I purchases numerous items of furniture and 2 sofas when moving house ans was very happy with all items. I purchased insurance my sofas. I had to use my insurance after an significant spillage. Originally my leather sofa was going to be recovered but I was then told.this was not possible and a replacement would be delivered. The replacement items are much poorer quality leather and a different shade to my original sofas. After a significant number of e mails to customer services I have still not been told by Barker and Stonehouse exactly what shade of leather has been delivered. So disappointed with their level of after sales care.

My organization uses these as a way to ensure safety during a land navigation class. The trackers work in areas without the best cell service and are accurate even in the middle of the woods. The customer service really sets this company apart, they're always willing to do whatever they can to ensure the device is working to meet or exceed your standards. Hands down the best company to deal with!

They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

The Amber Alert GPS system has been awesome. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to setup and use. My son loves to wear it and it gives me peace of mind. My only suggestion is a wrist band case that is waterproof/resistant and has a clasp that is child resistant. My son has special needs and requires a band that is difficult for him to remove and resists water. The product itself, I would highly recommend. As for accessories I would love to see a wristband that is child and waterproof!

It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

I purchased my device through amber alert and i really enjoy it. I have referred it to family, friends and co workers. It is an amazing device to have and you can really use it for anything and multiply uses. Its a great peace of mind! Customer service is very helpful when I have a question! We decided to get our daughter the Amber Alert GPS when she started riding the bus in second grade. It gave me peace of mind throughout the day knowing that she made it safe to school each day! Thank you Amber Alert GPS!

This company must be only 2 people. One in sales and one in technical support. I tried reaching them for 4 hours on Friday so I could activate my daughter's device and I never spoke to anyone. I left voicemail messages (every 30 minutes for 4 hours), emailed them and sent a message through their portal/site. No communication back from them ever. Now my daughter has a $112 paperweight that blinks and doesn't work. I tried activating it through their website and it was erroring as well and gave me a message saying to call them for support. The worst part, this is a replacement device. Her 1st device failed within the first few months, they said to send it in for repair. I asked for them to send a loaner and they told me they don't do that. I demanded a supervisor and was denied the right to speak to one. Finally the man I was speaking to agreed to send a loaner. Once received it didn't work for 3 days!! Then I sent in my broken one and it was never repaired. I had no communication with them. One day I called because the loaner was no misfinctioning and I was told that they destroyed her device because it couldn't be repaired. It had happened weeks before the conversation. Now I'm stuck with no device again because the loaner isn't working and the replacement that I bought, and had overnighted to me so she has it, isn't working because it's not activated. I do not recommend this company. Amber Alert should be ashamed to have their name on this device and linked to this company.

Worked with Dan Caffrey who reviewed the Best Cost for the customer as well as a good quality carpet for the price. Within "1" day of carpet selection Dan came to house to take rug measurements. We've had two sets of external blinds installed by Stuart and his team. In both cases the work was undertaken swiftly, efficiently and carefully. We're very happy with both the quality of the product, and of the installation.

When we were looking to have a sun canopy fitted our neighbour recommended Penumbra…as it turned out they had fitted two canopies in our new development. The worst decision I ever made in my life is using Blue flame to install Boiler for me. It started well in June 2024 with Adam the salesperson, they ended up putting boiler in the loft as against my initial request of garage. From day 2 of installation until this moment I am not happy with the service provided as it was followed with several complains from myself. They never come through and when the installation finally broke and I informed them about it, they started pushing me around and asked I call manufacturer, they could not even visit to see the problem. Next they bring out 6months warranty clause on their job for a service I paid over £4000 to do and could not even enjoy it for complete 7months. Their operations team speaks arrogantly on phone without any empathy even when I told them I've got little kids and its freezing to death.

