From the sales advisers in the offices to the guys who delivered my bed and set it up everyone was very helpful and efficient. My dealings with Opera beds went smoothly and without a hitch. A great company to deal with.

Amazing from start to finish. Bought my dad’s bed inline and got a call the day after from Lisa to talk through my purchase, making sure the bed and mattress was the right one for him. Turns out something wasn’t right so she adjusted the order. Great communication, kept fully up to date at every point. I paid extra to have the bed installed/put together, rather than just delivered to the door. So glad we did, it made everything a lot less stressful for my dad. The two men who installed the bed (Lucas and Will) couldn’t have been more polite and efficient. So so glad I went with Opera beds and not with a more well known bed supplier which I normally buy from as I wouldn’t have received the wonderful customer service that I have and also my dad would have had to have waited 3 months for the bed and not 5 days that he did. I applaud you!!!

THEREIS NOTHING WRONG WITH OPERA BEDS. AFTER HAVING A PROBLEM WITH TRUSTPILOT OPERA BEDS CONTACTED ME AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY BY SENDING TWO ENGINEERS TO MY HOUSE . THEY WERE MOST HELPFUL.
