The bed was delivered and set up with great care and is of brilliant quality and aesthetically pleasing. The only improvement would be if you could lock the height buttons but retain control of the head, knee, leg buttons ensuring that someone in the bed left unattended cannot raise the height

I cannot rate Opera too highly as a Company. Unlike a previous national mobility care company, Opera has integrity and honesty. Whereas other companies are too underhand to state their prices on websites, brochures or replies to exasperated prospective buyers, Opera gives straightforward honest prices upfront. And their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, never pushy just helpful when you are making an expensive and, in my case, a life changing decision. I had recently purchased a bed and a recliner chair from another company. Their representative knew I am almost totally immobile through MS, severe osteo arthritis and a badly fractured hip left untreated for over two years but left me thinking their recommended bed base would elevate and lower to assist me getting my legs onto bed. It didn't. So I am left with an unusable large piece of furniture. Enter Opera found online by my grandson. My initial phone query was answered by Harry who was so pleasant and understanding of my needs. He let me pay a small deposit. No pressure at all until I could afford the balance which was taken by Lisa in the office. I had the bed delivery in under four weeks at my own request. ( eleven weeks from the previous company) Nick and Lukasz brought the bed, dismantled my catastrophic buy, added the accessories and then patiently took me through the electric controls. I am so grateful for every employee's input. I will never be pain free but you have given me much more confidence independence and comfort with your high quality mattress. I cannot thank you enough.
