Customer service is a blackhole that goes nowhere
Me and another coworker had ordered from Toolots before and got prompt delivery of our orders. When I had to replace a piece of equipment, I ordered it again from them. This was April 4, 2024. Each week afterwards I would call to ask for an update since I had not received my order. I was repeatedly told the warehouse was being moved and they needed to get an update from the warehouse. After 2 months I decided to cancel the order. Since canceling the order, I call each week to ask for an update on getting my refund since I have not received it. Each time I am told they need to check with the finance/accounting department and I will get an email with an update. It has been almost 2 months since I canceled the order and I have not been refunded the $767.99.
Waiting for service technician support
After a week One of the ovens stopped working and I have been waiting ever since for assistance No one responded or help I only got emailed with a question about the oven and they asked to send a video I sent the video and for several days I have been waiting for the product manager it support to help There for I am still down one oven

Untrained Unknowledgeable Unprofessional
I was happy to get a good deal. and then everything else after the good deal happened that made me realize. I would most likely had less stress and better experience had i gone elsewhere. Customer service has repeatedly been unknowledgeable and unprofessional and consistantly disrepectful. they will try and fix problems that are only slightly relevant to what you called in for and lack the situational awareness to actually help me every time. I feel like a translator ai system listens to me and tells them how to respond some of the time. they just seem so mindless and unaware. the return dept. has yet to ever answer my call so if your doing a return call purchase dept and have them find somone in return to help. be patient it will take them a bit. i have not ever recieved a call back from manager when i requested such bout the disrespectful and unprofesional behaviour. as well as teh faulty item sent. when i called and asked to speak to manager they only offer call back . i was hung up on multple times. my company is losing money as i was given a low quality item that broke after 1 hour of usage. this is not okay. i understand 5-6 individuals do not make up the energy of a whole company but when every experience i have had has been drastically lacking on some front i feel i am okay to point out the mindless countless opportunities for improvement this company has. maybe ill get lucky and a person who really cares in management will read this and try to help my situation. listen to the calls review my complaints and please become a better business if you can. My suggestion go with American company that is reputable and will interact with you swiftly and professionally i saved a few hundred on a laser tube to lose that much and more from lack of proper after care and replacement and being sent a faulty model. be wise Go to another company that can and will take care of you before during and after purchase.
