Excellent service from start the finish. A bit scary as the beds are expensive but it's been a couple of weeks since installed and it's already improved my 87 year old mums sleep and general well being.

When the NHS refused a hospital bed for my cousin on her return home, we had to order a suitable bed fast so that she did not have to spend the night sleeping on a chair as had previously happened. Opera Beds were brilliant and her new bed was all ready for her return. Unfortunately she died in hospital so could never use the bed. Once again, Opera were great over the return of the unused bed.

I phoned the sales team for advice on a profile bed we intended purchasing for my mother got very good advice on what we needed . Bed delivery was perfect and easy for me to assemble and fit. Mum loves it high quality bed we're very pleased.

Bought a bed for my mother from Opera Beds in 2021/22. Needed some additional missing part (our own mistakes - misplaced it!) and requested for them from Opera and offered to pay for parts plus shipping cost. JordanSinclair-Thomson, Customer Service responded within 12 hours and offered to help FREE of charge including shipping cost. I did not expect this level of service after 3 yrs and warranty over / our negligence. What more, the parts arrived within 36 hours!!. Certainly would recommend this business and will get back for future needs too. Thank you Team Opera !!

If 6 stars were available then I would go for that! Billy was very professional and helped me select my bed with great care. The Opera showroom in High Wycombe is a joy to visit with ample parking, easy access and in a beautiful rural location. I’m so glad that I made this journey today to select my bed in a relaxed environment and without pressure. My bed will be delivered in four days and I can’t wait to have it. I’m looking forward to some blissful nights! Thank you Billy.

they were very helpful, they supplied an excellent bed at 24 hours notice and drew our attention to the fact thast we could get a vat rebate

Very understanding installation team, needed bed upstairs and they were extremely helpful. Bed required urgently and Opera did their best. The speed they responded was very important to us.
