Catch do not answer online queries

Well since Catch do not answer online queries. I'll try here for everyone to see. Ordered a parcel mailbox on 25 December and tracking says in transit with Toll 29th December From what I can ascertain it has been sitting in a distribution centre in Springvale ever since. Today is 17th January. If there is a problem they should advise so. No phone number and no answer to online queries is simply not good enough.

The worst customer experience…

The worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered for Christmas, in November, advised dispatched did not arrive. Followed up multiple times, directed us to delivery partner who had no record of tracking number. Eventually found out order was lost and they would not send a replacement. Then refunded money to a cancelled card even though requested in writing for a different refund. Now they have made it our responsibility to follow up with the bank for the refund. Hours of time following up, still no refund and no wine fridge. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER.

Goods still not delivered

We ordered our item 4 January. Had an email advising it was sent 7 January - 7 days later have still not received our item - website says quick deliveries. We just want our goods asap - where are they?

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. very easy to purchase an item but if there is an issue there is no chance of getting help.Purchased a bar fridge and the wrong item was delivered. No chance to talk to a real person to discuss even though it tells you to contact them. Lodged three requests for action to get the fridge replaced and still waiting after spending $496. I cant believe the poor service when you get something delivered wrong and they just don't care. Please do not make the mistake in purchasing anything from this business.
