It seems bankrupt

TOOLOTS IS A SCAM. They will not refund my $2000 from last Black Friday 2023. I placed an order for a benchtop mill and canceled a few days later to get one with a different option. Long before it was shipped I might add. I have called and emailed countless times only to get nowhere. They strung me along long enough for the credit card company to not refund my transaction. As a reminder, that's $2000, FREAKING $2000. I'M NOT RICH........ This was a huge decision for me. For transparency, I did get the second one I ordered but was missing pieces and package totally destroyed on delivery. They did not respond to request for missing items. Don't fall for the low prices, they are dishonest and it will cost you more in the long run. TOOLOTS IS A SCAM. I gave them a year to refund me but now I am going to make sure everybody knows about them. Please help me share this review. I hope this helps other working class people when making a big purchase decision.

This has been the most difficult company I have ever worked with. I could not get my first order shipped. After multiple phone calls, they sent a quarter of the item. After trying for a month to get the remainder of the order filled, I gave up and finally canceled. I ordered again and after several phone calls was able to get a partial order shipped. I have yet to get a complete order shipped in a reasonable time. I currently have another order in. It will be interesting to see if I get a complete order shipped within a reasonable time.

Order # 100298840 I ordered a car lift and the hydraulic controller was basically destroyed in transport. It has been over a month I've heard nothing back from them. I've emailed and called. I am in a dead stop. I don't care what their processes is with the carrier, they should have replaced the damaged item immediately and worked their issues with the carrier on their nickel not mine. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Ordered a Wedge type tool post on 03 Sep 24 and tried to make sure it was the correct one with them. Received it and found out it was too small. Six EMails and "contact us" messages with NO response on getting a refund or exchange for the proper one. They screwed me out of almost $50.
