Ok service, worst customer support ever
I am a customer for over a year. Overall was okay but customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. See below My contract was just going to an end and Bunch sent me an email that my 2nd year fix monthly price would be higher (significantly - from 175 to around 220) - while I was actually spending LESS than my allowance. Okay, I scheduled a call using their scheduling tool in the same email. No one called during the slot. Okay, I called myself. Explained. They offered me a lower fix rate - like 150. Great, thank you. Got a confirmation email from the agent. In a couple of days I receive an email that I will be charged the original increased quote . Like WHAAAT? Replied to the email. No one got back to me in 3 days. Will try to call them tomorrow. Very messy and disappointing.

Been with TheBunch for 1 year today. not only has the service made dealing with bills considerably easier and straight forward, due to only having 1 bill to focus on which gets spread out amongst the utility providers, makes all this bill malarkey easy! The customer support team are genuinely extremely helpful as well! I had my renewal offer come through and thought it was a bit much so I contacted TheBunch via phone and quickly got through to Jim. Not only was this gentlemen extremely polite and understanding, he didn't interrupt when I was talking or try and sell me anything. He was very helpful! he explained the new increases in bills and sorted out my renewal by lowering it to what it should be (something to do with erratic price variations etc with the computer system). He helped me get the bill back down to what it should be with the increase in Water and renewed my contract! Very polite, great phone manner, very understanding and supportive. Jim is an excellent example of what customer support should be across the board! Please can management provide this feedback to Jim as well as some form of recognition as I was expecting hard selling and a much more difficult conversation! Thanks TheBunch and Thank you Jim!
