Bailey phoenix+ 640 delivered to us 31 03 22. We didn't notice till the next day that there was a curtain totally missing on one of the front windows. One ordered for ME to fit, hope its the same shade. Kitchen tap loose, the whole tap moves when the tap is swiveled. 4 self tapping screws visible inside bathroom sink drain. Presumably dropped down during build & left there. Dab radio works but only picks up about 6 stations. My 4th Bailey & feel build quality/final checks could be better eg. How can a caravan be dispatched minus one curtain?

Love our new Bailey Phoenix 644. It's comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage.

After an awful warranty experience with Bailey service dealer in Wales my faith in Bailey has been restored. Due to Covid delaying any actions and the caravan is now out of warranty Bailey aftercare have agreed to assist as a goodwill gesture. Thank you

Purchased my Pegasus 534.. 2010 never been a problem .... 1 Thetford toilet pump and that's it...still have the same leisure battery.....needed a COC document to sell the van on and team Bailey arranged that immediately .. Well done and thanks to Nic East and Julie

Bought a brand new motorhome a Adamo 75 4DL Vehicles been back 3 times for faults. Mainly a huge water leak. It done a total of 1100 in a year and 300 miles of that was taking back for warranty Please stay clear of these cowboys and save your self the agro I’ve had Regards Mr Gold

my grandson who is only eight could have made a better van. purchased van new in 2019 paid cash £28000 should never have done that and from day one it's been a heap of rubbish . foam padding round battery underneath caravan partly missing , no screws not even the holes for the screws for some bedroom window catches , one of the vents outside for fridge freezer clips broken had been stuck on with sticky pad, splash back behind sink come away not long enough, covers on both front handles clips broke so had been glued on, cladding on front of van come away , sealant on outside fittings looks a right mess, very low water flow at kitchen sink was told it was a kink but still the same after service , rang baileys to complain they said speak to the dealer . I have had baily caravans in the past but after this one i would never buy another one keep clear of the new baily caravans built by people that don't care just as long as they get your money should be a law against it.

The aftercare team are totally amazing, i missed my first service on my caravan due tot he pandemic and working requirements, The aftercare team were fantastic and got it all sorted for me, came up with a plan going forward. I really cannot thank them enough, nothing is too much trouble.
