitchens but mainly the big brands and experience with islands etc, really glad to have found Thomas. It's been a couple months since the job has been finished to a very high standard, no issues and everything looks and works as it should do in the show room of Wren, shame I can't upload pictures on this as feedback but I would HIGHLY recommend, honestly no reason to look elsewhere, I had even referred Thomas to one of my clients and the quotation that was given was very competitive and beats alot of the cow boy builders out there that so everything which I would never go with. The level of attention and detail given, the after care service, and being very friendly and always punctual goes a great way. Honestly couldn't have any faults or feedback around what could have been better as it has all been above my expectations and I'm very OTT when looking for the smallest bit of details or something that isn't quite right so really glad you were my installer for the kitchen and anyone reading this feedback, you won't need to look any further. The organic quilted mattress pad protector is just what I wanted. Thin enough to protect and still feel the comfort of the memory foam in my new mattress. The pockets are deep and put together well.

The flannel sheets are beautiful! They're deep-pocketed so won't come loose from the mattress, even with pads and/or toppers. And the aubergine color is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. I reserved a star for the as yet unknown. The cotton is thick and good quality, and I expect it will soften up quite a bit with time, but it's a bit stiff for now. I washed the full set, when it arrived (with two 'Color Grabber' sheets), before making the bed, as I expected the rich, dark color to bleed initially, which it did, and the flannel to shed a bit (which it did). I'm eager find out whether it bleeds or sheds any further and whether the fabric gets buttery soft.

We love the actual product (a king-sized mattress cover). The communication from Whisper Organics re: shipping was disappointing. I downloaded the SHOP app as suggested, and until it was actually delivered it only stated "preparing to ship" (or something along those lines). After repeated request for an updated shipping link, I received no correspondence answering my questions. I'd like to buy another cover for our RV, but hesitate because of the communication issue. Edited: There were no notices of shipping tracking whatsoever (in my spam folder nor elsewhere), however the confirmation emails were all received.

After spending a considerable sum on wardrobes from these people, I would strong suggest going elsewhere. The showroom when we visited was a complete mess. First red flag. They then proceeded to install and demanded more money. This is after they scratched and damaged our new radiators, and parquet flooring. They damaged newly painted walls which had to be refilled and re-painted. The quality of workmanship leads a lot to be desired, with hinges falling off, doors not fitting and LED lights already failing. It is clear that they use a team of sub contractors and pay them the least amount possible. The website and instagram photos are not a clear indication of the work they do, based on the work they have done for me.

We wanted to renovate three built-in wardrobes in our flat and, after hours of online searches, we decided to reach out to MrWardrobe - really glad we did! After a visit to the showroom, where we could choose the actual materials, colours and finishes, it took just over a week to receive the elevations and renderings. Within two weeks the wardrobes were ready to be installed. Guri and Jobanpreet fitted the wardrobes perfectly, despite the challenges posed by cutting old drywall. They were extremely professional, tidy, polite and had great attention to detail. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend!

Mr Wardrobe installed replacement wardrobes in our master bedroom. They were prompt, engaged and constructive through the planning process. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a good standard and the few follow-up items were quickly addressed. The wardrobes themselves look great - good quality and fairly priced.

Home bar turned out great, and is a status piece for my living room, bespoke furniture like this that fits the space exactly clearly looks much better than something brought from a store. So was a good choice. Home bar was put together efficiently. Looks great with all the bottles and bar ware on display.

We are absolutely delighted with the hall storage units Mr Wardrobe have designed and fitted. We were able to have all our requests met and the units installed in the time promised. The fitters were efficient, polite and consulted us at every stage. They also tidied and cleaned up after them. All in all a very good experience and a quality result. We will certainly be going back to them for our fitted wardrobes.
