Ok, I just received your response which asked me to submit a short video depicting the issue. I did that 4 days ago along with a complete description of the issue. NO RESPONSE.. I will resend but won’t hold my breath… i bought an electric go kart. after charging, the cart did not move/work. after numerous calls, i reached customer service. they required that i fill out a help request form that they were going to email me. i never received it. meanwhile, i went on you tube and found an initial fix. the cart worked for about 100 yds and then stopped. a different malfunction. i called customer service repeatedly and was placed on hold for prolonged periods of time. finally, i reached a representative (not in customer service) who assured me that my problem would be addressed promptly. that was 3 days ago. still haven't heard a word. in my experience, the seller has made zero effort to help solve the problem. meanwhile the cart is unusable.
Total Piece of Crap!
Seems to me we got a used piece of equipment. Have over 14 pictures showing wear and tear AND on top of that I've emailed them twice about a broken cover when it was delivered and no plug on the cord. Seriously, not one email back as of today, 6/27/24.
ZERO response from company on broken product received
I purchase a product 6 weeks ago worth over $3000, the shipping container was in great condition, but the product in the box clearly was used and damaged. I submitted photos to the company, I have called them many times, I have left voicemails. I have had NO followup. Very poor business.
Missing parts and very delayed shipment
Ordered an in stock double oven on May 7th. The website says freight shipments that are in stock are typically shipped out same day and arrive within 3-5 business days. Ours unfortunately was not received until June 14th (27 business days). Upon inspection we realized that the kit to actually install both ovens (casters, bolts, hood, etc.) was never received. I called customer service and was told that the box with those parts were shipped but must've been lost in transit. They escalate the issue to a supervisor, contact the shipper, and provide me an update. A week later I still had no updates and called back. I was essentially told the same thing and that a supervisor would call me back that day. Unfortunately I never received a call back. I called back again today (6/26) and was first told that the kit might not come with the oven. This makes no sense as they sold a double decker oven, it should come with the parts to actually stack the oven. Plus the instructions on the item page tell you to use the pieces included in the shipment and no other pieces. I was then told that the shipper said I received everything. At the time that the package was delivered, I received two crates which is what was on the invoice. There was no damage to the crates and everything was sealed indicating the items should be complete. So technically I received what was on the invoice. There was no mention of a third box. I just want what I purchased and to have the kit sent to my home. We run a small business and would like to continue growing that business. Not having these pieces is delaying that growth. According to the website we should've received the items back in May, not in June. Now we are looking at some point in July (or later) assuming that they can actually deliver the items promised. This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I have had over something so trivial. The oven was almost $4,000 and this is being held up over parts that likely cost the company less than $100 to produce. The only positive I have at this point is Christine in the returns department has at least listened to me when I called. Unfortunately there has been no follow up from the company to me afterwards. I'd be happy to change the review to a slightly more positive rating if this can be resolved in a timely manner. UPDATE: It's now 7/3 and I've still yet to receive my product. I've called numerous times and have just been told that they need to "inform" various departments. However there has already been a response from someone (I was told the warehouse manager) that the product is in stock and can be shipped to me. I don't understand why this hasn't been finished yet...I just want to be able to set up my oven so my small business can grow. Customer Service has been so frustrating.

I was never called back when I was told Mark was my sales rep but after I did my purchase he did not care no more and I have sent pictures of Damage that was caused by tool lots not trucking company and no return phone calls or emails I will not purchase from company again

I was told the item would ship 2nd day on 6/20/24 for sure….delivery would be on 6/24/24. This was needed for on time delivery to complete a job waiting for the tool. When I called for the tracking number, I was told the order hadn’t even shipped yet. My credit card was charged on 6/20/24 though. I asked for a full refund and will buy from somewhere else. Will not use Bolton Tool again.
