The Bunch has not paid my water bill after I've been asking since July 22nd

The Bunch is supposed to be paying my water bill. They have taken my money for two months now and still not paid it. I have been getting calls from Thames water telling me it will affect my credit score if not paid, and after speaking with 5 people over the past month trying to get them to pay my bill, low and behold everyone says the same thing, yet STILL not paid my bill. Having to resort to this is sad, but being over a month of trying to get this sorted (first email July 22nd) and speaking/emailing 5 different people, nothing has changed. Everyone is nice, but unfortunately appear pretty useless at this stage and I would genuinely double think using them. Unfortunate, but the fact that they can't pay a a simple bill after taking my money for the first two months says it all.

I found Bunch very helpful and straightforward. I haven’t had any problems with Bunch. I emailed Bunch for confirmation that I cancelled the utility bills for our tenancy. I received a prompt email from Molly and she was very helpful and thorough. I Would definitely recommend Bunch and their staff especially Molly.

Went on their website to enquiring about household bills over a week ago.,as I’m looking to move out when I can soon. I have been harassed by a mobile number ever since. When I call back states it’s the bunch. Do better. Situations like this can cause distress. You should not be constantly contacting people. Especially if people have just looked at your website.,let them come to you.
