Poor staff management. For some reason, staff appeared intent on playing a game of hide and seek (or similar) involving running or walking quickly around the bar to hide or dodge one another. Meanwhile, shouting could be heard from inside the kitchen. The experience was overall unprofessional and pretty irritating. Compared with other lounges, this one is by far the worst.

I have already paid for a Priority Pass which gives me free access to No1 Lounges and now they add on an extra £6 per visit to reserve in advance. If you don't they say they're full and don't allow you the access that has already been paid for...shocking upselling with nothing in return!

No.1 Lounge is very good value for money and you also get to be in a nice environment away from the noise and the crowd. Wendy was our server tonight and she was attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you.
