Very warm welcome from Dawn .Food quite good nice atmosphere. My new Galaxy phone would not connect to WiFi my husbands WiFi did. Asked Darcy at reception, she was hostile telling me to go on Google had to put code in.Only when I said my husbands phone worked she said Androids didn't. Officious and not nice ! Completely different attitude to Dawn !

So I always use the lounge at Luton before I fly out, this time however I had to use No1 Lounges as there previous lounge has closed down. Luton Management Team what are you thinking? This lounge is a quarter the size of the previous one, the breakfast was awful, the coffee was mildly warm and to mirror other complaints on here the lounge was nearly empty and the seats that were available had all been reserved, and people were asleep on the coutches with their bags taking up seats. I have booked this lounge for another 3 more trips I have this year, once I am home ALL 3 are being cancelled, I'll just sit in the terminal than book this again.

It has been a great experience at Club Aspire lounge. The sitting is very comfortable and had decent menu for the lunch! Fatima has been great host and has made sure that the checkin and stay was very smooth! Highly recommended and would come again!

No 1 lounge Luton This lounge is a lovely, peaceful spot to relax away from the chaos of Luton airport on a weekday morning! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the lounge has a great ambience. The breakfast offered good choices and everything was fresh and appetising. Good service at the bar and comfortable seating. Very clean too. Very pleased to have visited this lounge

Dreadful lounge, food was stale and unappetising and customers were allowed to stretch out on the settee's to sleep. Access was a problem even though we'd booked in advance and showed our confirmation, the girl was insistent that our access wasn't for another 2 hours. Not what you need when you're been travelling already for 15 hrs. This is definitely the worst lounge we've visited, not much better than a coffee bar.

It is more of a buffet-restaurant you can pay for / book on demand than a lounge. A lounge access card is pointless here - if you don’t have a booking (which you can do via the Luton website) you don’t get in to access the card benefits.

I had a issue with booking and Jaimie Brown was very helpful. She sorted it all out for me- thank you.

Despite closing at 8:30 pm the bar doesn't serve anything at 8:00!

After walking through the chaos of the main airport, arriving in the lounge was a blessing with its calm atmosphere! Val welcomed me, served most of my drinks and she was a delight to the company! I felt like she cared about my experience and made sure I had a relaxing and enjoyable time.
