Opera beds made everything straightforward, from ordering to delivery. The delivery went very smoothly, with confirmation the day before and clear communication on the morning. The delivery crew arrived when they said they would, despite fallen trees and very wet roads in the aftermath of Storm Darragh.

The bed is exactly what we expected and is making a significant difference for my husband, who has Parkinson's.

I contacted Opera Beds for a brochure for my mum to look at as she was having great deal of difficulty getting into and out of bed, It arrived within a couple of days. Email communication with Michelle was excellent and the advice was so helpful. I ordered the bed/ mattress & grab rail including delivery and installation on behalf of my mum and it arrived within 10 days. It’s perfect for her and she has said that she sleeps soundly.

Advice initially was straightforward, helpful and appropriate. Ordering was quite easy for what was a complicated split-bed, super-king arrangement, one side with elevating and a "medical" matress. Opera Beds could not manage their initial delivery date but arrival was then on time, with excellent delivery men (Pass on our thanks) who could not have been better with difficult access etcetera. The bed was delivered on time by two very friendly gentlemen, and installed quickly and quietly. They explained and showed me how it worked and took away the wrappings. They were the best. Bought a profiling bed, mattress and grab rail. Extremely pleased with all three. They are perfect for my dad who is coming out of hospital. They were delivered quickly and efficiently with good communication throughout. Having the installation and instruction for use was very valuable. Would highly recommend a bed from this company.
