I reached out to H.Preston seeking advice on the best kit to kickstart my videography journey, and I couldn't have made a better decision. Andy recommended the Canon C70 and Lens kit, and I must say, it's been a game-changer. Purchased 3 FX6 Cameras 2 years ago and still dont have them

In September 2021 I purchased 3 Sony FX6 cameras with lenses from this company. They promised delivery within 2 weeks, it has now been 2 years. The lenses were supplied after a month-long wait but I still have no cameras. John will not answer the phone, he's impossible to get hold of and only sends what feels like automated email responses. They have also changed their name and launched a new website under a new domain to try and escape these bad reviews. I have attempted to called John the 'owner' over 30 times in the last 2 weeks and he will not answer the calls. Do not use this company I'm now over £17,000 down with 3 lenses I cannot use.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM Placed a order for a sony zve-1 camera in april kept being told on several times the item would be shipped by a specific date and when the date came gets another further delay even though website shows in stock Ask for a cancellation and refund in first week of June told its been processed, it is now august and yet to receive my refund Sent several emails which has been ignored by John Wish I could give a zero star rating as 1 star is far to kind for the terrible lack of service provided by this ‘establishment’

The Worst Customer Experience I have…

The Worst Customer Experience I have ever experienced. Where to start. I'll save the long story, but after 15+ years of purchasing broadcast equipment I have never had such a bad experience. Ordered a Sachtler Flowtech 75/Activ 8 back on 14 May. Have been fobbed-off every step of the way regarding shipping date / refund date etc and I've been forced to do a charge back for £2699 with my bank which gives John Preston until the end of August to further keep hold of my funds. Save yourself no end of trouble and avoid like the plague. I've had to order the same item from CVP which has left me somewhat short, and cumilatively three months of interest on an item that never arrived x multiple purchasers could be a tidy little earner for this said company.

Long wait for delivery, but TV did arrive

Updated: TV DID ARRIVE. Took 5 weeks, but got there in the end I think there may be some logistical/distribution issues at this company, as after ordering a TV online, it took 2 weeks to receive a shipped email - but no tracking details, and no TV. After numerous emails and calls, and writing a few online reviews, John did sort out delivery via amazon logistics, and was then in good contact with tracking etc. The TV thankfully did turn up, so it is a genuine company, and John was very apologetic about it all. Hopefully they can sort out the delivery side of their business, but at least i managed to read lots of books while waiting for my new TV.
