I contacted Octopus Energy today with a few questions and queries, some of them being quite complex (regarding tariffs and incorporating other energy supply situations). Luckily for me, I was assisted by the wonderful Amelia who not only gave me all the information I needed, but went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I really hope Octopus know what a star they have in Amelia. Other energy companies could learn a lot about delivering excellent customer service from Octopus and Amelia. So glad I changed supplier and feel confident that Octopus will look after my customer needs. Thank you Amelia and thank you Octopus!!

I have been with Octopus for two years now, absolutely happy with their top notch customer service and clarity of the bill statement either online or in paper form. Today, I have found a cheaper deal provided by London Power, signed up and the transition process is done with an hour or so, the bonus bit is that London Power is part of Octopus, so my old bills etc are still all visible in the new London Power account. Knowing the two are related only adds to my peace of mind as a customer, who wants a competitively priced contract, fast and reliable customer service and a clearly understandable bill statement. Great customer service from Christie at London Power. As I was thinking of switching to them, I had a few queries which I fired off by email. Had a very prompt reply from Christie which answered my questions but gave rise to a couple more I hadn't thought of, so sent off another email which again was answered very swiftly and helpfully. Could I install Christie at all the other customer service departments I deal with please!
