I was looking for somewhere to get a leather mulberry bag repaired for my Mum as a present. The bag was in really bad condition (scuffing, broken zip and scratches ect). I cannot recommend Vitalise any more. Not only was the repair incredible, their price was by far the best quote I received and their customer service (even before I was a customer) was outstanding. They managed to fix the bag quicker than expected (as I left it very last minute) and I can’t thank them enough for this. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and as someone that wasn’t local, posting / receiving the bag was so easy. I am so impressed with everything about this company and I’m in awe looking at the before and after photos. I cannot wait to show my Mum! Thank you so much.

The customer service was excellent. They came to pick up and drop off my bags to my home which was really handy. I was consistently kept updated about the progress and was able to chose my dream colours for repainting my YSL and Giorgio Armani bag. They also added a zip as per my request to the Armani bag. After reading reviews on trustpilot and seeing their work on instagram, I decided to trust the restoration of my sac de jour to Vitaise. I found Vitalise via Google and booked them to fit in a new zip for a colleagues Document Wallet. They went above and beyond what I expected, offered a choice of zips, fitted a new metal zit to replace the broken plastic one, and on top of that cleaned up and moisturised the leather. Really good value for money and amazing customer service by picking up and dropping off the item. A great find, would recommend them to anyone. Definitely using them again.

Aga is amazing at what she does. We have an awkwardly shaped living room and were struggling to find a layout that suited us. Aga helped us pick not only the layout but worked with us to create the colour scheme and pick furniture and accessories that we loved. Every time she sent us an email with mood boards or visuals it was exciting because it helped us see the room with fresh eyes. It’s also saved us a fortune in mistakes - we had picked a sofa and she showed us why the sizing was all wrong. All in all, 10/10 and we’ll definitely work with her on our other rooms.

Efficient speedy response to my initial enquiry, good price given, I got several quotes, Sheen Cleaning were competitive but not at the expense of quality. My slate tiled kitchen floor had suffered 15 years of 'traffic' from my 4 children and their friends and a dozen rescue dogs over the years, so it was very tired looking, I was on the point of ripping it up, but in just a day Adrian brought it back to life and I couldn't be more pleased

Adrian patched up our torn carpet, arrived within the time stated, very friendly and wore shoe covers, worked within the time he said he thought it would take, the carpet looks incredible so impressed, a carpet magician! From beginning to end this company were great to deal with, really professional I recently had this company in to clean a Fired Earth Blue state kitchen floor that had seen better days and been down for over 10 years . It had paint on it, plaster and goodness only knows what else. Adrian came said he could revive it, explaining in some detail what he would do to revive the floor and it would look great again.. I was not sure at all. We are so glad we went with them. Floor looks the best it ever has been. Honestly it looks fantastic. great depth of colours, nice sheen. We are really happy with the work. The service of this company is excellent. My 3 year old rug was looking really grubby - mostly dirt from my dog. Adrian came to the house, explained all the processes the rug goes through in the cleaning process. Very thorough and very knowledgable. Fascinating to watch the mattress 'come alive' as you unpack it. Initially I was unsure about the safe packaging knife that came with it but it was extremely satisfying as the plastic separated like a warm knife through butter! And then the mattress kind of breathes and takes on a life of its own. When we checked the next morning it had fully grown, taken complete shape and was a joy to lay on. We have the IDYLL double mattress and can highly recommend it.

I won a mattress from Idyll at the start of the year. I’m incredibly impressed with the quality and level of comfort. I’ve had the best nights sleep on this mattress. Could not recommend enough!

Sleeping on my idyll mattress is the first time I’ve experienced peaceful nights of non-interrupted sleep. Not only is the mattress incredibly comfortable (no more backaches!) and super easy to install, the edge-to-edge support is a real game-changer. Arrived within 6 days! This is an exceptional chair, in a different class. The Chrome/aluminium arms are tapered rear to front, super elegant, all actions are smooth and completely silent, the leather is beautiful and the chair is very comfortable (I am 167cm and 80Kg). I have replaced the rollers with shiny steel 30mm steel gliders which adds a further touch of class. Very pleased with purchase and seller was polite and responsive. Thank you very much.... Jeremy came in this morning to replace some tiles in my kitchen and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some much needed info on the state of the tiles. He also took a quick look at my bedroom area and gave me an idea as to what I should expect in removing my carpet for tile. All in all a very positive experience.

The actual carpet and tiling was great; it was the grout that I wasn’t happy at all with. I had chosen a darker colour to accent the tile I chose and was told after it was applied that it lightens several shades: why was I not informed of that when I chose the grout, esp when I stated then that I wanted a dark color to match the rocks? They said they’d seal it but....that’s not going to make the difference. Since I’ve complained about it, I’ve heard nothing more at all from the company.

He took a challenging situation, in joining existing carpets from two separate rooms - once a wall was removed - and pieced in a remnant that had been saved, previously. Can I start by saying a huge ‘Thank You’ to the team at Flowing Home Improvements. What began as a nightmare was soon resolved by their efficient team. My elderly and disabled brother-in-law had some major damage caused by a car hitting his home. Flowing Home Improvements answered our call on a Saturday evening by making the property secure. The office staff of Rebecca and Eleanor were also really helpful dealing direct with the Insurance Company. Flowing Home Improvements completed a huge job getting my brother-in-law’s home habitable in just 8 days by working day and night. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise throughout what was an awful time. Special thanks also to Rob, Clayton and Bobby in completing the work. All in all a remarkable job.

Bought a sofa set and wardrobe from castle davitt sligo. The staff were all so helpful especially lee who went through all the sofa options with us to make sure we made the right choice. There was a slight mishap with delivery which Lee sorted out promptly and our furniture was delivered the same day, Delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with. Do not buy classic pocket mattress from Castle Davitt. We purchased a double and king size mattress and on both the springs went and hollowed out after a few uses. We never had a problem with any other mattresses before, only this brand.

All 3 items delivered to me had a problem, although the staff seem very nice, there wasn't much help or apologies coming my way - after waiting 8 weeks for a replacement sideboard, I was then told it was due to arrive in Ireland in 2 weeks time, I cut my losses, I received a small amount of compensation for the damage and am holding onto it - I was very disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled.
