The tele-sales team were brilliant before, during and after the time critical (to ensure my father could leave hspital to die at home as he had wished) delivery of a bed that was easy to construct - which was important as he was already in transit from the hospital !

I rang the company to ask about removing a handrail from a solo comfort bed. The advice was useful but incomplete - more screws must be removed to achieve the result.
