Gavin sprayed a cabinet i found second hand and transformed it into something i had been looking for for a long time. The quality of his work is second to none - the finish beautiful. His pricing is fair and communication good. He later resprayed some internal doors for me and gave me a ful briefing of how they would look - he even cleaned up an old victorian lock on one of them. Have no hesitation in recommending him.

For anyone looking to renovate their space with style and functionality, Urban Textures Acoustic Panels are perfect. I wasn’t too sure about what colour would go best with my living room, but they happily provided samples for me to take. Then even helped with working out how many panels I would need to cover my wall. Once I was happy with the colour choice they then happily offered to deliver the panels to my home as I couldn’t fit them in my car. They were so easy to install and with them being eco-friendly that’s an extra bonus. My living room now sounds like a cinema room, I would definitely recommend everyone to check them out.

The candles from Shanti Creations are some of the best i have ever used. The scents are heavenly and burn with the candle. We have a wood burning stove and like to burn the compressed sawdust briquettes. We've been getting our supplies from Brampton Wood Fuels for a couple of years now and would just like to say what great people they are to deal with. Dave runs everything and is really friendly and very knowledgable on Wood Fuels. Josh delivers our order and he is always great craic and very helpful. Good range of Briquettes and Blocks, does wood logs and pet foods too. Much cheaper than buying fuel from supermarkets & big stores in Carlisle.

We extended and refurbished our home in 2020-2021, which included a lot of mirrors and other glass fittings. In particular, we installed a very big shower cubicle/steam room with glass on two sides. Throughout this process, the staff were very diligent and completed all the work efficiently and neatly. Recently, two of the panels of the cubicle broke and shattered. Glass Tailors responded promptly and replaced the glass - AT NO COST TO US. Their attention to details can not be faulted and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential customers, as we have already done.

Order placed for glass which smashed when lifted out of the box. Supplier offered a replacement but opted for a refund which was prompt.

I cannot recommend Prad and his team highly enough at Glass Tailors in Whetstone. We first used them in 2017 for coloured glass splash backs in our kitchen. We have just used them again for small splash backs in a downstairs toilet (colour of glass matches paint) and in a new bathroom. Fantastic service. Always easy to deal with.

My experience with this company has been great! Got this for my grandson, 8 yrs old keep him safe! The product was easy set up, use & the battery good for about three days without charging! My organization uses these as a way to ensure safety during a land navigation class. The trackers work in areas without the best cell service and are accurate even in the middle of the woods. The customer service really sets this company apart, they're always willing to do whatever they can to ensure the device is working to meet or exceed your standards. Hands down the best company to deal with!

They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

The Amber Alert GPS system has been awesome. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to setup and use. My son loves to wear it and it gives me peace of mind. My only suggestion is a wrist band case that is waterproof/resistant and has a clasp that is child resistant. My son has special needs and requires a band that is difficult for him to remove and resists water. The product itself, I would highly recommend. As for accessories I would love to see a wristband that is child and waterproof!

It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

I purchased my device through amber alert and i really enjoy it. I have referred it to family, friends and co workers. It is an amazing device to have and you can really use it for anything and multiply uses. Its a great peace of mind! Customer service is very helpful when I have a question! We decided to get our daughter the Amber Alert GPS when she started riding the bus in second grade. It gave me peace of mind throughout the day knowing that she made it safe to school each day! Thank you Amber Alert GPS!

This company must be only 2 people. One in sales and one in technical support. I tried reaching them for 4 hours on Friday so I could activate my daughter's device and I never spoke to anyone. I left voicemail messages (every 30 minutes for 4 hours), emailed them and sent a message through their portal/site. No communication back from them ever. Now my daughter has a $112 paperweight that blinks and doesn't work. I tried activating it through their website and it was erroring as well and gave me a message saying to call them for support. The worst part, this is a replacement device. Her 1st device failed within the first few months, they said to send it in for repair. I asked for them to send a loaner and they told me they don't do that. I demanded a supervisor and was denied the right to speak to one. Finally the man I was speaking to agreed to send a loaner. Once received it didn't work for 3 days!! Then I sent in my broken one and it was never repaired. I had no communication with them. One day I called because the loaner was no misfinctioning and I was told that they destroyed her device because it couldn't be repaired. It had happened weeks before the conversation. Now I'm stuck with no device again because the loaner isn't working and the replacement that I bought, and had overnighted to me so she has it, isn't working because it's not activated. I do not recommend this company. Amber Alert should be ashamed to have their name on this device and linked to this company.

The company made an excellent job of restoring my mahogany door, a cabinet and handrails. The service was pleasant and efficient. I was happy it only took one week to complete the job. I would highly recommend them.

Barrdale polished a Danish rosewood table for me, advised me on the finish, picked it up and returned it (even carried it up five flights when the lift wasn't working with no complaints!); I'm delighted with the result.

In my experience, they do not treat their customers with respect, and their customer service team is unhelpful and could benefit from retraining. I purchased a black leather sofa from them for £4,500, which was delivered with several defects. I reported the issues within 48 hours, leading to an inspection by a technician from Castelan, who claimed there were no problems. Furniture Village then refused to repair the sofa or issue a refund. To challenge their "independent inspection," I enlisted Barrdale, whose report was ultimately accepted by my bank. With this support, I was able to receive a full refund, which Furniture Village eventually accepted. We spent £4,000+ on three sofa chairs from Furniture Village (FV) and made our first complaint after 6 weeks. Fast forward 18 months, and after being blocked by FV at every stage, we got Barrdale on the case. The service was amazing. An introductory call to discuss my issues, a follow up call for me to go through it all (a second time) and then an inspection, followed by a full report. We are still in the midst of trying to get rid and refunded for the sofas as FV want to try and "fix" the issue, so once this is complete I'll be returning to Barrdale for a follow up sofa inspection... Would highly recommend as they were fantastic, and I felt I was in safe hands for the first time in my two year journey...
