I was calling up in regards to an order that I placed, and was wanting an update on the location of the parcel. I believe I was talking to your service consultant, Caryl. She helped me with my enquiry in such a friendly and prompt manner. It was honestly so refreshing to have this high level of customer service, as I have had issues with other delivery companies before. I will definitely be using Catch again in the future. I made a purchase of a mixer tap from a seller called "aca-international" and "Superior Homeware". Item was faulty (I provided video proof), after many emails back and forth with the seller and refusing to provide me a refund, they finally agreed to take the product back to test it themselves. They checked and told me "it was not faulty" which is not true. Now, I asked Catch to intervene, they are currently pretending to help but nothing has been resolved and it's been over a month with useless emails and no solutions. I requested a call from either the seller or catch and they both refuse to call me. Right now, I don't have a tap, I don't have my money back. So basically, I have paid 100+ AUD for nothing and a lot of headaches.

I purchased goods at the advertised price. Then I was emailed an invoice for them 20% higher. They said I had been redirected to a marketplace reseller because they had no stock - and refused to refund me the difference in price. If it wasn’t better known I’d think this was a scam site.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Runs you around with messages about sending pictures and replacing missing items, promising to replace them if I only send a picture, only to tell you in the end to send the whole item back since it has a missing part and that they "don't have spare chargers sitting around".

First time purchaser, placed order - 2 minutes later order cancelled as my details didn’t meet their security requirements. Tried to contact customer service waited 25 minutes on hold, eventually requested a call back - was told to use pay pal and re order. Was also advised sorry your purchase will take 5 days to be refunded. So they processed my payment then said they won’t supply and they receive the interest on my money - ordered same product online with a company that wanted my business and purchase was cheaper. My account will be closed.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them which do not fit. Site policy states they accept returns for exchange or store credit with shipping at the purchaser’s expense. But now that I’m trying to make a return the store will not give me an address to send the shoes to. Instead, they want me to purchase return shipping label through them -- AT A MARK UP of what I'd pay buying myself through aus post -- and they say they won’t guarantee the package’s safety during shipping so I have to trust them!
