I ordered a top and than realised it came from Ezibuy. I tried to cancel order straight away. I was told it was already posted (liar) it took over two weeks to arrive and I returned it on the same day. It has taken over two months for refund. I have been chasing it up and was told Ezibuy had not received return. After contacting Ezibuy and Catch a number of times and speaking to Managers, I finally got a refund (less my postage I paid). I will NEVER buy from Catch again.

These ballpoint pens have a 1mm pen tip and when I first used it, the writing was so smooth and clear. I love using these red pens every time!

Purchased a wheelbarrow from Catch 11 days ago. The item hasn’t dispatched (the website advertises dispatch of this item within 3 business days). I’ve called and emailed multiple times but I haven’t been updated as to when it will dispatch. Catch staff haven’t been able to offer me a refund and we currently have 3 tonnes of soil on our driveway without a wheelbarrow to move it. Don’t use these folks if you’re after something time critical - the folks on the phone are lovely but in the time I have taken speaking to them I could’ve driven to the shops and purchased this item.

Waited weeks for delivery, no delivery. Was told they they follow up and come back to us in 3 days, week after, no reply. Called back again was told it would be escliated. Was told that as its been dispatched they cant refund as we requested. Was told we would need to wait until it was delivered back to them before refund could be considered. Have not heard back. SO, they organized delivery, it didnt arrive after almost a month, then they say they cant refund until their delivery company delivers back to them. Still waiting for an update from them. Cant re-buy until we get a refund, cant get a refund till they get the product back, cant get an update on the product as its with their delivery company. They wont return our emails.

Received Catch order today for shoes. One pair the size was correct but the shoe fitting was too small. I placed a return request for a replacement of a bigger pair and required further details. The help desk gentleman was very friendly and dealt with my query in a timely manner. Overall very happy with the service provided.

The person I phoned through to was super nice and efficient. However your online query took a long time to answer.