I wanted to change boiler because it was old but working well. So got Blue Flame Energy through Boiler Guide. Salesman came and was very friendly and reassuring to me as usual and decided to go with them. Firstly, I was told that someone from company will come at 8 am to install the boiler and till 10 am no one came and when I called to enquire, I was told by the call centre that she doesn't know about this. She would enquire and let me know. No body called me back but someone (third party subcontractor) came at about 10:30am and told me that he is here for boiler. He installed the boiler within few hours and left room uncleaned and external wall damaged. He didn't give any hand over and briefing. He removed tiles from the wall even without informing, while during survey I was assured by the salesman and surveyor that no tiles needs to be removed. He didn't fix the Carbon Monoxide alarm rather told me that I can keep it anywhere which I think was very dangerous and unprofessional. Two radiators were not running after installation of boiler and boiler installer told me that they will start working after few hours. Still not working and we have to suffer in cold despite installing new boiler and spending money on it. I have called at least 3 times and contacted them through their website contact "How we can help". I was told that someone will come and repair the damaged wall (needs replacing the damaged bricks) and look at the radiators those are not working. Till date no body has contacted and still waiting 2 months now. I have never come across such an irresponsible and unprofessional company till now who does not look after customers after taking money. I will give them minus stars but there is no option for this and never recommend this company

Excellent company to deal with, from the representative attending my home to the gas engineer who replaced the boiler everything was superb . No hard sell and the representative who provided the quote was extremely thorough in his inspections. Easy to deal with and very informative, knowledgable. The gas engineer was excellent, very respectful of our home and very industrious. The cleanliness of his working was superb, no mess at all and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for any central heating work you will definitely not go wrong using these. We are extremely pleased with the product they supplied/ fitted and customer service they provided from commenced to completion .

Blue Flame fitted our Worcester Boiler. They offered the most inexpensive deal with excellent service. Despite unexpected problems with our corroded Stop Valves, they resolved them, fitting new cistern ball valve to the hot water header tank and paid for the minor water damage to a door and ceiling. The MD/Owner Tom monitoring progress throughout. They could not have been more helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

5star product and service! We had painted our splashback temporarily before we decided what to do with it, but it was getting too steamy and constantly getting drip marks from it. We asked The Glasssmith Wales to install our glass splashback and they even colour matched our original Farrow and ball paint colour! It's been a month since installation, and it is so seamless and easy to maintain, and it doesn't even get steamy from heavy cooking(I don't understand how!!👀) It is the final touch of our kitchen that brings it altogether and we can't be happier 😊

Bedframe is of very high quality and extremely sturdy! Support is excellent as well, had a couple questions before I ordered and they were answered very well - better to call than leave an online message though from my experience. Instructions were a little unclear, though that may have just been me. Got the Sofia Beech and had a bit of trouble figuring out the orientation of a few pieces but the frame once built feels much more expensive than it was!

After weeks of research, looking at overpriced solid wood bed frames, I decided to try this company. I thought these beds at these prices must be too good to be true. I looked at every review. I ordered the Julia bed frame and slats, and it was delivered less than 48 hours later, I couldn’t believe it. I was amazed at the quality, how easy it was to put together, and it’s just a fraction of the cost of the other beds I had been considering. It’s a beautiful bed, natural looking, quite low and minimalist, absolutely love it, and so easy to put together (on my own). Honestly the solid good quality of these beds are amazing for the price, don’t bother with the other big names, they’re gonna rip you off. Krokwood communication is really good too, they’re so helpful. I had actually ordered 2 beds by accident, and paid, and all I had to do was drop them an email and they sorted it straight away, I got my refund the next day. With other big companies you’d wait 2 weeks minimum! Krokwood are really impressive, I don’t understand why they don’t have a higher presence on the web. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you!

I ordered the table as from the picture it appeared to be sturdy but relatively light weight, and I was impressed at the speed of delivery. On opening the package I discovered a fine oak table top and 4 legs which I attached in under 5 minutes. I now have a sturdy asset to my kitchen.

Alistair did a great job fixing some storm damage at our property. I’ve found him to be honest, reliable and diligent with his choice of materials.

Contacted gotcha blinds to supply and fit 5 rooms,the salesman was punctual and profesional and very helpfull.he explained the different styles and what was best suited,the price was very good,compared to some other company,s.the fitter arrived on time, pleasant guy,and did a great job,he cleared away the old blinds and the rubbish.i would certainly recommend this company,top marks.
