Every one l had dealings with in store were extremely helpful. I live in the North West so I had to do everything by phone. They went through the whole process, and answered all my questions. Great experience. Two really nice men came to set up our new bed. They were so efficient and again more than helpful. They explained all the settings on the remotes and ther was a few. They also removed all the packaging, when they left you would not have known anyone had been in. Definitely ten out of ten, and as for the bed it's like sleeping on a cloud. Both my husband and I have different need when it comes to sleep. My husband suffers with Parkinson's Disease, we've only had the bed three nights and he can feel the difference. Opera take the hassle and worry out of buying an adjustable or profiling bed. Their sales staff are really that good and talk you though every aspect of your needs. They'll point out all the possible options to get your choice right, not just the most expensive or lucrative up-sells. I bought a profile bed for my Mum when she was suffering from dementia a couple of years back. I've just gone back for an adjustable bed for the master bedroom too. Yes, they are a big investment, but they're as solid as a rock (who else offers a capacity of 2x 28st as standard?) AND, when put together, it looks like a proper divan bed and not something medical. If you're not sure about the feel, buy the matress protector to open their 10-day swap service. You'll need a protector anyway and 200cm versions are not easy to find on Amazon for a deep matress. Also, unless you're really handy and strong, go for the install option too. They're VERY heavy and lots of bits need to be assembled. Its not like a normal double bed delivery that comes in three bits. Two guys take a couple of hours to build the inner frame, then add the soft bits onto it and test the electrics. I'm an experienced DIYer, but it would have been beyond my strength and GCSE in Meccano to attempt alone.

Trying to find a new bed for Mum after a bout of illness and mobility problems, we were dreading how to sort this out. Thankfully I came across Opera beds. What a fantastic company. The website is excellent to use with plenty of choice and if you can't decide - you can call them and have a chat. They will even offer a video call to go through everything with you. We needed the bed quite urgently and Opera met our needs on this. The delivery driver was First Class and took his time to explain the bed to us. He was exceptionally helpful. We needed follow up advice and this was given with courtesy and professionalism. In this day and age when you almost expect Bad service from different companies - This company restores your faith in Businesseses! No lengthy wait on the phone either and they really do care. From the beginning, everyone we dealt with, was very helpful and knowledgeable too, more than happy to answer as many questions as necessary, to find the right beds for us. In particular Michelle and Lisa, who were more than helpful and approachable, made the process as smooth as possible. A huge thank you to them both, they explained, all we needed to know. I would highly recommend a video demo, so easy to do and really helped in our choice of beds. The beds themselves are excellent, very comfortable, in particular the profiling bed, being able to adjust the height has made life much easier. The installation of the beds was excellent too, very friendly and hard working people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Opera beds, to anyone, who is looking for a profiling or adjustable bed.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Lisa. This was a very big purchase for our family and Lisa was so helpful from the moment I contacted Opera via their chatbot service with lots of questions. Communication was absolutely spot on. Once we had placed the order (we paid for the express set up service) we were told that the delivery team would be in contact and the bed would arrive 5-10 days, we were contacted during the same week as ordering and the delivery was planned for the Monday. The two man team arrived just before the planned time and everything was set up carefully and efficiently and then they showed us how to use the bed. The bed looks great, with the upholstery on it it doesn't look like a hospital bed. My Grandma has said that the mattress is super comfortable and she is really happy, which makes the family really happy.
