I ordered an electric scooter from catch.com, seller was OzSportMarket. The order was 3 weeks late, further more, the scooter showed two errors codes after 4 days of use commuting to work. Scooter will not charge nor work. Contacted catch about a refund or replacement, I was passed onto an extremely unhelpful agent “Olivia” who kept sending me copy and paste’s from the user manual about the error codes, one email read, “replace the controller”, suggesting I disassemble and fix the scooter myself. Catch then finally said they would chase a refund, and said I should receive it within 3-5 business days, I am currently without refund after 7 business days and still not getting replies from the company. 0/10, I would strongly advise against using this company

I wanted to purchase a item online with Catch but when I went to put in my details it would not let me deliver to Australia Post parcel Collect. I can't get parcels delivered to my unit because stuff just gets left at the door for anyone to pick up. The delivery drivers used to hand parcels to you but not anymore. I just can't it's not safe anymore.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner through one of catches dodgy sellers. Didn’t hear anything for a week. Had to ring them to lodge a complaint, so they could pass my dissatisfaction to seller. Still didn’t get any update. Rang again to get update from catch . They told me to track item through aus post. Item was still pending. Eventually got things rolling through my constant f/up. Took just on 2 weeks to come from a seller in Victoria , l am in Queensland. Stay clear from these guys.
