I had purchased a ride on car costing $524, item received with black substance throughout box. Not thinking too much into it, after assembled and charged car is not working. Upon further investigation the black substance is most likely ' lead dioxide' due to broken battery. I've contacted catch regarding issue & I was informed I needed to contact the 3rd party marketplace seller being ' little riders' After doing so requesting return & refund, there has been no progress nor resolution. I had raised dispute with ' Catch disputes team & told to wait to here back from them. Over a week later still no response! I've called & I was told they are reviewing to wait another 1- 2 days. There is no urgency at resolving issue even after explaining the dangers ' lead dioxide ' may cause to myself & family!

Worst ever- don’t buy from them- they steal your moneyThere is no -10000 or I would have given it Don’t ever buy from here! Worst service ever. Made an order 3 weeks ago and got no update between, catch, the seller and courier company no one could tell me where the package was and it was for a birthday. After a week of calling them everyday the best I got was were will message and follow up the seller. Nothing I then had to be out of pocket and buy from a different company and went to request and speak to a manager- no empathy no care and didn’t even bother to call me back I had to call 3 times and email. Travis the so called “manager” there so rude, patronising and couldn’t care less- refused to refund me and kept saying we will follow up with seller. I am out of pocket $358 thanks to their incompetence. I would not let this go and will escalate to the highest level until I receive my refund. Don’t give yourself stress and a headache don’t buy from catch- disgusting customer service all useless and incompetent

It’s been more than 1 week and until this review, I still haven’t received my parcel. Don’t deal with catch.com.au forever guys

it does what it says

Disappointed as u went to review a cushion I got and catch wouldn’t allow me to review …. Basically it’s a seat cushion that is so soft it doesn’t work like I bought it for. I just wanted to be able to review so other people would know but it keep blocking any review that wasn’t positive.

This company is disgusting to deal with, they have taken my money for a product and then cancelled the order. I purchased this item a month ago. I have never received my money back and have been emailing backwards and forwards with them and they are trying to tell me that I failed to pay for the item. I have even sent them the proof that it came out of my bank account and they are still refusing to give me my money back staing I never paid when it's clear and proven that I did. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You are way better off buying through Amazon who have amazing customer service and actually resolve the problems that arise.

Counterfeit brand clothing! I purchased a Ralph Lauren sweater which claimed to be legit. Despite supposedly only selling legit items, I received a counterfeit sweater. The website claims to ensure only legit products are sold on their website but this is not the case at all. Do not buy!!!!
