Waiting over 3 months now for a refund

I began payment on 1st July 2024 only to find out a month later that they did not provide the services and I was in fact debt to a different company. After paying off that company I requested a refund from bunch and sent over the proof they required. They then said I’d receive a refund which I’m still waiting on 3 months later. I’ve called them over 15 times and get told a new story each time as to where my refund is. I’ve requested multiple times to speak to a manager and was ignored. One flatmate has received a refund after 3 months of being on the phone back and forth. We were told that we are not receiving a refund because of one flatmate not paying the bills which is a breach of contract. We have been back and forth with this company and seem to get nowhere and I am still waiting on the refund.

Disputing invoices can be a very stressful experience but made all the more bearable when dealing with an accomplished operator like Matt Lay. He very clearly understood my frustrations and set out an action plan which was very rational and agreeable - he is truly an asset to the team. Thanks Matt!

Daniele and Jim best of costumer service

I would like to express how grateful I am with all the assistance Bunch has provided me , I received 2 calls which assisted with all my enquiries in the most friendliest and professional way as possible by none other then Danielle and Jim, this is what costumer service is all about! And both Jim and Danielle (that works Monday , Wednesdays and Fridays ) own this field! Thank you for the great chat!

Really such a simple process that takes all the stress out of moving house. Jim Kelly was professional and efficient and answered all my questions (no matter how banal they seemed!) Highly recommended.
