Really happy to have switched here. It’s great that the emails say FYI or Action so I know when I can ignore them - little customer things like that have been well thought out. The website account is clear and easy to use. I emailed yesterday evening with a request and question and had a reply and issue solved first thing this morning - no faf at all and great service. And it’s great to know that my bills are supporting fuel poverty in London - so far a happy customer.

Octopus emergency customer agent service was excellent

Just a quick note to say that I most certainly do not regret having switched my gas and electricty supplies to Octopus a few years ago. Competetive tariffs, innovative website, and excellent customer services. Today I had reason to contact the Octopus emergency service as I urgently needed an isolation switch to be installed in my electric meter/RCD cupboard so that my electrician could replace the faulty RCD box. Customer service agent Fiona Sutherland was a Godsend, extremely helpful and efficient. Within 4 hours of contacting her the engineer had arrived and installed the switch. Fiona's professionalism was shown by her checking afterwards that all was well. So thank you Fiona.

Excellent customer service team

Have been having issues with my electrical bill. After looking into it, it turned out to be a fault caused by me. But Adele at Octopus worked on my query for days and provided updates regularly, she also contacted my old supplier to double check everything for me. Extremely happy with the service they are providing.

Amazing Customer Service

I made the decision to switch to London Power and it couldn't have been made an easier. I spoke with Melissa on the phone and had email contact with her whilst making the transition and she was always very helpful and prompt with her reply. Would recommend London Power to anyone wanting great prices, amazing customer service and a user friendly online interface.
