Mooie spullen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame klantendienst. Zeker een aanrader!

Super service. Altijd erg tevreden over mijn aankopen.

We zochten een wollen deken en voor de afmetingen die we zochten betaal je bijna overal een kleine 300 euro. Bij LR was de deken afgeprijsd van 150 euro naar 97 euro. We zagen de negatieve recensies hier op Trustpilot maar ook voldoende recensies bij de deken zelf dus wij durfden het wel aan. En ja hoor. Belofte was 3 tot 5 dagen en hij is er. Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit een recensie maar deze vond ik dus nuttig.

Very poor customer service: item was returned and picked up more than 4weeks (!!!) ago and still no refund (of EUR 400). Customer service keeps on telling us to be patient, they can see the item is returned & picked up but they refuse to come up with a solution and are very rude on the phone. Be very careful for fraud when ordering here: you will never see your money back when you need to return! We will file a complaint with our cc company and see if we can get the money back this way. Disgusting way to treat your customer, we'll never order anything here again

Not satisfied with the service at all. No active communication from la redoute if something in the order changes or the order is out of stock. They promise timelines and cannot comply them. Worst of all they do not inform you. No sorry or real explanation follows after asking the customer support why they did not deliver as promised. This was my last time ordering with la redoute. What a miserable service.

Kleine 100 euro uitgegeven, krijg maar een deel (de goedkoopste artikelen) van de bestelling geleverd. Nergens kun je opmaken wat er met de andere helft van je bestelling gebeurt? Wordt dit nageleverd en zoja wanneer dan?? Geen probleem als het langer duurt maar laat dat dan gewoon weten! Edit: nalevering toch nog ontvangen

I have ordered most of my living room furniture with them. Most of the products have been good quality with the exception of the dinning chairs. When I tried to post a review on their website about it I got a message that it was not following their terms and conditions so it could not be posted. When I asked them about it they never replied. When I got my dinning table one of the tools was not working. When I called them I got someone on the line that did not speak English but said that he will get one of his colleaques to call me back. Never happened. When I called back got the same person to tell me that I need to send an email to ask them to send me the specific tool. I did so however up to today they have send me nothing. I have reached out to them in Whatsapp to ask them to pick the table back and noone has replied. Is like noone is there or even worse noone who is willing to support. All and all if your delivery goes wrong and you don't speak Dutch you are in for a very frustrating journey.

Plus jamais de commande chez la redoute.be j ai passé commande à plusieurs reprises et toujours le même scénario articles avec des défauts!!! Des articles retours d autres clients !!! Arrête de qualité médiocre !!! Et de plus on me facture des frais de livraison et autres frais pour des articles que personne n aurait gardé triste mésaventure de plus pour vous dire on n est pas libre de mette une évaluation à notre convenance 15 évaluations rejetées car elle ne leurs conviennent pas mais quel tristesse de volé les gens.... franchement je ne conseillerais plus ce sites à fuir.

Bij La Redoute bestelde ik een kast. Deel 1 van de kast heb ik ontvangen maar deel 2 van de kast is na langer dan een maand nog steeds niet geleverd. De klantenservice geeft mij verschillende berichten en geen eenduidigheid, vaag. Deel 2 van de kast willen ze niet opnieuw verzenden. Ik moet deel 1 retourneren om vervolgens de kast opnieuw te bestellen. Slechte service. Nu maar afwachten of ik de kast ooit nog ontvang of überhaupt mijn geld terug krijg.

helemaal top :) Ik twijfelde enorm vanwege alle negatieve reviews. Ik heb het er toch op gewaagd. Alles was binnen de beloofde tijd bezorgd. De bedden waren precies zoals op de foto. Toen kleding besteld. Ook perfect. Daarna nog een nachtkastje besteld, maar die bleek helaas niet meer leverbaar. Ik stuurde een app naar de klantenservice, het geld stond diezelfde dag nog op mijn rekening. Ik begrijp alle negatieve berichten echt niet. Ik ga hier zeker weer bestellen.
