Don't bother, poor delivery on every item. Either showed up completely destroyed, or if you're unfortunate enough to have them sent via Yun Express, whatever that is, it won't show up at all.

On the 6th DecemberCatch has responded to my report published by Trustpilot on the 3rd December. The response feels like a generic reply contrived to convince readers that they will actually take action of some sort. It is irritating that they have asked for details given that I sent them all the details on the 21st November. Most of the correspondence with Vchain was done through Catch’s own site.

A really reliable company, i have bought a lots of items here, ranging from furniture to cosmetics and had not problems.

Very S-L-O-W delivery, item ordered on 15 Nov from Catch marketplace hasn't been despatched yet! Another item ordered 20 Nov still in transit. Got to wait a month before Catch will do anything. Compare a large Chinese marketplace where an item ordered after 20 Nov was delivered on 2 Dec, and a large US online supplier where they contacted me because delivery was 2 days late and proactively refunded me. It is hard to believe that the company behind brands like Bunnings and Officeworks, allows Catch to operate like this. Items needed for Christmas 2024 not 2025!

Wrong item that needs rectifyingWrong item delivered. Didn't check seller review as I trusted that Catch was reputable. Used to be. This seller has ignored other complaints for yrs. Very annoyed, don't have money to throw away and by not rectifying this issue it's as good as stealing my money. Last dollar I spend on Catch. Can't rate DailyAusBargains on Catch.com. Buyer beware.
