Great service and knowledge. Very quick communication to get something booked in and comprimising around my schedule. The inspection itself was very detailed with the findings explained. The report is fantastic and very helpful in order to get support in fixing the issues. This company is definitely worth using if you need a professional snagger.

We used New Build Inspections for a pre-completion inspection report on our new build home. Due to delays with both the completion of the house by the developer and issues within the chain, we had to postpone the inspection 3 times, sometimes at very short notice. New Build Inspections were hugely flexible with this which was a massive relief for us. When the inspection was done, the report is very clear and very thorough, picking up many things that we would never have spotted. Some of the issues found were more serious than others but the completeness of the report shows that even the minor issues were recorded. We shared the report with our developer and they were impressed with the clarity of the report and the diligence of the surveyor. Would particularly like to highlight the great support we received from Karen and Lorraine in the office and the quality of the inspection done by Darren. May be a while before we need this service again (hopefully) but would highly recommend New Build Inspections

Excellent inspection by Mo who is a knowledgable, professional, and personable. Went through what he would be doing in a straightforward and easily understandable language for someone like me who knows little about building and fitting a new build. Conducted a thorough inspection and produced a report with photos and relevant explanations within 24 hours. Karen in the office was also first class and handled arrangements professionally. If you want a company who acts professionally and actually do as advertised, then I can't recommend them highly enough. There customer service is excellent and the inspector on the day Ryan has an eye for detail and misses nothing. The report sent through has so much detail, including photographs, which will be sent straight to the builder. New Build Inspections have promised me that they will be there to support me from start to finish, no matter how long and complicated the process becomes. I am so happy I chose this company and it has made the snagging process a lot less stressful, then if I were to do it myself.

I was unsure whether it was worth paying for a new build snagging survey but as I wasn’t due to move into my new house properly until after I needed to have the first snagging meeting with the builder, it seemed a good investment and I’m so pleased I did. From my first dealings with Lorraine in the office, I was struck by the efficiency and responsiveness of the company. The surveyor, Andy, arrived on time and was very personable. He was highly professional at all times and clearly extremely experienced. The report was with me by the end of the following day and was extremely detailed, running to over 30 pages, including clearly marked up photographs. Although none of the snags appear serious, there are a lot of them and his eyes were much keener than mine. I do not plan to share some of the more minor cosmetic snags with the builder but Andy’s knowledge of minor NHBC and building regs contraventions is invaluable. Andy was also extremely helpful in reassuring me that the office team would produce the survey report in whatever format I and the builder required. Lorraine subsequently demonstrated tremendous patience and perseverance in responding to my requests for changes to the report format. A first class service all round - well done New Build Inspections - if only all companies were so professional and reliable!

New Build Inspections is your plug for snagging! They have very reasonable charges and worthy the great report they make. I changed the dates 3 times on short notice at no cost. The office staff were lovely and understood the situation with new builds that you may never know when exactly you will get your keys. The snagger picked up a lot of issues which we had not observed ourselves. Only after reading the report, we realized that indeed the issues are there and it made us realise without any doubt that a professional snagger is worth every pound paid. The snagger was very lovely, communicated on their way to the property and took their time to snag without any rush. Really impressed with the level of service I got. They worked around my schedule, which was great. Ryan attended my property early this week. He talked through the process, what to expect and what not. ryan was extremally knowledgeable about the building regs, NHBC and others. I didn't know what to expect, or what I could get fixed by the builder. It has totally opened my eyes. I would recommend anyone purchasing a new home to get New Build Inspections in to do your snag list. Bearing in mind I had reported a load when I moved in 8 months ago. My report showed an extra 125 points. I will most certainly use Ryan again.

The communications in advance of the snagging visit were easy and clear and the company were very flexible when building delays required dates to be moved. Our inspector, Stuart, was extremely experienced and knowledgable. He identified many issues we would never have spotted. We were so pleased that we’d brought in his expertise. The report was produced on the same day and was comprehensive and clear. He is going to send it straight on to the builders.I would very highly recommend the company.

We reached out to NBI in November with an initial enquiry about an inspection post completion of the property and within our snagging period. We were pleased with the non pushy approach of the admin team of Karen and Lorraine. We confirmed the inspection in January and even with a date change there was no problems with arrangements. Craig attended our home and introduced himself. Having a wide background of experience showed as he was able to identify many snags, building regulation defects and quality control. He went about the inspection thoroughly and focused on the areas that really would/could cost us in the future. He summarised some key areas at the end and let us know when the report would be completed. The report was provided, with supporting photos and comments of each identified snag the very next day. Cannot recommend these enough and for the cost paid the report and findings are worth every penny. Once again a big thanks to the team and Craig for his thoroughness.
