Really enjoyed my 1st visit to the lounge. Wide variety of food and drinks. Very comfortable surroundings. And the staff were lovely. Very welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Wendy who was always very helpful

Absolutely awful, 3rd time of travelling and all have been brilliant except for this one - been travelling since 1am on 9th January and booked the lounge from 4am- breakfast was cold and served on freezing cold plates, it was disgusting- could not eat hot food as it was not hot! £90 for two of us for two cups of tea each!!

Wendy was awesome.

We had a lovely experience in the No.1 Lounge after a stressful time going through the airport. We were welcomed by Wendy with the offer of a glass of Prosecco. She was wonderful for the duration of our stay!

Wendy & Laura were amazing and looked after us at the lounge . They looked after us like family and I felt as if I was at home . Wendy and Laura are a credit to No 1 Lounge . Brilliant service !!!!!

Nice new lounge, not too busy. Food was OK. Staff were lovely, especially Wendy who went out of her way to help. Chatty and cheerful and a great asset to the lounge 🥂

Wendy and Andrea are the some of the most loveliest hospitality staff I have ever met! So hard working, always a smile on their faces and incredibly friendly. These two could give lessons in hospitality and are an asset to you!
