From the moment I called Opera I received amazing customer service. I then dealt with Harry and even though I had specific requirements, nothing was too much trouble for him. Bed delivered and a local engineer (based in Isle of Man) set up the bed and tested. Engineer I used does often assist the charity.

Helpful advice after completing short online questionnaire. Easy to order and pay on line. Bed delivered on day and at time promised. Bed assembled efficiently and demonstrated clearly. Bedroom left clean and tidy. All staff I dealt with were both polite and efficient and phone was always answered promptly. Very pleased with the quality of the bed.

From the first phone call to Opera Beds right through my whole experience I received excellent service. Michelle the sales assistant was truly helpful with guiding me through the selection of the dual beds and after numerous phone calls and emails I was able to select the right beds for myself and my husband. After sales and customer service was second to none handled by the team with patience and courtesy throughout. I would strongly recommend Opera Beds for someone seeking a specialist bed.
