Bed was delivered folded up on compact pallet and transportation to final site was easy by hand. Bed assembly instructions very clear and easy to follow. Item was sturdy and electrical actuators worked well. Mattress was comfortable and easy to wipe clean if needed.

My Opera bed is so very comfortable and Opera have been so helpful in solving my problem. My limited mobility impacts on the way I can move out of the bed. A "bum shuffle" was painful on the back of my legs as they slid across the wooden edges of the frame even though there was padding. This morning, with thicker padding fitted, was painless! Thank you Opera!

Don’t rely on Opera if you need your bed or mattress for a medical condition. Our new Opera bed was delivered in May 2024, initially arriving with damaged parts and soon developing signifiant issues, to the point using the motion base would wake my partner up when I used it. Also we were advised by Opera themselves that the underbed drawers won’t work on a carpeted floor. After several visits for replacement parts and repairs, Opera’s engineer agreed and documented on the job report that the bed was faulty. Opera have denied this and stopped returning calls. Agreed for an identical replacement bed through our retailer that arrived faulty, one of the adjustments was dead when you pressed the button to operate. Rejected the bed and agreed with the retailer that for a replacement from another manufacturer, although we agreed to keep the mattresses. January 2025 and my partner’s mattress who relies on the bed for her medical condition, has a significant sag and is now a different level to the side with less use. Opera arranged an inspection and refuse to replace as it’s within manufacturer tolerances, based on the one point they measure it and the fact that the mattress sunk to the point it’s impossible to get a good nights sleep is irrelevant. Don’t believe the claims that its suitable if you have medical conditions, poor quality product and customer service that soon turn against you if you have issues and have a different account of events to their engineers.

From the beginning the help team were superb. They put me in the right direction of what mattress was best for my Father rather than point me to the dearest one just to make money.. There was no rushing you. Everything wasn't a bother and so kind and helpful.. The drivers were equally as patient, very informative and very professional.... Good all round 👏
