Hi guys, i ordered an iPhone on Christmas Day that was around $560. I am yet to receive the phone, it’s only been 5 days so i am sure it will be delivered within the next week. Although, I have tried tracking my package and there is no information on it which was kind of sus but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have read most of the bad reviews on catch. Is catch a reliable place to buy a phone?

Absolute rubbish customer service and the difficulty to reach or email someone! I am disappointed to discover that scammers are being allowed to sell items on your platform, which I believe is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant distress, and I feel that catch.com is not adequately safeguarding its customers. Be careful ppl most items are poor quality. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received my item! I will reach out to Fair Trading, and I am also considering taking further action through PayPal and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AVOID CATCH.COM.AU

By far one of the most efficient and easy online shopping experiences I've had so I felt compelled to leave a positive review. Items arrived literally the next day despite only selecting standard shipping. Website was user friendly and easy to navigate and they provided regular updates to track the status of my order. 20th November 2024, I purchased a mobile phone for my Dad, however it was not suitable. So four days after delivery I followed all the requirements for the refund. The vendor proceeded with the refund. As I used PayPal with the 4 payment process. PayPal proceeded at their end. I am still waiting to receive my refund $89.50 from Catch, I have emailed several times. I have not heard since late November. I also would like to add their packing for delivery is very poor.

This is the tracking message: 34KHY185005001000935006 No event found. I can't find any way to message these people to find out where my item is.

Received Items on time and as discibed

We ordered 2 x candles for gifts & when they were delivered, they were just packed in their own candle box, into a plastic delivery bag. No bubble wrap, no extra box to protect the candles. So obviously when we opened the boxes the candles were smashed & had broken glass, big & fine pieces everywhere. Not happy with the service at all, as no care taken especially for breakable purchases UPDATE: I had contact from Catch a few days after I received the candles & they gave me a full refund & apologised for the inconvenience, so am very happy with their after service
