This has to be some sort of Ponzi Scheme as after 3 months I still don't have my item and they still have my money even after I requested a refund. The order was cancelled by them when I asked for the refund. Many follow up emails asking them when they are going to refund my money and nothing. This was 1 month ago. I spoke to other retailers to find out when the same item would arrive with them and they all told me it was October. John's tactic is to tell you 'soon' and 'I'll get back to you' - which he never does. John straight up doesn't reply to 2/3 emails and will NEVER give you a straight answer, which is why after 2 months of not having my item (which was showing in stock and ready for despatch when I ordered it) I requested the refund. John will stall, ignore you and waste your time. So unless you want to strap in for the frustrating experience, don't waste your time. The fact that some people are recieving their orders and a lot of other people aren't suggests that those who aren't are paying for the ones who do get their items with their own money and time.

John and the team provide a great customer experience by offering a wide range of specialised video kit, competitive prices, quick and hassle-free delivery and for locals like me there's even an opportunity to pop into the shop to discuss my needs to inform my buying decisions. Highly recommended!

I bought a Zoom H2n. Confirmation email included a tracking number which didn’t work. I came here and saw some very bad reviews and got a bit concerned. However, I emailed John and he replied promptly and gave the time slot it would arrive. And it did arrive then. No complaints bar saying the site needs a bit of work. I usually buy such things through Amazon but it wasn’t in stock. In future I’ll check Preston Media if I’m looking for audio gear and maybe other gear. It’s good to have small independent businesses and I guess not easy to compete with corporates.

Ordered my video transmitter on the 6th of January. Was told it would be delayed a week later and then after further emails was eventually told in March that they were unable to source it and would refund the order. A month later still no refund nor response to any emails. Update: After posting this review John immediately contacted me and sent over the refund.
