Dwayne & Pete delivered and installed the bed. They were very helpful, and demonstrated all the functions. Very pleased with their service. The bed has yet to have its test drive. But I’m sure it will be exactly what the customer wants.

We opted for the delivery and installation option and couldn’t be happier! The communication regarding the time of delivery was excellent. The two installers were incredibly polite and considerate (especially as someone was working from home online at the time) - you would hardly have known they were there! They did a wonderful job! The bed was exactly as described and the first night’s sleep was a delight!

From the moment we made contact with Harry at Opera Beds right through to the installation by Micnal and Cleo everything was completely customer focussed and supportive. The bed was for my wife's 87 year old mother, we chose the bed and mattress on the Friday and it was installed on the following Wednesday. Thank you Harry and the whole Opera team

We received an excellent service from Opera staff ,from the call centre to the showroom and the delivery team. The options available ie bed frames and mattresses were clearly explained to us and any questions we had were answered. The bed we chose is excellent and is exactly what we needed for our needs. The pricing was clear and easy to follow so no nasty surprises. Thanks once again to all involved.

We purchased a motion bed for my disabled sister not only did it help her get in and out of bed more easily but the comfort it provided ensured she now sleeps well every night . Thank you opera beds.

Unforseen circumstances meant I didn't buy the adjustable bed I was going buy to however... I must leave a review because of the excellent help and advise I received from Chelsea. Nothing was too much for her she repied promptly to every query. And I had many!
