Amazing service and amazing product. I bought a bed for my mother who has moved in with us and the whole experience was first class. I had a phone call to confirm what I'd ordered and check it was correct. Delivery was booked easily and everything went smoothly. I also bought bedding, which was expensive, but it is superb quality and I'm really happy with it all.

I had to order a bed for my elderly mother on 23 December, and thought there would be no chance of getting it before Christmas, but not only were the staff very friendly and helpful, but the bed was there by midday on Christmas Eve. Bed itself seems to be excellent and will hopefully protect mum from any more painful falls.

OPERA BEDS REVIEW| Leading up to my 2nd Christmas in my apartment, I really wanted it to feel like home, and I knew I had to get rid of my NHS profiling bed and purchase a proper big girl bed without the cot sides. I started googling and I came across a few sites, but for the price of these profiling beds, nothing came close to @operabeds . Opera had everything I was looking for aesthetically and with the added profilling functions and the options of different mattresses. I knew I'd be able to design the perfecr bed, so I booked in a teams consultation and waited for my call. The lovely Lisa met with my mum and myself the next day, and I told her exactly what I wanted but also what I needed. She was amazing and even showed me around the showroom. She informed me of all the finer details and specs. As I have care to help me get ready for the day,And as a small double is the widest you can have with assistance, that was more than wide enough for me to get super comfy in. I decided to go for the leathette in the shade Lichtgrau, Signature Comfort bed with an opal headboard. This is exactly the look I had in mind when I imagined my new bed. I also got the matching grab rails so that I'm able to use those when moving and rolling. I thought these would ruin the look of the bed, but they actually don't. After having the bed since mid November, I can safely say I LOVE IT! Being paralysed, I've got to be super careful with pressure areas, so I opted for the Hybrid Air and Foam mattress. I'm honestly shocked by how well I'm sleeping now. I'm remembering vivid dreams again. The pump for the mattress is silent, which is so refreshing after the clunky NHS beds I've been used to since my injury jury happened. I know these beds are super expensive, but they are a vital piece of equipment to aid any physically disabled person. My quality of life has improved,and my bedroom finally looks like a single 33 year olds bedroom rather than a clinical hospital room. Thank you Opera Beds,for helping me make my vision a reality!

Great until your loved one dies and then you are on your own trying to dismantle the bed. Imagine your loved one dying at home in the very bed you now need gone from the home as it is a constant reminder of their last few days. Now imagine asking Opera for some help, support and compassion for your 86 year old father who has just lost his wife of 64 years......and getting none. It's easy to dismantle they said. Just follow the instructions backwards. Great if you are 40 and have all the right tools and the strength of the world strongest man to get some of the screws out.

Incredible quality beds to and service to match. NHS medical standard beds the best range of movement and settings. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Absolutely first class company.
