Fantastic service that I would highly recommend. I’m a GP caring for my terminally ill husband and the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and fantastic product have been a small haven in a horrible journey. As a customer and health professional I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Billy was spot on with the sale of the bed,great with communication..very helpful... My brother is very happy with the bed. Only thing I would say is that we had to order a bigger foot board after the bed had being delivered and fitted,would of being nice if we could of come to a arrangement and returned the small foot board and had the large foot board at a reduced price..as now it is just sat in the house ..

When I phoned about anything, the person on the other was helpful, understanding and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery and set up was efficient. Extremely apologetic when the mattress was found to be missing a vital piece and it was easy to organise a replacement to my timetable. Thank you.

It was with some trepidation that I started t search for a bed to meet my needs. Seen the ones on tv and was not overly impressed both on price and product. I stumbled upon Opera via Google and arranged a call back. From start to finish staff were helpful knowledgeable and accurate with their information. My bed was installed two weeks later taking about an hour to install. The remote control operation was explained in detail. I absolutely love my new bed it’s all I needed and more. A 1st class product from a 1st class company. I Highly recommend Opera Beds

Horrible service and terrible mattresses. First one delivered was not what we ordered, second one was the wrong size, third one was faulty. Promised refund still awaited.

A first class piece of equipment it is versatile and easily adjusted to suit all the positions that one might want. I could not wish for anything better.
